During the whole week, Sandra visits the Library and meets Otka there. Although they use different facilities, but the two always meet when in the restaurant.

"You've learned about the functions of each level of the robot?" otka asked as he scooped the mashed potatoes on his plate. Sandra nodded while chewing on the piece of sausage in her mouth. "I have a lot of friends in District 10. Ever been there before?"

"No. I haven't studied until District 10. It's only up to District 7 where I live" Sandra replied seriously.

That afternoon, Roves gave his knowledge of User level E. The robot that became the foundation of his family's life while he was still on duty.

"I've seen a player at Sentra Video Games Level 10. Maybe, as your father told you, Otka. The man was like using a weapon that seemed to appear in the grasp of his hand. He also ordered a computer, which the Simulator could possibly match to give him access. Have you seen Colosseum Blue fight a few months ago against mutants?"
