Renege on promises

"After I recover, I'll take care of our divorce and then go with Briella."

Galen just kept quiet while listening carefully.

"I want the process to go as fast as possible because the remaining time is only two months before my baby is born, I feel a little sinful because until this moment I still have not prepared all the needs of my baby."

There is a sense of guilt in Galen that is getting more and more so when he hears Aurora's words.

At the age of the womb that has reached seven months, usually the couples are enthusiastic about choosing goods, clothes and also all the needs of their prospective babies, but Galen is too indifferent to this.

"Our baby." said Galen softly until managed to make Aurora surprised at the man's speech. "Please, just this once. Call him our baby, Aurora." he asked.

Aurora's smile then looked faint. "Yes, our baby" he said trying to comply.

"Thank you for being willing to comply with this request of me who doesn't know myself."

"That's not even anything, but a reality. You are indeed the biological father of this baby inside my stomach." Aurora explained.

"Do I still deserve to be called a father after my cruel deeds that have wasted my wife and my future children?" ask Galen.

"You're still a father, regardless of how you've behaved. I've thrown everything away anyway. Live happily with Mina, then I will also live happily together with my little hero."

Galen immediately stared at the fixed Aurora.

"So he's a baby boy?" clearly visible full gaze should be in both eyes of Galen but Aurora did not want to be misunderstood and confident to interpret it.

"Yes." Aurora replied as she rubbed her stomach affectionately.

"Good be it. He will definitely be reliable to protect his mother when she grows up" said Galen.

Aurora's smile is perfect. "That's right. Just by imagining it, it feels so much fun. So I can't wait to see her in two months."

"Once again I apologize for all my bad deeds to you. I'll let you go unhindered, regarding the divorce matter you take it easy, I'll take care of it here so you can leave early to prepare for all the needs of our future baby."

Aurora then nodded in agreement.

"Then I leave now. There's something I need to finish with Mina."

For some reason, suddenly Aurora's feeling became confused and looks uncomfortable.

"Galen.." call Aurora.

"What?"

"Can you stay here? I'd love to have this with you because tomorrow we have to split up. I'll be busy taking care of my departure abroad, you'll also be busy taking care of our divorce" Aurora said.

Actually it was only Aurora's reason for Galen not to go to see Mina because she suddenly had a bad feeling about it.

"So, the rain just came down. You'll be rained." continued Aurora, whatever the reason was important she could hold Galen back from leaving.

"I will not be overwhelmed. Later, after meeting Mina I will come back here again." Galen replied.

"Promise?"

"Yes, promise."

The smell of rain that became Aurora's favorite, now no longer attract the attention of the girl. Aurora only hopes that Galen will be back to see her soon.

"All right, I admit it. I'm not pregnant." said Mina half-screaming.

"Why, Galen? Are you sorry you believed it? Do you know that?! I did all this because I didn't want to lose you! I love you so much, Galen!"

This time Mina's tears started to fall down. Naturally Galen will come to give a hug so that Mina can feel calm again, but at this time the man's body just froze. Do not know what to react because it is too confused with what has been experienced.

"Galen, understand.." pinta Mina in a desperate tone.

"But this is not the way, Mina. This lie indirectly hurt my wife and my future child. You turned me into a cruel husband and father-to-be." Galen murmured.

"They are wrong! They deserve it! That girl has taken you from me!"

"Conscious, Mina! This wasn't Aurora's fault in the first place but mine!" galen Sentak.

"That girl is guilty! I swear I'll kill him with the baby in his womb."

Things get even more chaotic when Mina starts destroying things in the apartment.

Even when a vase of flowers almost hit Galen's head, the man remained unmoved, but not when Mina found a knife she had just bought last month and picked up one of them, Galen shuddered in horror as Mina threatened to cut off her own veins.

"Put the thing back to where it was. Let's talk to each other nicely and with a cool head." Galen cautiously asked.

"I don't want to talk well if you're going to leave me at the end! Promise me to leave Aurora and your child immediately. You're still gonna marry me, aren't you? Tell me if you love me, Galen, let's go back to what it used to be, love each other without anyone bothering."

"Alright, but before that follow my words. Put the knife down first. I just want to make sure you don't get hurt, because if that happens, I won't be able to forgive myself" Galen said.

Mina suddenly dropped her knife just like that right next to her body. The girl seemed to lose her strength, falling down on the surface of the cold floor of the apartment. Mina's cry broke again, this time sounding even more painful.

"Smart girl.." praised Galen, it was a relief to see that the knife was no longer in Mina's grasp. "Don't worry about anything, trust me you'll be fine, Mina."

"I need, Galen.. I don't want to lose you, what's my life without you by my side? Come here, Galen.hugged me." asked Mina with tears growing more and more.

Galen complied immediately, the man walked over and sat down directly in front of Mina and hugged the girl's body.

"You can't even promise, Galen. If I can't have you then not Aurora either. Let's die together, Galen."

The smile that Mina showed seemed very terrible, very different from the figure of Mina that Galen had known all along.
