Little Kevin grew up in a beautiful family. His life has always been surrounded by luxury and expensive goods. Whatever he wanted, he would be easily obtained.

Entering the age of 13 years, Kevin Manjelma became a proud and arrogant child. At school he enjoyed fighting, truancy, and breaking the rules. Not a single student wanted to be friends with him. Kevin really doesn't care about the people around him.

Knowing Kevin grew up with an overbearing and arrogant nature. Wira Atmadja sent the child to live in an orphanage in Bandung. The purpose of papa Wira sending his son there is to introduce the child to socializing and independent life.

In the orphanage Kevin no longer feels the luxury of life. He could not rule anyone, could not play with his expensive toys, and certainly there would be no padded mattresses and all the luxurious amenities like the one at home. All the caretakers are forbidden to spoil Kevin, of course, all of that on the request of the father.

At first Kevin was very angry, he did not want to hang out with anyone who was there. Kevin was always alone and assumed that they did not deserve to live side by side with him. Various harsh words he had uttered to the children of the orphanage, there were even those who cried because of it. From that moment on, no one wanted to be friends with him.

But, one day when all the children of the home were playing, Kevin who was sitting in the corner of the field looked at a beautiful girl with a white dress who was smiling towards him. The little girl had a bright smile that made anyone who saw her smile.

Kevin couldn't help but look at him. It was the first time he was like this to a stranger. Then, without ever expecting it, the little girl stepped up to him and suddenly made her whole body nervous. Kevin then put his cold face back on as a shield.

"Why don't you play with the others?" Say the girl. Kevin just scowled without even retaliating. "My name is Alisa." The boy said again as he extended his hand to shake hands.

"Why?" Alisha did not give up.

"I don't like playing with you guys, you're the same poor kids here! No family!"

"I have a family . They're my family." Alisa pointed towards the children who were playing in front of there. "Even if we are poor, but we always smile. I'm glad to be here."

Kevin fell silent. He slowly glanced at Alisa who was still standing beside his body. "I want you to smile, just like the other kids."

His body suddenly stiffened, and his lips seemed to be speechless. Kevin looked at the pretty face of Alisa timidly.

"Why do you want me to smile?"

"Smiling means you're happy .. I want you to be happy living here, I love the arrival of new friends. I want to be your friend." Alisa again extended her hand towards Kevin. The smile on the girl's lips did not disappear in the least, and it made her look even more beautiful. "Would you like to be my friend?"

Kevin couldn't respond to anything. The boy could only stare alternately between Alisa's hand and her pretty face.

"You want?" Once again, Alisa smiled widely and made Kevin's heart flutter very quickly and her lips were drawn a little. For the first time he smiled. Then, without Kevin realizing his hands were raised along with their eyes that looked at each other.

From that day on Kevin's nature changed for the better. He likes to smile, his speech becomes very friendly. Kevin often plays with the other kids. Especially when with Alisa, Kevin will become much more carefree.

The two of them are always together, at meals, while playing. Kevin and Alisa are like twins where there is Alisa there will be Kevin. They were inseparable, even when papa Wira brought Kevin home after three months in the parlour.

Once every few months of school holidays, Kevin is sure to come to the parlour. He always brought lots of toys and food for the children. Kevin and Alisa's friendship goes on until they grow up.

Until one day, Kevin continued his schooling outside Negri. Their communication was cut off. Kevin never again got word about Alisa, and vice versa.
