Krystal could only cry in the car. Her tears just flowed out of her can't stop. The girl should be happy to have met her father. This is what he had been waiting for a long time, father came to pick him up. Krystal should be happy because the prayer she always said on her birthday is now a reality.
However, somehow reality slapped Krystal hard. He was thinking about Kai at this moment, how did that guy feel? What did Kai do to relieve his pain? Or how much does Kai hate him?
On the other hand Krystal also felt that she did not deserve this happiness. Krystal knew she was a child born out of an affair. He and his mother have won the happiness of a family. Krystal really felt guilty about this fact, if she could turn back the clock, Krystal wanted to trade her whole life for Kai's happiness. At that time, she should have taken him to heaven.
Krystal could not help but blame herself for all the suffering Kai had endured. Almost seventeen years Krystal prayed for this happiness, but behind all that prayer, there was one life she was destroying.
Kai.. I'm sorry..
Kevin clasped Krystal's hand, trying to calm the girl down. Without Kevin ever knowing, if the cry had any other meaning that he would not understand.
"You don't have to be afraid. Mama Morena will be nice to you. Kai too, you know Kai, right? He's at school with you."
Krystar's body trembled, and his heart rippled in agony as the name was called. He no longer knew what to behave like when he met Kai later. Krystal won't be able to see the look of hate on Kai's face. But ... That guy has every right to hate him.
"Dad knows you're shocked, but this is what I've been waiting for for a dozen years. Sorry if you're not comfortable at home."
Krystal is not okay at the moment. Her guilt grew as the black car entered a large courtyard after it made it past the towering golden iron fence in front. This house is no stranger to her, Kai once brought her to this house.
Krystal's heart throbbed more and more, the guilt that surrounded her made her chest squeezed into a huge sense of tightness. Especially as soon as Kevin brought her into the house, and at that time his tears came back.
Up ahead, Morena stood with a shocked face. The woman stared in disbelief at the figure of Krystal in her house, especially when Kevin said one sentence that immediately made her world collapse.
"He's Krystal, Alisa's son.."
Morena's body was limp, and almost fell backwards if only she didn't quickly wake up to hold on to the display cabinet next to her.
Morena nodded slowly. Look at Kevin full of hate. "You crazy?"
"Kevin I don't understand the way you think!"
Kevin was frustrated. "It's my decision, Ren."
Grandfather Wira who was in the middle room immediately approached them because he heard a noise. "Krystal?" He saw Krystal standing next to Kevin.
"You really don't have a heart, Kevin!" Snapped Morena with a furious rage. Not only was she sick, Morena knew Kai would be much sicker knowing it all.
"What's up? Kevin went to papa, what does all this mean?" Grandpa Wira makes a sound.
Meanwhile, Krystal's tears had not stopped flowing since earlier, the girl just lowered her head, squeezing her fingers tightly together. Krystal scared.
"Mom.." Kevin breathed for a moment. "Krystal is Alisa's son."
"Iisa?" Grandfather Wira frowned confusedly. "Alisa's daughter from the Orphanage in Bandung?"
Kevin nodded. "Kevin brought Krystal here to stay with us."
"You crazy?" Morena screaming. "You're taking your cheating son home, Kevin!?"
"Rena.." reprimand Kevin softly.
Grandpa Wira was surprised not to play. The middle-aged man held onto his throbbing chest from being too shocked by Kevin's words.
"What does that mean?" Grandpa Wira felt her chest getting tight. His face stared at Kevin in disbelief. "Kevin, is Krystal your son? Your son from Alisa?"
Kevin was speechless, embracing Krystal's shoulder to calm his daughter down. "This is what I should have done seventeen years ago, pah. I have to take responsibility for all this."
"Yes God... Kevin!" Shouted Grandpa Wira wrathfully. With wide strides the middle-aged man approached Kevin, then hit his son's face hard.
"What other problems are you doing? Oh my God. Why Alisa? Why are you doing this, Kevin!" Angry Grandpa Wira who made everything suddenly speechless.
Kevin was still holding onto Krystal's shoulder. The girl will be his responsibility from now on. Kevin does not want to make Krystal sad, seventeen years he has ignored the boy.
Morena fell silent, the woman was difficult to pronounce her sentence. He's hard to believe this. Not in fact Kevin brought the child from his affair that makes his head heated up, but the fact that Krystal was the child who had been sought by her husband.
What makes Morena's head throbbing pain is thinking about Kai feeling if he sees this, how his son passes his days if he knows that Krystal is the daughter of the father's mistress.
This was indeed very surprising, and even more surprising when Morena was fixated on a figure who was now standing on the steps of the stairs with a stiff body and a stiff face.
"Kai.." call him.
All eyes were immediately on the man, not least Krystal.
The girl raised her face as soon as Kai's name entered her sense of hearing. Krystal's heart rippled with pain as soon as their eyes met each other, and the guilt returned to fill her chest cavity.
"Wow.surprise.." Kai clucked with a slanted smile. "This house looks like it's gonna be a rame." He laughed with sarcasm. "Congratulations, pah has found her missing Krystal."
Kevin snarled, he took his hand off Krystal's shoulder and walked over to the boy. "Kai, papa wants to talk to you."
"I'm busy." Reply Kai indifferently and immediately stepped towards the exit.
Kevin stopped Kai's footsteps. "Papa asks you to be nice with Krystal."
Laughter full of bitterness sounded so loud in the room. Kai grinned fearlessly at his father. Kai's face showed a huge dislike with Kevin's words just now.
"Why? Papa's afraid he won't stay here?" Kai screeched, "calm the reward, I will leave this house. I guess my presence doesn't really matter in this family either."
Emotionally, Kai passed Kevin who stood holding back his anger. Stepping up to stop next to Krystal's body that was vibrating since earlier.
The girl looked at Kai with guilt, as if from her eyes read so many apologies.
Without looking back at Krystal, Kai continued his steps to get out of the mansion.
"Kai stop!" This time it was Grandpa Wira who was shouting.
As if not caring about anything, Kai still continued to step out until Grandpa Wira was forced to ask his three bodyguards to hold Kai.
"Surge lo!" Shouted Kai.
"Nobody can get out of this house!" Said Grandpa Wira again. "Including you!"
"Surge the jerk!" Furious Kai.
"Kai!" Reprove Kevin.
"The three of you will step aside or I will hit!" Kai's head was heating up, like paper ignited by fire, his emotions began to burn, and his hands began to clench preparing to give a punch. "Let's die all?"
Krystal could no longer hold back her sobs. The girl's body trembled, both her hands clutching the outskirts of the dress she was wearing. Krystal scared. He didn't want to see Kai like that.
"Grandfather won't let you out of this house!"
"Grandfather!" Kai turned his head, intending to protest at Grandfather Wira, but when his eyes unintentionally stared at Krystal's trembling body and interspersed with sobs, his body weakened as well.
Krystal's tears were still her weakness at this moment, perhaps even forever. He would not be able to see the girl cry. Really, Kai felt tormented to see the two eyeballs were not sparkling.
If only there was not the same blood flowing in their bodies, Kai might have already approached the girl, bringing her body into a warm embrace. Removing her tears, then whispering too many longing words.
I miss you, Krys.
Kai bowed his face, taking a deep breath along with his detached fist. "okay! I'll stay in this house." Disconnect, then turn around, walking up the stairs to get to his room.
Just say he's naive, but whatever it is when it comes to Krystal, Kai really acknowledges his weakness.
That girl's..
His weakness.
