Chapter 8: The Choice

Lisa looked at her friends so closely that this was a difficult choice. If Lisa is selfish, her friend will be fired by Zico. It is undeniable if Lisa is very dizzy with this choice. Zico is left out because he managed to trap Lisa into his trap. It seems like this method will work because Lisa does not have the heart of her closest friend.

Thinking time is also over, it's time for Lisa to give a definite answer.

"You are indeed very good Mr. Zico who knows my weakness."

Zico smiled happily because Lisa said that. What is more complimenting is his favorite person. Lisa saw her friends who were still prying in front of her. Some need this job more than themselves.

"Well, I'll be back to work here again."

Zico is happy, he flicks his finger and asks Jack to transfer the penalty double. That's when Jack transfers it and Lisa's phone reads get the balance in. In the heart of Lisa suddenly happy, he will not be confused looking for a loan because he has to pay for the apartment he rented. Zico also ripped up Lisa's dismissal letter and removed blacklists across the company.

"The problem is over, you three can get back to work" Zico said.

"Good, Sir."

Lisa's friends left Zico's room, they glanced at Lisa and her facial expression seemed to show gratitude. Lisa nodded slowly and now she had to go home.

"Sir, I resigned myself," said Lisa.

"Wait on! It's delicious, where's your gratitude to me?"

Lisa raised one eyebrow. A thank you? Oh, it doesn't seem free. Lisa knows Zico is a very tough guy, he can't give his kindness away for free. Lisa understood, she opened her ears wide to listen to Zico.

"Have breakfast?" ask Zico.

"Oh," Lisa answered.

"Okay, let's just say this is for lunch." Zico looked at Jack. "Please prepare food for us right now!"

Jack nodded in understanding, in his heart was filled with envy because Lisa was treated very special once even he was never invited to eat together alone. Lisa is welcome to sit on the sofa while waiting for food to come. While Zico must finish his work first while looking at Lisa. Lisa sits on the couch watching her phone, checking messages from anyone including a prank number who just wants to get to know her.

Zico sat in his chair and opened every document he had to check. Zico again glanced at Lisa in 30 seconds, becoming unfocused. Lisa's charm is second to none. Lisa suddenly looked at him, she raised one eyebrow as if in wonder when Zico stared and looked down again.

"What's up, Mr Zico? Do you need help with your work today?" ask Lisa.

"Oh no, I'm fine. Today you take a day off and accompany me here for a full day" Lisa replied.

Lisa is confused by Zico's attitude today. Zico smiled and continued his work again whereas Lisa still looked at the man without it while sighing deeply. Surely Zico was trying to get close to him again and again. The room was now quiet, to be honest Lisa was not at home silent there. He approached Zico making the man look up at him.

"Master, I can't stay here let alone for half an hour. If this is my holiday then let me rest at home."

"Hurry up once you? Waitaminute! The food is coming soon."

At the same time the door was knocked, Jack came with the servants. They brought a wide variety of delicious food and snacks, they put them on the front desk of the sofa. Zico walked over there and landed his ass on that couch.

"Sit down! Enjoy the food," pinta Zico.

"Sorry, sir. I can't because it's not a meal" Lisa replied politely but her face was flat again.

Lisa took it, she sat down and ate politely. Lisa's way of eating was quite unique, she lowered her head and chewed slowly. One hand rests under the mouth so that food does not fall down.

"Last time I realized that your way of eating is as unique as a noble."

Lisa was shocked but as much as she could to stay ordinary.

"Master, eating with polite adab is not only applicable to nobles. Commoners like me should have manners too."

Zico is increasingly interested in her while Jack is there to get fed up with Lisa. Lisa turns to Jack, Lisa offers him too but Jack is silent.

"Jack! Go!" zico Pinta.

Jack looked down respectfully, he quickly left from there. There are Lisa and Zico. They eat slowly. Zico still stole a glance at Lisa not even focusing on eating anymore.

Lisa stood up, she couldn't eat much anymore.

"Sorry, Sir. I have to go home."

"alright. Want me to drop you off?"

Lisa scrunched her forehead. Zico is really weird. Lisa bowed respectfully then walked out of Zico's room.

After coming out, he was waiting for his friends. Lisa went to their room. All the officers who passed by him just looked down. They were so scared of Lisa.

Arriving there. Lisa opened the door. All the employees bowed their respect to him and Lisa told him to work again without paying attention to him. Lisa approached her three friends, they were very grateful to Lisa for saving their lives.

"Sister Lisa, you are our savior. If it wasn't for Lisa's sister then surely we'd be fired for making a mistake."

"What did you do wrong?"

They tell me if they're entering the wrong data. It was that mistake that led Zico to take advantage of the situation.

"Yeah, it's okay. You guys work back. I have to go home."

One of them held Lisa's hand. He looked at her fixedly.

"It looks like Mr. Zico likes Lisa's sister. Sorry if I was presumptuous but I saw her gaze was very different towards Sister Lisa."

Lisa was just flat, she patted her friend's shoulder. Don't be told by her friend Lisa already knows that.

"You know my life doesn't know love? Love is not important" Lisa said.

"But Mr. Zico seems pretty obsessed with Lisa."

Lisa retreated slowly, she did not want to pay attention to the words of her friend. For him, Zico only obeyed lust and not liking. Lisa doesn't want to be stuck with that crocodile guy let alone Zico out there known as a casanova. Lisa won't be fooled, she has to be careful with Zico.
