It had been six hours of Velskud cultivating to absorb the Qi around him, yet he only felt that very little Qi was stored within his dantian.

If the Dantian is likened to an egg, then Velskud feels that his Dantian is only filled with a drop of water. This made Velskud a little troubled by the very little amount of Qi around him.

'System, is there any other way that Qi absorption can be even faster?' Velskud asked whose patience was almost exhausted to absorb the Qi.

After recalling, Velskud began to understand the place or the World of Souls he had visited to meet the figure of the old grandfather.

Velskud closed his eyes and turned off all senses according to the System's instructions. When he reached the point of emptiness, Velskud opened his eyes and found that he was already under a familiar tree.

"This place hasn't changed at all..." Velskud said as he breathed fresh air around him.

Velskud's gaze immediately combed the surrounding area to search for the whereabouts of the previous old Grandfather, yet he did not discover or sense Grandfather's presence. Velskud then argued that if the old Kekek he saw, now it really does not exist anymore.

Velskud sighed and focused on his direction. But before that, Velskud asked the System a few things first.

"System, who will take care of my body when I'm here?" Ask Velskud who wants to be sure.

(Ding! Hosts need not worry. The protectors that the System installed earlier were enough for this sort of thing. )

Velskud nodded then asked back, "If this is my Soul World, it means that no one else can enter without my permission right? How much is the time difference with the outside world?"

(Ding! What the Host said is true and the time here with the outside World has its differences. If it is one month here, then in the outside world it is only one day. )

Velskud smiled faintly and wanted to start cultivating, but before that he used the System upgrade voucher obtained from the previous mission.

After the System started the upgrade which took a week, Velskud began to absorb the Qi that was around him.

When he started cultivating, Velskud felt an abundant amount of energy Qi enter his dantian profusely.

Seeing the proposal from the System turned out to be successful, Velskud smiled faintly and continued absorbing the surrounding Qi in large quantities.

Velskud thought that if his dantian was not like that of other cultivators, he felt like his dantian was capable of storing far more Qi in a realm he shouldn't have.

Day after day, Sunday after week, Velskud used it to absorb the Qi energy in his Soul World. Even notifications when the System has been successfully upgraded do not ignore Velskud at all.

Two months finally passed quickly. Velskud opened his eyes when his undeveloped Dantian was now filled with energy Qi. He felt that something new was happening to his body.

Hearing the two notifications from the System after he came to his senses, Velskud was of course pleased especially with the gifts he was receiving now, especially the manual on lightening the body.

Velskud quickly took the manual from the inventory and began to learn it in just a few minutes, when he finished reading it at a glance.

Velskud then stood up and took a deep breath and continued by exhaling. After that Velskud started trying to use the technique he had just read.

Boooom!!!

But just one step, Velskud suddenly lost control and darted too fast to hit some trees that he passed.

"Uhuk! Are you tricking me into the system?" Velskud said with annoyance at feeling that he had been played with by his own System.

Velskud's condition is now quite bad, he vomited a mouthful of blood and it appears that the clothes he was wearing were torn everywhere. Velskud's position is also not good where he is now cut by a large rock that he hit when he lost control.

Hearing the reply from the System, Velskud thought it had a point because he was in too much of a hurry to master this manual quickly.

Velskud sighed and walked out of the stone crevice he had made during the previous laxity of control. Then Velskud began to do the exercises listed in the manual.

The training that Velskud underwent was quite impossible to do by normal humans, where he had to run hundreds of kilometers with weights that over time increased.

Continue to practice breathing by holding your breath in the river for ten minutes every fifteen minutes.

Velskud continued to do the crazy exercise for up to two weeks and in the end Velskud felt some of his muscles torn which made him only able to lie on the ground with a sharp breath.

But soon the torn muscles recover and the muscle fibers become thicker and firmer. It was only mental fatigue that Velskud felt while doing that crazy exercise.

Only the last step that Velskud took was to strengthen his body so as not to be destroyed when using full strength while trying to relieve the body.

He was lucky enough back then when trying this technique and his body was not destroyed, even if it was destroyed it would eventually return to its original state.
