Shadow Agent

Shadow Agent
Masalalu Himaki's

Leaves fall in the Mikadzuki orphanage. The breeze was blowing dropping the leaves that started to redden because autumn had arrived. At the orphanage, the child happily plays and chases the leaves.

An innocent sweet smile was clearly visible on their faces, covering up all the past that had brought them to that place.

No exception two brothers who are now playing under a tree. They are Tatsuya Himaki and Tatsuya Himeko. Their parents died in an accident when both were toddlers. Himaki and Himeko were on vacation at their grandmother's house, so they survived.

No one knows how destiny will proceed. Two months later, their grandmother died, which left the two brothers in an orphanage.

"Sir Himaki! Let's play! Asik loh!" Take the girl with long black hair. His hair was fluttering in the wind. Her silver eyes looked sparkling with the famous sunlight.

While the older brother, Himaki, is seen preferring to sit back while leaning on the tree trunk. "No, you're the one playing. Don't interrupt my leisure time, Meko..." Rejecting the older brother made Himeko puff her cheeks in annoyance.

"Sister Himaki is a mop." Her speech. However, a mischievous idea appeared in his head. Himeko picked up a pile of leaves and settled the precipitate behind the older brother who was now closing his eyes. A ignorant smile etched on his face looked at the target who was still unaware of his existence.

There were only a few more steps left before Himeko reached a sufficient distance to judge the elder brother. Till...

Hamp

Himeko jumped up and threw the pile of leaves at her sister. Himaki who was almost asleep was immediately shocked and woke up. He turned to his side and found his brother laughing.

"Imazo!!!" Himaki exclaimed and immediately chased after Himeko. The little girl kept running away from the sister who was chasing her.

"Haha! You won't catch me!!" Say Himeko while sticking out her tongue. Yet...

"Himaki, Himeko! Come here for a second!" Call one of the caretakers. Both of them came closer.

"Himaki, Shimao... There are good people who want to meet you. He's gonna adopt you. You will have a new family! " Say the caretaker with a smile. The eyes of the two children immediately sparkled.

"Really?? It's cool!!" Himeko said happily while slightly jumping.

Both of them met the man. However, sometimes what is considered good is not as good as what is actually. As the saying goes, 'do not look at a book from its cover.' What is considered bad can keep good in it. And vice versa.

A man around the age of 40han came to them. He smiled warmly looking at the two children in front of him. "Come with uncle." Said the man while smiling warmly.

For a child who has been living in an orphanage, feeling the pain of losing a parent, getting a new family is a joy in itself that they look forward to. Quickly and innocently, the two children agreed.

"Good uncle!!" Himaki and Himeko said together.

However, unfortunately happiness was not in their favor this time around. Not the happiness they hope for, but the pain that returns to their hearts.

The season has changed. The leaves of the leaves have fallen off, leaving the trunk and branches of the tree without the leaves that adorn it. Temperatures began to drop indicating that winter had arrived.

On the cold side of the road, two brothers were walking pastries. A basket with cakes that only left a little in the carry by the sister who now looks cold.

Realizing that, Himaki immediately took off his jacket and gave it to Himeko. "Wear this, let's not get cold." Her speech.

"Eh, but later brother who is cold. Brother, I'm okay!" Refuse Hineko smooth.

"No, I'm used to gini. You just use it. Don't get sick..." Said the brother. Himeko was about to refuse, but seeing the worry on the sister's face, she finally accepted it.

"When I am you are good. Ah, come home yuk. It's almost night" Himeko said.

Also true. Himaki did not notice that his surroundings were now getting dark. The blue sky is now replaced by a beautiful orange sky. But the temperature out there is also decreasing.

Until the evening, the two brothers ran down the street until they arrived in front of a house. Silent silence they put their feet in, hoping the owner of the house does not get ahead of them. However, luck was not on their side. The person they were supposed to be a foster father was sitting on the sofa drinking a bottle of booze.

"Where are you guys?" Ask the man who seems to be getting drunk.

"Sell the cake, as you asked." Answer Himaki.

The man's eyebrows shot up, he walked up to the two brothers. "Where's the money?"

Himeko reached into her pocket and took out the money from the sale of the cake and handed it to the man. A grin formed on the man's face. He seemed to be counting his numbers, before then his facial expression changed. "WHY IS THIS SO MUCH?" Asked the man with a high tone of voice made Himeko frightened and immediately hid behind the body of the older brother.

BRUK!

"Sir Himaki!!"

A hard punch slid right into the boy's cheek, making him instantly fall.

Himeko tried to get close to her brother, but the man immediately brushed her off.

"THINK YOU!"

BRUK!

"Meko! Ahey! Don't be rude with my sister!!" Himaki exclaimed that did not accept her sister being treated as such. But unfortunately it actually makes him have to receive another blow from the foster father.

"Sister! Don't hurt Himaki!" Himeko immediately pushed the man away from the older brother. Not wanting his sister to be hurt again, Himaki immediately pulled his hand and ran outside the house.

They also continued to run away from their adoptive father, not caring about their health. Cold air pierced the skin blowing, making the power of the two children more and more drained.

Their steps stopped in a fairly narrow alley. Their breath is irregular. In the darkness of the night, snow began to fall showering them with his white pieces.

Himeko shivered in coldness. He was not used to such cold temperatures. Plus his energy that has been drained a lot makes him quite exhausted.

"I cape brother." lamented Himeko.

Himaki looked at his sister pity. They had run far enough, without rest. Moreover, the cold temperature around them certainly makes the sister exhausted.

"But what if-"

"Here you are."

Both of them were shocked to see the arrival of their foster father. Since when was that guy there?

But, the thing that made them even more surprised, a gun that the man held and pointed at them.

"Finally I'll see you too." The man grinned. His hands were ready to press the trigger that would fire a high-speed bullet at them.

"RUN BROTHER!"

Himaki's body was pushed firmly, making the young man step away to maintain his body's balance. Yet..

THE DAR!!!

"Akh!"

"YES!!!" Himaki. Because of his help, it was his sister who was shot.

When Himaki was about to approach the younger brother, Himeko actually prevented him. "Go!! Don't mind me, save yourself brother!!"

"But..."

"PLEASE LEAVE!!!" Himeko then smiled. Makes Himaki's eyes glazed.

Himaki nodded and ran away leaving Himeko who started to close her eyes.

He accidentally bumped into a child his age, but he prefers to ignore him at this time. He must survive. He will not let Himeko's sacrifice to save her in vain.

Angry, upset, sad, sick. All those feelings were piling up inside him. Tears began to drip from his eyelids, because he had to part with the younger brother who had to lose his life tragically.

'I will not forgive him. I'll kill people like him!' inner Himaki.
