Afflicted by disaster

Galen stopped his car when he saw a commotion not far ahead. He recognizes the car behind is Aurora's property which makes Galen immediately run closer.

"Down you! Quickly open the car door! How can you hit my car from behind when the red light comes on. You crazy girl!" as if a middle-aged woman with a menor makeup was a victim.

"What's this?" Galen asked after successfully breaking through the crowd of people.

"The girl in there hit my car. How could he drive so recklessly! Or maybe he was drunk! Young people today!" accuse the middle-aged woman.

Galen could see Aurora still in the car, silent in the steering wheel, the girl's temple was injured, appearing to bleed, but Galen believed she was still conscious even though both eyes were closed.

"Let me talk to him. Please step aside for a moment." Galen's request.

"He must be responsible!" the middle-aged woman still insisted.

"He's hurt! I have to make sure things go first." Galen jolted.

Galen knew that Aurora was guilty in this case, but seeing that she was injured, they should have helped before demanding responsibility.

"Aurora, open the door. It's me, Galen." Galen asked while tapping on the windshield.

Hearing Galen's voice, Aurora tried to open her eyes, looked at the window and found the man there.

"Get out of the car. You're hurt, I'll take you to the hospital" Galen said from the outside.

Aurora just thinks to open her car door. Immediately Galen moved to remove the seat belt attached, pulled out the girl from there and carried her to the hospital.

"Wait a minute! Are you just gonna take this crazy girl away?!" asked the middle-aged woman still with overflowing emotions.

"He's hurt!" reply Galen is still trying to calm down and not get carried away by emotions.

The woman clucked loudly. "You must be conspiring! Look. This crazy girl even pretended to be powerless to be detached from her"

"My baby.." Aurora muttered weakly. "Please save my baby.."

Hearing Aurora's words, the middle-aged woman instantly fell silent.

"This girl is pregnant?" ask the woman after a few seconds of silence.

Galen nodded briefly.

"If you want to get compensation, just come to JWN hotel, we will take care of it there, whatever compensation you want. For now let me take this girl to the hospital first. He's injured, needs immediate treatment" Galen said.

Without waiting for the middle-aged woman's answer, Galen half-runningly rushed towards her car.

"My baby, please save my baby.." rumored Aurora half-conscious, the girl was already crying there.

Galen was visibly riled at the state of Aurora, immediately gas to the hospital.

Galen could not stop feeling anxious while waiting for the doctor who was still handling Aurora in the ER room

Suddenly Galen's phone in his pocket vibrated, a call came in from Mina.

Via telephone..

"Where are you?" ask Mina as soon as they connect.

"I'm on business for a minute" Galen replied.

"Can you tell me clearly what it's about?" from her tone of speech, Mina was clearly suspicious at the moment.

"Kenzo was holding a simple paste to celebrate Hera's first pregnancy. I told you yesterday." Galen told a lie.

Although not entirely lying, because Galen was already on his way to Kenzo's house, but accidentally met with Aurora who was being hit by a disaster.

"Don't go home too late. I'm waiting for you here." ask Mina.

"Yes. I'll be home as soon as the show's over."

"Send my regards to Kenzo and Hera, as well as an apology for not being able to attend."

The door of the ER room opened, making Galen hurriedly end his chat with Mina.

"Yes, I'll call you back when the show is over."

"Yes. Have fun." said Mina who then ended her phone call.

Galen listened carefully to the doctor's explanation. Fortunately Aurora only suffered mild head injuries, as well as the condition of her fetus is fine.

Even if Galen wants to abort the baby, but this is not the way.

Deep down Galen was grateful to know that Aurora and her baby were doing well.

"Other times be careful while driving." Galen warns after Aurora has been moved into the nursery.

"Isn't this what you want?" ask Aurora cynically.

"How can you bestow any carelessness as a result of your own actions into my fault?" Galen asked back with an unacceptable look.

"You want this baby dead!" aurora still doesn't want to lose.

"I'm sure he's not dead! The baby's still fine in there."

"For the time being it's true, but later on you'll definitely come back to urge me to drop it." Aurora's tears fell down.

Galen who saw that in the end chose to give up.

"Let's stop arguing and immediately go get some rest. The doctor said this accident may not make you lose the baby, but if you continue to feel stressed it will actually affect the safety of your baby. Don't you want to look after her?"

Aurora looked at Galen in disbelief. "You're allowing it?"

With a heavy heart Galen was forced to nod.

"As you say, you're going overseas soon. So I don't think Mina would have known if the baby would have been born into this world either."

Aurora nodded quickly, the girl as if she had found new hope.

"I'll be there, and I'll probably never come back."

Galen nodded without interest. "I'll tell Mina if we abort the baby as she wishes. I also talked to someone who called your phone, he'll take care of you tonight."

"Who?" ask Aurora curiously.

"If it's not Anna's name wrong." Galen replied.

"Anna?! Why did you tell him?!" aurora protests are upset.

"Why indeed?" galen asked not to understand.

Aurora clucked loudly. "It's already happened anyway."

Aurora sees Galen currently in focus with her phone screen, before finally returning to focus on Aurora there.

"I'll go out for a while and come back soon."

"You don't have to go back. Just go home!"

Galen paid no heed to Aurora's words, she came out of the nursery and went back in again after ten minutes had passed carrying something Aurora had never expected before.

Corndog cheese.

"Why are you only seen? At the tonkatsu restaurant you said you wanted to eat that, right? I deliberately bought it for you." said Galen who turned out to take out a moment to pick up the cheese corndog that he had ordered through the food delivery application.

"Why are you so good to me?" aurora didn't understand.

Because Galen shouldn't be acting like this.
