Sister Miya asked Gavin to come out of the room first, so that the doctor could better concentrate on his patient examination. Doctor Tio rushed to check on Sarah. “Sarah, you don't have to go back to my house. Gavin doesn't need you anymore.” Mr. Gumalang's heavy voice interrupted their conversation.
