Tok Tok tok, Ethan and Emi have been standing in front of the entrance to Doctor Robert's room.

Chequek! "Excuse me doc, me and Ethan are coming to face" Emi said as she opened the door.

"Come in" Robert allowed the two juniors to sit on his couch.

61-year-old Robert Hag is a hospital chief known for his achievements in the medical world. His room was surrounded by bookshelves containing medical literature and awards ever achieved by him.

Robert looked seriously at the two of them before he made a sound. "Doctor Ethan," said Robert seriously, "I'd like to invite you here to offer you a research project. This research project is a combination of GCHospital hospital with one of the pharmaceutical laboratories in the capital city of Moscow," he continued without saying stale.

"Your talking style scares me doc. Speak as usual and don't have to be that serious" Ethan said.

Robert smiled at Ethan's voice. "Can't I talk to you seriously Ethan. Oh come on man. I'm just trying to talk seriously to you so I look like the creepy hospital chief, ho ho ho ho" Robert's thunderous laughter filled the room. "How was the offer, did you agree?" Ask.

"Why should I doc? Many doctors are more senior than me, who I think are more competent and more deserving of this offer?" Ethan asked with a serious face.

"Hm, there's no one worth it but you Ethan. You are the eldest son of Jhon and you will inherit this hospital. So you're the only one I deserve to send there." Press it.

"What's the name of the lab" asked Ethan again.

Ethan, who was sitting in front of Robert, pondered for a moment. He felt very familiar with the name of the lab. Ethan turned his memory around remembering when he saw the lab's name.

Robert nodded and understood that the emergency situation required immediate attention. Then Robert turned to Emi who was sitting next to Dr. Ethan's.

"Emi," he said, "i also want you to join this project, to accompany Ethan."

Emi with a warm smile and replied, "I'm willing to go with her doc. We'll talk further once Ethan returns."

The two of them then walked out of Robert's office leaving important considerations for their future.

Ethan arrives quickly in the IGD room, he has put on his white uniform with a hospital emblem emblazoned on his chest signifying that he is a reliable doctor in critical situations.

As Ethan enters the room, a nurse named Bella deftly approaches him. Bella is one of the experienced nurses in the hospital where she is always ready to act in emergency situations.

"Doctor Ethan," said Bella calmly, "we received an emergency call. There's been a string of accidents on the San Diego city highway. There will likely be patients coming in with serious conditions."

Ethan nods his head then immediately coordinates with Bella and the rest of the medical team in the IGD room.

Not long after, the ambulance came with a red siren ringing. Bella swiftly opened the width of the IGD emergency door. The atmosphere in the IGD room was instantly filled with tension but the medical skills kept moving quickly.

The first patient to arrive was an adult man with serious head injuries. Bella calmly directed the patient to be placed in one of the emergency beds then the medical team immediately began the emergency treatment procedure.

A second ambulance arrived with a woman who appeared to have suffered severe back injuries. So that the Doctor and other nurses immediately conduct a careful examination and decide the next steps.

This process continued with the arrival of subsequent patients, including a child who looked very frightened.

The medical team with full expertise and care responds to each case to the maximum, they all work hard to provide the best care for those who need help.

Amid the chaos of the IGD room, Ethan and nurse Bella remain calm while providing direction and help when needed. They are both a solid team if united in the face of an emergency situation.

But suddenly, the situation became serious when they arrived the next ambulance car that came at high speed.

The car was carrying a male patient with horrific stab wounds. An iron seemed to pierce through his stomach, and blood came out rapidly.

Ethan and Bella exchanged glances and they both deftly accepted the patient.

"Name," said Ethan with his serious face. But the medical personnel who came with the patient just kept quiet so that Bella who understood the purpose of Ethan immediately checked the identity of the man.

"Edward Cullin, 23 years." Bella Sahut.

Edward Cullin, 23. Ethan chanted the four words in his heart while touching his palm on the skin of the man's hand.

A small sting on Ethan's hand causes a change in the color of his eye so that a visual hologram of the patient's health diagnosis appears right in front of him.

From the visual hologram that has changed shape to resemble Edward's body, Ethan can see the graphics and health system and life level of Edward.

"40%" said Ethan, whose gaze turned toward Bella.

The woman quickly took Edward's body to the operating room where other medical teams had prepared the necessary medical equipment and materials. They carefully placed the patient's body on the emergency operating table.

"Doctor Ethan" one nurse said, giving Ethan medical gloves.

Ethan saw the patient groaning in pain with a confused face. "We'll do our best for you, don't worry" Ethan said, looking at the nurses who were ready to help him.

After the procedure is completed, the patient is transferred to a recovery room. Ethan and the rest of the medical team can breathe a sigh of relief.
