Who is he, Dad?

Ethan and Emile are cleaning the dishes on Emile's desk. As Ethan was about to reach the sink, he heard his phone ringing loudly. Suddenly, Emile thrusts his phone at Ethan.

"Your Dad" he said.

Ethan immediately puts a dirty plate in his hand and receives his phone from Emile. He swiped the green button and answered the call quickly, "Hello, Dad?"

"Son, are you still in the dorm?" john asked in a serious tone across the phone.

"Yes, Dad, I'm still here. What's up, Dad?" ask Ethan.

Emile puts up her ear eavesdropping on Ethan and his father's conversation, washing all the dirty dishes in slow motion because Ethan has been sitting back at Emile's dinner table not far from his mini kitchen.

"Son, I need you in the hospital right away. Right now, I'm in my room. There's something I want to talk about," John said in a serious tone down the phone, leaving Ethan astonished and worried.

"All right, I'll be there soon?" with a confused face. Ethan hears that the phone connection has been switched off by his father, and he puts the phone back on the table.

"What's wrong? Why does your face look so serious?" emile asked as he wiped his hands on the pink apron he was wearing.

"Daddy told me to go to the hospital. There was something he wanted to talk to me about, he said" he replied with a complicated look.

"Do you know what your Daddy's going to talk about?" ask Emile again.

"Okay, he didn't say it. I'm a little worried." Ethan said while bowing his head.

"Would your dad talk about last night, I think that could be a strong option?" guess Emile.

"Early events?" Ethan's forehead shriveled, "what happened? Why did I last night?" He asked with a confused face.

"Didn't you remember last night?" asked Emile in a serious tone.

"What happened last night? Is there a serious incident I don't remember?" ethan asked in a plain tone.

"Can you tell me, what do you remember from last night?" ask Emile who is no less serious than Ethan.

"Emmm," Ethan looked back to frown, he looked like he was staring at his memory again, then he continued his words. "All I remember is, we met, and then you offered to just use your room because my room was so messy. And I agreed, and then we went into the room and you gave me a bottle of mineral water. After that, I woke up this morning."

Ethan's explanation makes Emile turn his gaze to a bottle of mineral water at the end of their table that is not filled.

Emile's gaze was a little complicated, even the girl frowned deeply, then she displayed a smile on her beautiful face.

"What's up, Emi? Is there something I missed?" ethan asked curiously, especially when he saw Emile smiling with an empty mineral bottle at the end of the table.

"Nothing, everything's right."

"Then why did you ask about last night?" ask Ethan curiously.

"Aaaa, well, I don't seem to be able to cover anything from you" he said, sitting himself in front of Ethan.

Emile's words further stir Ethan's curious soul, "say Emi, what's the matter?" his insistence.

"Overnight, our junior sister's room was infiltrated by thieves, and the thief died accidentally killed by our junior sister. You know who he is?" emile asked, and Ethan just shook his head.

"He lives right next to your room. He was a child in his second year. I don't know his name, which is clear he's already at the police station" Emile said. "Maybe your Daddy wants to talk to you about this because he's worried about you" she said.

"Why can't I know if there was such a big event last night?" ethan asked in surprise, and Emile only laughed at the stupid expression Ethan was displaying.

While Ethan, he's still digging up his memories again. Somehow he felt the story told by Emile could not be trusted.

However, all of Ethan's efforts are in vain, until finally he decides not to think about anything that happened last night.

Arriving at the hospital, Emile unhesitatingly embraces Ethan's hand as if to show that Ethan is his, and no one should disturb their relationship.

His attitude attracted the attention of the nurses and patients who were there, even some of them looked with envious gazes at Emile.

Meanwhile, Ethan, he feels uncomfortable with Emile's attitude that is too friendly in general. "Emi, maybe we better walk without having to join hands. This is a hospital, not the right place for something like this" Ethan said gently as he tried to shake Emile's hand off.

Emile responded with a calm face and she started chiming in, "I know this is a hospital, but I want to hold your hand like this. Don't you like it?" tanyakanya.

"Not so, Emi, but maybe we don't need to attract everyone's attention. I don't like being the center of attention." Ethan gently tried to explain.

“Ha ha ha, you're so funny Ethan. Do you not realize that your good looks can attract the attention of everyone and not just that. Your skills were even very intensively discussed in cyberspace.”, said Emile, where he resumed his laughter.

The girl was like a bull that could stand. He still holds Ethan's hand without any worries and does not care about the gaze that others put on him.

This girl likes to act as she pleases. Ethan grumbled inwardly at Emile's attitude. However, Ethan decides not to take matters into his own hands because he does not want to confront him in public.

As they were about to walk towards the elevator, Ethan quickly let go of Emile's tightly coiled hands when he saw Jade, a pediatrician he liked, waiting for the elevator.

“Hai, Jade,” Sapa Ethan. However, Emile just rolled her eyeballs, she even cast an unhappy look at the dimpled girl.

“Hai, Ethan.” Greet Jade with a friendly smile.

“You came in the morning once, is this morning your practice schedule?” Ethan starts asking questions to open up the conversation.

“No, My schedule is afternoon. But this morning, I had an appointment with one of my patients.” Answer in a friendly tone. “then how about you?” Ask Jade.

“Ethan's schedule is the same as yours, but he's here to see his father. Isn't that so Ethan,” Emile takes over the answer that Ethan should have the right to answer. However, Ethan can say what if Emile has interfered then he prefers silence, he just nods his head as a form of answer to Emile's question.

The elevator they were waiting for finally arrived, the elevator door opened and the three of them entered it. Again – again Emile holding Ethan's hand, even Emile bravely linked his palm with Ethan's palm and the girl locked it by grasping tightly between – between Ethan's fingers.

What Emile did made Ethan gasp. How not, when their skin came into contact, Emile's hologram system appeared before Ethan, but it made him a little surprised and his heart beat faster.

Jade simply smiled looking at Ethan's stiff face, then her gaze shifted to the intimacy displayed by the two of them. Jade again smiled sweetly at the affection of Ethan and Emile because of that, reminding herself of the sweet story with her lover, Chris.

Jade pressed the number 2 button and the iron door closed. The three of them finally reached the 2nd floor.

Emile releases her link from Ethan, “until I see you later.”

Emile's whispers make Ethan aware of his daydream. Then he saw that the two beautiful girls had left themselves alone in the iron box.

When the elevator door closes, Ethan immediately presses button 5 to head to the next floor. He felt relieved as the elevator moved, leaving behind a situation that made him feel awkward.

When he arrives, Ethan goes to his father's room. As he entered, he saw his father was talking to a well-dressed man.

"Who is he, Dad?" Ethan asked with a confused face.
