Mina's Confession

Galen tells Aurora to come out for a while and chat with Hani.

"What what what, Mom? Did something happen to Mina?" galen asked as soon as the phone was connected.

"Whatchu mean? I'm the one who's gonna ask you. How's Mina doing? Is she okay? He's not bothering you anymore, is he? assault Hani from there.

Galen felt something was wrong.

"Don't you say you'd come here to visit Mina?" ask Galen curiously.

"You're right, but then suddenly I couldn't get there. There's something I still have to do here." replied Hani.

"So you haven't seen Mina until now?"

"Of course not yet. Is that kid bothering you again?" ask Hani to feel bad for herself to Galen.

"No." Galen replied briefly.

"Then everything's okay, right?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Tell me if Mina's acting up again, because I can't be there anytime soon."

"Good, Mom.."

But isn't something like this that actually feels strange, Mina never resigned to the situation, but this time it is different, the girl seems to be accepting Galen's decision willingly.

For one week, Galen always accompanied Aurora to go for a walk every morning, of course, it is worth Aurora's gratitude.

The man seemed to have forgotten Mina just like that, I don't know what happened between them. Aurora also did not understand. He did not ask for fear that this was just a misunderstanding as he had expected yesterday.

For now, Aurora just wants to enjoy their togetherness.

Aurora chased after Galen who first entered Handoko's spacious courtyard with the best possible step.

"Hey, take those words back!" Aurora pulled the black hoodie sweater that Galen was wearing right around the neck.

"Hey, release! You can make me die of suffocation!" galen dramatizes the situation.

"Leave it!" aurora's reply.

"Later if I'm really dead, our son won't have a father. Do you want to?"

Aurora reflexively releases Galen there. Galen's words just succeeded in making him surprised.

Is that an acceptance?

Does that mean the baby has now been recognized and accepted by his own biological father?

If it were true like that, Aurora would definitely feel very happy.

"We go home." cried Galen as soon as he entered the main door.

In the living room there are already Juniar and Sarah who seem to be deliberately waiting for their arrival.

"Galen sit down for a while, we want to talk" Juniar said with a serious look on his face.

Sarah showed a sad expression. Galen and Aurora were both shocked to find that someone was present. Wondering in my heart, what things have brought Mina here so early?

"What's this?" tanya Galen stared at Juniar and Mina in turn.

"Sit down first. We speak well with a cold head. Aurora too." take Juniar.

"Yes, Dad.." Aurora responded by taking a seat there.

Sarah was crying. "What have you done, son? Why is it like this? Mom and dad just got excited to see your relationship improve with Aurora, but now why is it like this?"

"Mom, what's going on?" aurora asked no longer able to cover up her curiosity.

For a long time, tonight, the rain has rained down on the surface of the earth. The smell of barren land moistened with rainwater is a favorite of Aurora.

Under normal circumstances, Aurora may walk to the window to enjoy the sound of rain whirring while sipping a cup of hot chocolate.

However, since this morning the atmosphere of the Handoko family residence that was once warm has now turned ice-cold.

Galen sighed deeply, watching Aurora who was sound asleep. He wanted to hug the girl, apologize earnestly and calm her down.

But Mina's confession this morning still makes Galen feel shocked so he can not do anything to Aurora when the state of Galen himself is also taking time to calm down.

There is no middle ground yet while Aurora has decided to stop talking to Galen since this morning. Galen was really upset, not believing what had happened.

Not caring about the rain falling down, Galen decides to get out of the room and go to Mina's apartment.

"That day, Galen.the night before you took me to stay at Handoko's residence. You remember?"

Galen seemed to think for a moment, before long the man nodded languidly. "But that night we just drank together" he murmured.

"You were drunk at the time. It's only natural that you don't remember anything after that. Evidently so early in the morning that you assumed I had injured myself, when at that time my wrist was injured by your actions."

Galen fell silent, his brain filled with various confusing questions for him to find the answer.

"Don't you understand how hard it is for me to go through the next days after your treatment that night?! Even if I love you, but I am not a cheap girl who is willing to give everything even if it is for the sake of someone I love so much. I feel so dirty, have been tainted by you. There was a time when I hated myself so much, when I remembered what happened that night. It feels like I just want to die because I have to bear this reality alone." explained Mina Long.

Galen looked into Mina's eyes, and now her feelings had been hurt.

"Galen, tell me! How can I face this reality alone? I've tried not to bother you, cherish your desire to live happily with her. I swear! I've been trying my best. But, yesterday when I found out that if I was carrying your baby, I was forced to do this, demanding your responsibility."
