36. Xavier's Conclusion

Xavier Palmer stood silently looking at his family's cremated remains that were collected secretly at night.

Unlike the death of Uncle Lucas who committed suicide, or Callista whose car plunged into the ravine, or two uncles and his aunt who died of drug overdose, these five bodies were clearly killed horribly.

Some sobs sounded. Besides the growls and quarrels why they are so weak and helpless under this kind of terror pressure.

Tired of their silly game, Xavier turned around. Leaving everything to go up to his room, even though he knew someone was following.

"Xavi."

Or rather two people. They are his brother and cousin.

"I can't believe it's Uncle Noah's doing." Xavier took off his black suit which he used all day.

While they are busy taking care of the bodies, Papa directs a number of assassins to pursue those believed to be targets.

All were killed, except for Andreas Noah.

There is news that goes into their ears that Noah is working with the Bumantara family until now the family anger is focused on Noah and Bumantara.

"And I don't believe this is what Bumantara's doing."

At least that's Xavier's belief.

His younger brother, who was just entering his freshman year of college, and his cousin, who was two years downstairs, sat on Xavier's bed.

"I heard Papa say that Uncle Noah is affiliated with Mahesa Mahardika. Isn't that enough for Uncle to have the power to do it?" Bella speculates.

But Xavier's cousin, Tabios, denied it. "No. Uncle Noah isn't that kind of person."

"What do you mean?"

"There's something Grandpa wants from Uncle Noah." Xavier pulls up a chair. Sit crossed legs and start thinking about it in his head. "It looks like Uncle Noah rejected it, therefore Papa hunted Uncle."

"Isn't it precisely because of that Uncle started replying?"

"Uncle Noah ignored her." Tabios dropped to Xavier's bed. "Uncle never cares about anything about us. Whatever it is. Even when Grandpa sent the killer to her, Uncle was like saying that it wasn't important."

Bella frowned. "Was Mahesa Mahardika protecting her?"

"More like Uncle handed over what Grandpa wanted to Mahesa Mahardika, then Mahesa Mahardika smiled innocently while secretly laughing at how cute Grandpa was."

Xavier propped up his cheeks and sighed.

"Then what do you mean by Bumantara not the culprit?"

"Why should the Bumantara kill our families one by one and allow themselves to be suspected. They're harmed. Papa attacked Bumantara, then Bumantara attacked us."

And we are like playing on a stage that someone prepared, is a continuation of Xavier's words, but he deliberately held because Bella also will not understand.

"Hey, Xavier." The voice of Tabios draws Xavier's daydreams into the real world. "What do you mean ask for information Arman Bumantara's son? You believe he exists?"

"If she exists, I believe she was nurtured by Mahesa Mahardika."

Tabios. "really? Why?"

Because Mahesa Mahardika is always looking for something that can make her powerful.

Anak Arman Bumantara is a descendant of Bumantara who is entitled to the wealth of Bumantara. It only takes one man for him to take over Bumantara if he wants to.

So if he lives, he must be in Mahesa's hands. The question is, do the children of Arman Bumantara really exist and will attack them?

"Then who's the girl he said was around Uncle Noah?"

Xavier's gaze shifted to the table. A picture from a distance shows Noah exiting a nightclub that exploded, carrying a young girl in his arms.

Xavier wondered too. Who was the girl who made Noah want to carry her?
