A few days later, Physician Seo came to check on Hwa Ryong. After checking, Physician Seo went towards the Crown Prince's room.
“How is it now?”
“It's fine, Your Highness.”
The Crown Prince looked pleased, then two seconds later turned moody. “Ah, really? Can he travel now?”
Physician Seo bowed respectfully. “Iya, Your Grace.”
“Good. Thanks for helping me take care of him, Eunuch Hyun will reward you after this. But you know that this is a secret. So make sure no one knows that he's here, you understand? You certainly know what will happen if this secret is leaked.”
“Yes, Your Grace. I promise I will take care of him.” he replied, then walked out.
The Crown Prince muttered. “Means stay tonight only.”
Hwa Ryong was reading a book in his room when then the Crown Prince knocked on the door and stepped in.
The Crown Prince sat across the table.
“Let's take a walk outside!” bring the Crown Prince.
Hwa Ryong looked enthusiastic before then sighed, then shook his head. “I don't want to be a problem for Oppa. I know that my existence here is a secret.”
The Crown Prince sighed, then with a big smile, he pulled Hwa Ryong's hand up and dragged him out.
“Oppa! What if someone sees me?” whispered.
The Crown Prince laughed amusedly. “It's late at night. No one's gonna come through here, unless they're ghosts.”
Hwa Ryong was shocked when he heard the word ghost. “Ghost?”
The Crown Prince chuckled amusedly at Hwa Ryong's fear. “Why? You afraid of ghosts?”
Hwa Ryong was about to nod, but then shook his head. “No, who said I was afraid of ghosts?”
“Really? Then, come with me.” While continuing to hold Hwa Ryong's hand, they walked again.
Hwa Ryong thrashed all the way. Soon they stopped somewhere. “See there!”
Hwa Ryong immediately closed his eyes, frightened. “No.” The Crown Prince smiled.
“Oppa promise?”
The Crown Prince nodded. “Iya.”
Hwa Ryong opened his eyes and was flabbergasted. An astonishing sight, made him walk involuntarily, away from the Crown Prince. A cherry tree stands in the middle of a beautiful flower garden. A small pond was built to the west. And it looks like a beautiful architectural palace building standing firmly in the north of the park. Hwa Ryong picked up the cherry blossoms that were falling in the wind.
The Crown Prince who was still standing was glued to his place, remembering the incident where he saw Hwa Ryong the first time. Hwa Ryong was showered with cherry blossoms, as he currently saw. So pretty. Her heartbeat quickened as Hwa Ryong turned to her and smiled for her. The Crown Prince walked over. Hwa Ryong immediately showered her with the flowers he collected in his palm. Hwa Ryong laughed, making the Crown Prince smile along. Suddenly he woke up. Hwa Ryong will no longer be by her side after this night has passed. The days he spent with Hwa Ryong were so happy that he didn't realize it was time for them to part. The Crown Prince looked at Hwa Ryong who was now standing on the bridge, looking at the koi fish swimming in the pond. The Crown Prince moved towards him.
With a sad look towards the pool, he said. “Tabib Seo says that you can come home tomorrow morning.”
Hwa Ryong looked pleased. “Really?”
The Crown Prince's heart felt like it was being pricked by a needle as he caught the joyous tone of Hwa Ryong's voice. “Iya.”
Instead, Hwa Ryong also caught the sad tone of the Crown Prince. “Oppa is fine? Did I make Oppa angry?”
The Crown Prince suddenly no longer held back his feelings. He hugged Hwa Ryong tightly. Making Hyun, all the maids, and the bodyguards guarding him, as well as especially Hwa Ryong startled and turned his face away. “Please, promise me that you won't forget me.”
Both hearts beat fast. Hwa Ryong fell silent, too shocked to answer. They were silent for so long before Hwa Ryong replied, “I will not forget Oppa, I promise.”
“I'll try to see you in two days. What if on the hill next to the cherry tree, where we were four days ago attacked?”
“Bukit? Alright.”
“At noon, promise?”
Hwa Ryong nodded, still in the Crown Prince's arms. “Iya. I promise."
They hugged all night.
