*Rudi is My Love (RAC)*
After dropping off the Adinda Month donation for the children, Rudi escorted the career girl to Kamsiah and then drove her back to the car.
After taking off the Moon with his car, Rudi turned around to go back to his house. However, the corner of Rudi's eyes saw the appearance of Vina from behind the kedondong tree.
Rudi. He saw Vina walking hurriedly near the fence of his house.
Again Vina was struck by an annoyance that made her want to cry again because she saw Rudi hurriedly walking away into the house.
Rudi's actions made Vina speed up her pace with a small run.
“Rudi!” call her once, but Rudi flinch and continues to disappear inside the house.
“Daeng, there's Vina outside. If you find me, say I pray duha,” said Rudi to his mother.
“Vina? Vina your boyfriend?” shock Kamsiah. The woman had not heard of Vina's return from Jakarta.
“Iya,” replied Rudi, then immediately went into his room.
“Assalamu ‘alaikum!” greetings Vina.
“Wa ‘alaikum greetings!” kamsiah replied as he emerged from the inside and found Vina standing in the front doorway.
Kamsiah was surprised to see the appearance of the golden-haired Vina.
“Yes Allah! You Vina?” kamsiah asked unsure.
“Iya, Daeng,” replied Vina while smiling widely.
“Yes Allah! Is your hair yellow like a cartoon star?” kamsiah said as he held onto the girl's arms and looked at her face fixedly.
Suddenly Vina was sad and ended up shedding tears, which actually made Kamsiah confused. Vina then hugged the astonished Kamsiah and hugged the girl back.
“I'm sorry Daeng! Hiks hiks!” vina sobbed.
“Why? Why apologize, Son?” kamsiah asked still not understanding.
“Iya, Daeng. Because of me, Rudi so languished to drunkenness, to the point that Puang Haji died. Hiks hiks hiks ..!” answer Vina.
“Oooh, the. No, it's not your fault, son. At that time, Rudinya alone did not want to hear the advice of parents. Puang Haji also died not because of anyone, it is time,” said Kamsiah sad tone too. “Not keep in mind, make it sad.”
“Iya, Daeng,” said Vina then took off her arms and wiped her tears.
Actually Rudi was eavesdropping on the door of his closed room. In his room, he had laid out a prayer mat.
“Come sit down first!” bring Kamsiah.
If Adinda Moon is limited to sitting on the terrace, then Vina is invited to sit in the living room with her television. However, that is not a measure that Vina will have a greater chance to be a prospective daughter-in-law. Indeed, Vina had a history of closeness to that family longer and deeper.
“You're married, son?” ask Kamsiah.
“Not yet, Daeng. Although I was too wrong for leaving Rudi three years ago, but I still feel like his girlfriend Rudi,” replied Vina.
“Oooh. But later it will be resolved, there should be no misunderstandings,” said Kamsiah.
“Iya, Daeng,” said Vina with a somewhat disappointed expression. “But which Rudi, Daeng?”
“Again salad. Just wait a minute,” replied Kamsiah.
“Iya, Daeng,” said Vina, but then she realized that it was only eleven, not yet in time zuhur. “But, what prayer is Rudi jam this way?”
“Salat duha's. Not for long, but only for a few minutes. Just hang. Daeng make tea first yes,” said Kamsiah.
Kamsiah got up from his seat and went inside.
“Biggung really. Like people far away,” grumbled Vina shrieked to herself.
Indeed, now Vina felt awkward herself visiting the house. Very different from three years ago, enough with greetings, then he can freely enter the kitchen by itself, so close he with the Rudi family. But today, he was truly like a guest. He did not dare to go inside himself.
Not long after, Kamsiah came back out of the inner room with a tray of cans that contained a glass of tests and cake setoples.
“I am like a Lebaran guest only, Daeng,” said Vina baso stale. Though in his heart he said, “Padahat I used to if you want to drink anything for yourself in.”
“Nothing. Kan guests from far away,” said Kamsiah while putting tea for Vina and also a glass jar containing cookies.
“I think, Rudi is married,” said Vina.
“He's not ready. He said he needs to learn again so that the provision to become the head of the household is enough,” said Kamsiah. “In Jakarta still in college or already working, son?”
“Alhamdulillah in Jakarta has led the perfumery business, Daeng. I was helped by my Aunt Anti who is also a perfume business, I kept released independently and have my own company,” replied Vina.
“Oh. Very good that,” praise Kamsiah. “Wait a minute. I saw Rudi first.”
“Iya.”
Kamsiah got up again and went inside. He went to Rudi's room. The door was closed and it was not locked.
Kamsiah saw Rudi praying in a ritual position, then rose to then prostrate. Kamsiah went outside again.
As soon as the mother, Rudi looked back and smiled because her mother had left.
“Still praying,” Kamsiah told Vina. “Please wait, before zuhur also must have finished. Rudi always pray in the mosque if five time.”
“Iya, Daeng,” said Vina while smiling. “So I saw a female guest. Who is it, Daeng?”
“Oooh, the Moon. He lives in Hot Water. That's a good boy, son. Just now he donated books for the children who paid here,” replied Kamsiah.
“Since when did he know Rudi, Daeng?” ask Vina.
“After his death, Rudi did stop drinking, but Rudi became shy, quiet, always in the room did not want to go out. He often cried himself in the room if he remembered his poop. To the extent that Daeng was afraid that Rudi would go crazy. Initially, Aziz's idea was to bring Moon here and then introduce Rudi to Moon, meaning that Rudi can forget about you, son. After wanting to be applied again, you also can not be contacted,” Kamsiah story.
Quietly Vina heard the story of Kamsiah. He took a deep breath, as a clear tear fell. Vina immediately wiped it.
“So because the Moon Rudi can be normal again?” asked Vina in a slightly hoarse voice.
“Not. The moon is only Rudi's comfort. Thanks to the guidance of Ustaz Barzanji, Rudi wanted to pray continuously, until every tahajud prayer he cried continuously. Thank God, over time, Rudi began to improve. He wanted to pray in the mosque, already wanted to go to the beach with Aziz and Sandro. At such times, the Moon always comes, a week can be three or four times,” said Kamsiah.
“Truly Rudi already does not belong to me,” Inner Vina.
Meanwhile, Rudi who heard her mother told her the past, so she shed tears. He remembered his late father. He remembered his iniquity to the gentle thin man. Especially if he remembers Aziz's story that his father once carried him when he was heavily drunk. He hit his head and fell to his knees until the knee was bleeding. And it happened in front of a lot of people.
Rudi cried trying without a sound. If he always remembered his sins to his father, he would always cry.
“I saw Rudi first, Son,” Kamsiah said as he rose again from his seat.
“Iya, Daeng.”
Apparently, when Kamsiah looked into Rudi's room, his son was still in a state of prayer. Kamsiah showed a surprised face. Though it was long enough and soon time zuhur entered. Kamsiah is back out.
“Rudi still salat,” said Kamsiah.
“Hah! Still salat?” shock Vina.
“No idea why so long. Not usually like that,” said Kamsiah also astonished.
“Perhaps because he did not want to meet me, Daeng,” said Vina sadly. (BH)
