Court Call

Two days passed, able to make Danar's life chaotic. He continued to search for the Gita but nil, there was no result at all. Going to Dirga did not produce anything. The man insisted on rejecting his accusations. Even casually saying no idea where the Gita is. Danar is convinced that Dirga is hiding his wife. But he has no evidence of anything to do with it.

The house bell rang many times, the lazy Danar went down even pissed. With a lazy step he went down the stairs then walked towards the main door. His forehead frowned to see a man standing in front of the door.

"Who are you looking for?", asked Danar

"I'm an officer of the religious court sir. I want to deliver the summons for Mr. Danar Adiaksa!", he replied politely

Danar is frozen, so Gita has actually filed for divorce with a religious court.

" S-I am Danar!", replied Danar stuttering. He received the letter with trembling hands.

"Then, excuse me!", said the officer after giving his letter to Danar. Danar replied with a weak nod.

His body was lethargic for a moment, apparently Gita was not fooling around. The woman really wanted to part with him.

With a shunt step, Danar went back in and then headed to his room. He looked at every corner of his room with Gita. The man smiled wryly, the pain he felt now was certainly not much compared to what Gita used to feel.

"What do I have to do so that you will forgive me Git?", he softly explained.

There was nothing he could do now, it was too late. And yes, ready not to be ready. Danar really has to lose the Gita for good.

Danar complied with the subpoena for the first hearing of his divorce with the Gita. Danar hopes that the woman will change her decision. He prayed that there would be a miracle for their home.

"Good day, Mr. Danar, I am Arifin Nugraha. The lawyer who was appointed by Miss Gita to take care of her divorce with you!", he explained. Danar looked at Gita who was silent with a cold expression. The woman refused to even look at him. Seeing that, Danar could only smile stiffly, though,

"Git, can we talk for a minute?", pinta Danar

"There's nothing we need to talk about anymore. It's all done. I hope that after this, we really have nothing to do!", Gita said, then entered the courtroom.

Honestly, Danar was eager to reject this divorce. But he knew he could not be selfish.

They have faced the judge. The files were checked and the judge asked the two to mediate. The mediation process went well even though Gita remained tight-lipped to divorce.

"Git, is there no chance for me?", asked Danar when they were outside the courtroom. Mediation does not go as she hoped because the Gita does not change her decision.

"No!", replied Gita briefly

"Git, I ... !",

"Isn't this what you really want?", asked Gita cynically. "I shouldn't have put my heart on the wrong person from the beginning!", said Gita

"Is it sorry that you can bring my son back?", asked Gita in a trembling tone. "Why would you take me into your life if only for you to hurt. What was my fault with you that you were cruel to me Danar. Not just unfairly and hurt me constantly. You also killed my son!!", cried Gita. The woman seemed to vent her anger on the man who soon became her ex-husband.

Danar is silent, he doesn't have enough courage to go after Gita. Everything the woman said made her aware. How cruel and evil he was to his wife. With a slow step, Danar entered his car and decided to go home. His mind kept ringing with the words that Gita said.

The word kept ringing in his head. Unknowingly, Danar shed her tears. No father would kill his own son. So too with himself. Danar is really sorry, maybe even his whole life he will still feel guilty for losing his future baby.

A few minutes later, Danar finally arrived at his home. He saw Dari sitting on the terrace chair. Really, he was lazy when he still had to argue with the woman.

"Mas, where are you from?", she asked, holding her husband's hand

"Religious court!",

"What are you there for?", asked Tari curiously

"Gita filed for divorce!", her husband's reply slightly shocked Dari. But it is undeniable that he feels happy.

"You mean, you and Gita are getting a divorce?",

Danar nodded lazily, in contrast to the face of Dance that looked sparkling. The woman smiled meaningfully.

"Mas, I hope that after this, there's no more disturbing our household!",

Danar stopped his steps hearing the words of his second wife.

"You mean, the Gita is a bully?", Danar asked

"And the truth is so. You told me yourself. I'm glad we can finally be together forever!!", he said happily.

Danar stepped inside the house, followed by Tari of course. The woman was endlessly spreading a smile of victory.

Danar sighed, today is the verdict of his divorce hearing with the Gita. After going through several stages in the trial. They both decided to get divorced. Danar tried to accept everything even though his heart refused. The man was heartened to attend his final trial. But before entering the courtroom, Danar accidentally saw Gita talking to Dirga in the car. His jaw hardened instantly, rightly guessed. Dirga is behind all this. With a feeling of annoyance, he approached them and then banged on the glass of his car. It makes Gita surprised, in contrast to Dirga who looks relaxed. Then they got out of the car.
