OPENING SET
Greetings, greetings,
This novel is just a fiction. The Red Star novel in Goryeo Sky is a continuation of the first novel entitled The Scent of Life. In the first novel is told about the life of an orphaned girl named Oh Man Se, and falls in love with her own adoptive brother, Kang Min Hyuk. The appearance of Hong Sun Hwa's character who wants Oh Man Se to disappear from Kang Min Hyuk's side sends black magic that causes Oh Man Se to commit suicide and go into a coma for decades.
The novel tells the story of a human soul captivated by a magic spell and asleep for decades. The magic spell that is breathed out by those who are jealous of the happiness of other human beings. A magic spell that makes humans experience illusions. Desire that is not achieved in the real world seems to be a reality in the dream world. The novel is a story of a desperate, fragile-spirited human who is vulnerable to falling prey to demons.
Time slip events in fact never exist, time can not walk backwards. He will continue to flow until the base of immortality is nisbi. There is no soul change, only illusion. Only the fragile hearts and minds of humans can be manipulated by the horrors of magic, as the main characters in the novel experience. Note, just an illusion.
The novel is about the journey of Oh Man Se's soul while in a coma. The setting of the story takes the background and figures of Korean Goryeo era. For all readers I apologize if anything does not fit Korean history. Be a strong soul, full of patience, Be positive thinking!

An old woman wearing a black and white shaman hanbok was sitting inside her practice room. The hanok-designed room looks gloomy, and is only lit by hundreds of candles. There was nothing but a table in front of him, and a fireplace lit up next to him. The Shaman sat on the white floor. There was a long hemp rope placed on the floor surrounding it. On the table, in front of him was a white cloth package. He closed his eyes in a meditative position.
A woman wearing a white hanbok opened the door and invited a young woman wearing an ivory yellow blazer into the room. The girl was young for about twenty years, with long curly hair tied back. The girl entered the room with a worried and frightened face.
The yellow blazer sits in a circle of hemp rope, in front of the shaman. Feeling that the guest he was waiting for had arrived, the Shaman opened his eyes. Suddenly the Shaman's head jerked backwards. The young woman before him started to get scared. He knew the Shaman was trance calling the spirits of his ancestors.
"In accordance with our agreement. Byeol will fulfill your wish ... Miss Hong," said the Shaman in a female voice that sounded as though she was suffocating. His eyes dodged and his eyeballs twisted upwards as if the white color remained.
The young woman nodded her head quickly in fear. The handbag held him tightly in his arms. Body shakes. Then the Shaman coughed and began to wake up. Shaman gave the white packet to the girl called Miss Hong. The girl received the white package with trembling hands.
"Prop this around Kang Min Hyuk's house. Present a rabbit" said the Shaman.
Miss Hong nodded her head then stood up saluting. Immediately after that he immediately exited the room quickly. Shaman smiled meaningfully. One client who dares to pay dearly for the love of a man, pity! That's what the Shaman had in mind.

Behind the mast of a building, a woman wearing a white blouse and jeans peeked timidly at the crowd. The girl is named Oh Man Se.
In the building, a wedding ceremony was held between the eldest son of the Kang family and the only child of the Hong family. It was Kang Min Hyuk and Hong Sun Hwa's wedding day. Oh Man Se saw the host of the event was welcoming guests. They are Oh Man Se's adoptive parents, Mr and Mrs Kang.
Oh Man Se hides behind a pole, afraid of being discovered. He was crying, but he was held back by his so that no one would know of his whereabouts. Oh Man Se's heart ached, his chest claustrophobic with anger, helplessness and other negative feelings. His head was heavy and he ran out of the building. He could not bear the facts that were happening before his eyes. The man she loved eventually married someone else. Oh Man Se walked quickly down the stairs and walked through the crowds of passersby in Seoul.

Oh Man Se walks into a tavern. He hopes that by being drunk he can forget everything that happened. A sip of two sips several times sip three bottles of soju can be spent. He came out of the tavern with a bottle of soju in hand. It doesn't feel like the night is approaching. Oh Man Se staggered towards a building. His eyes blurred with tears. He just wanted to forget his sadness. Oh Man Se also climbed the wall of the building at the very top. A strong wind hit. Oh Man Se was crying.
Oh Man Se tried to stand up and limp. Under the building there are bright street lights. People are running. The cosmopolitan life of Seoul ignores the existence of Oh Man Se. Everyone walked without looking up. All focus on their own thoughts and steps. Jostling, then tares and occasionally heard the sound of car horns and flashes of lights. Mumbled the sound of Seoul with all the low boisterous tone can no longer be understood by Oh Man Se who was sad on top of the building. Oh Man Se then sang a little while laughing. Shortly afterwards he cried.
"Kang Min Hyuk, you let me down. Go you son of a bitch, get away from my mind!" yell Oh Man Se.
Her tears are flowing. Heart's wounded. She cried sadly and tried to stand up. The view below the building. His eyes were blurry with tears.
"Goodbye, Brother!" his yell.
Oh Man Se's screaming voice finally caught the attention of the people on the streets. Everyone who passed by stopped and looked up. All eyes looked at the figure of Man Se who had started to stand on the building's perimeter wall. Some were whispering, some were shouting not to be stupid, do not jump, some were panicking, and various kinds of comments. And, floating down is Man Se.
Braaghagha!
Hit the roof of a car parked in front of the building. People screamed and the sound of car alarms roared as Man Se's body landed hard, crashing the roof of the car and cracking the glass. All eyes were just staring, horrified, sad, seeing blood spurting on the roof of the car.

A beautiful woman with long hair decorated with a series of pearls on her head seemed to be sitting in her room. His eyebrows were thick and curved, his eyes were like a clear lake with charming thin lips. The woman was wearing white Goryeo-era clothes embroidered with beautiful silver thread.
He was writing something on paper with an inked brush, accompanied by dozens of candles illuminating his room. He drew a long-haired woman and a strange dress. Then in the picture is a circle. The paper was folded and then put in a book. He took a carved wooden box. The paper is stored in it. The woman went to sleep with a calm face.

The sun had not yet appeared. The woman in white went riding the black horse towards the hill. His white robe fluttered in the wind. No one knows of his disappearance. Up in a ravine, he got off the horse. His face stiffened as he continued walking towards the abyss. Arriving at the edge of the cliff he looked up at the sky and closed his eyes. Suddenly the woman dropped herself into the abyss.
"Oh Man Se we exchanged places," said the woman shriveled.
In the future, in the same place with different conditions a woman fell from the top floor of a building. His body fell on top of a car parked in front of the building. His gaze was blurry and only a faint light could be sensed. He had started to shorten his breath, then suddenly there was a female figure in Goryeo-style clothes as if flying above his body and pulling his hands up. The woman wanted to take him flying. There were a lot of white butterflies flying around them. Oh Man Se was surprised, but he could not resist the pull of the woman's hand. Suddenly everything went dark and Oh Man Se was unconscious.
