Chapter 24: Pregnancy

A month later, 

Lisa found two red lines that made her very shocked, deserved all this time she felt something different. His body is lethargic and often dazed at work. Finding this is of course the culprit is Zico, the man a month ago was already fucking her. Lisa brings the test to her workplace, she has to negotiate this with Zico. Lisa just wanted to drop the content so that she could work and study quietly. 

This morning the weather was very cold but Lisa's hot heart made her not feel cold. Because Zico himself had to deal with this situation and when he arrived at the office, Lisa saw Zico was already in the room and stared at the laptop screen with great dignity. 

"Mr Zico?"

"Lisa, you've been late lately. Are you okay? Your face is also very pale." 

Lisa showed the test to Zico and stared at the man. 

"You pregnant? Really? This is your test subject, right?" 

Lisa's tears were flowing, the woman couldn't stand all this anymore. In the end he lost and had to end his struggle in achieving the dream. His father would definitely underestimate him even more and continue to compare with his half-sister. Zico looked at Lisa, only this first time he saw Lisa who was stiff and flat showing his sadness. 

"Why are you crying? Isn't this happy news?" ask Zico. 

"You don't understand how I feel" Lisa replied. 

Zico approaches her and tries to hug Lisa, but she retreats in disappointment. If only that night he could take good care of himself surely all his plans would not just disappear. 

"I wandered all the way from the city next door just to find a good job and continued S2 college until graduation, I hated my own father because he always underestimated me and thought I was not a sissy but his words did have a point. I even got pregnant before proving to her that I could be the best without her help" Lisa explained. 

His cries are heartbreaking for Zico and certainly make Zico a little guilty, Zico promised to continue to support what Lisa would do if they were to one day get married. Zico will also not ban Lisa from work or college if they marry later. 

"Is your father Morgan Savior?" ask Zico.

Lisa was surprised, why did the master know her identity? But all this time Lisa hid it as much as possible. 

"I've known for a long time but all this time I've been quiet" continued Zico. 

"You must be laughing at me, right? You must have known my mistake until I was driven out by my father from the next town." 

Zico nodded, not his name Zico if he did not know everything, let alone Lisa is a person who is very dear to him. 

"You're not wrong, your father was wrong. I knew at the time that you accidentally made a fatal mistake with your ex-boyfriend. You proved innocent because that night I took your virginity. You and your ex are just victims of a diversion from your family's corruption. Right?" 

Lisa was just speechless, apparently Zico already knew that far about her. Moreover, he is indeed a victim of bad news that is making love with his ex-girlfriend in the city park. Everyone immediately blasphemed and underestimated her and then thought Lisa was just the trash of society. From then on Lisa gets cold to the men and decides to wander and hide her identity. She also felt ashamed at the slander, perhaps she was considered a despicable woman in her own city.
