Intruders

Arriving at the dorm, Ethan puts his groceries on a small table near the bunk bed. The room Ethan lived in was very quiet and stuffy.

Ethan walks three steps from the bed to shift the door to the patio, letting fresh air in to reduce its stuffy smell.

Ethan stands on a porch divider, contemplating and the shadows of the various people he has met before continue to haunt him.

Chris, Black, the drunken man and even the mysterious messages he had received were all mixed in his mind.

"What's wrong with today?" he muttered while folding his hands on his chest. "Why does it all feel so weird?" he continued by rubbing his chin.

Ethan bit his lower lip with a frown, until suddenly his phone rang in his pants pocket. He immediately picked it up and saw the name

"My Mom" is on her phone screen. It's a call from his mother, and Ethan only realizes that he forgot to tell his parents if he didn't come home that night.

The Ethan family is a family that upholds family traditions and values. His father, who has Asian blood, is very conservative and has a view that children should stay with their parents until the right time.

"Hallo, Mom," Ethan answered the call in a soft tone.

While the voice is on the other end of the phone, Ethan hears a man's voice, but it makes Ethan a little surprised. He looked at the screen of his phone and saw his mother's name on it.

"Dad, is that you?" ask her in a surprised tone.

Yes. It's me" replied the father. "Aren't you coming home tonight?"

"Yes, Dad. I'll sleep in the hospital dorm tonight. I feel so tired and lazy to take the car home." Ethan answered and explained the situation.

"Ah, so." The father responded, then muttered softly. "You two are very compact. So there's only Mom and Daddy at home tonight."

"Didn't Brie go home, Dad?" Ethan asked with a curious look.

"Hm, he said that their system was almost hacked and he was chasing the hacker, so he didn't have time to go home." The father gave the information in a worried tone, "you better rest. Daddy hang up the phone." he continued.

"Good night, Dad." Ethan said before hanging up.

After talking to his father, Ethan feels like contacting his sister, Brie, to make sure that everything is okay. He looked up his sister's phone number and immediately pressed the call.

After several ringtones, finally someone answered the phone. Brie's voice rang out on the other end, "Hello, who is this?" tanyakanya.

"Hello, Brie, it's me, Ethan." Unknowingly, Ethan smiled at his sister's voice.

"I was talking to Dad and he said you were busy chasing hackers?" ask Ethan.

Brie scrunched her forehead, "Yes, there are some security issues as well that I'm dealing with. So I have to help solve it and it's not necessarily about chasing hackers." Brie replied while explaining the situation.

"Oh so, I feel a little anxious after hearing Dad's story." Ethan is still engrossed in talking to Brie, he is completely unaware that his dorm room has been entered quietly by an intruder with a small knife in his hand.

"All right, then I'll hang up." Ethan wants to end their conversation.

Brie could only smile at her brother's words. "Good night, brother!" the thrill of turning off the phone by tapping 2 times the earphone in question.

Ethan is surprised to hear his brother call him 'Sister', Ethan's heart is very happy and he decides to go back into the room.

As one step of his foot entered the room, Ethan felt that the originally quiet dorm room was suddenly filled with a gripping tension. His heart was agitated, but he did not understand the meaning of the anxiety.

Ethan looked around and felt that something was wrong. A strange feeling crept over him. He began to examine the room carefully, trying to figure out what might have happened as long as he was busy talking on the phone.

Ethan's eyes are suddenly caught up in an awkwardness. There was a shadow hidden in the dark corner of his dorm room and the figure was clearly carrying a glittering sharp weapon.

Ethan swallowed his Saliva roughly. But had not had time to take any action, he had been attacked suddenly.

On an instinct to survive, Ethan jumps to the side and manages to evade the intruder's first attack. The next attack was inevitable.

Ethan and the intruder wrestle in the dark with dangerous sharp weapons in the hands of the intruder.

Though desperate, Ethan is able to use his physical skills to fight off the intruder.

The fight was fast and intense, until Ethan finally managed to paralyze the intruder with his powers that unconsciously appear as if his body was used to it.

In a tense situation, Ethan sat down with a breath of breath. He swiftly bound the intruder and took the sharp weapon for him to remove.

Ethan raises both hands, again - again the Hologram system diagnosis does not appear when he touches the skin of the intruder, it makes Ethan astonished because before when he helped the old man cross the road, the, the hologram appears even though Ethan has no idea what the old man's name is.

"What's this?" Ask with a witty. But Ethan did not forget to immediately report the incident that happened to him to the police. And before the police arrive, Ethan presses the intruder with questions.

"Who are you really?"
