Chapter 24: A Day with Cherry

Tinkling spoons and forks clashing softly, is this what the family is called? Eat together in silence. Richard grew up in a luxurious house, but he was always alone. His parents died when he was a child. His grandfather was busy taking care of business affairs everywhere, making him only live with his servants.

As for Shelia, she grew up lovingly. She's the only daughter of Jenner's family, she's deeply loved and spoiled, but the blind love she has for Shawn breaks her.

Nici glanced at Father and Mother who ate in silence with the tip of her eyes.

"Mommy, Daddy!" Call Nici. Making Richard and Shelia look over for a moment.

"Cherry's about to move in, the school's having a farewell party for him." His word.

"Ah yes, Mami forgot that Cherry would move. Tomorrow after school bring him here." Shelia. Yes Cherry has gone home to her parents' house, she does not live in Aunt Mary's house anymore because she has to make preparations for her transfer.

"Hem." Replied Nici with a gloomy face. Honestly from the bottom of his heart he wanted to say don't go to Cherry, but he was just a kid who would listen to her. Nici is just hoping that one day she'll meet Cherry again.

After school, Cherry and Nici are sitting in the park, she accidentally asks Daddy to go and buy them two Ice Creams at school, so Nici can talk to Cherry both.

"Nicki! If I'm not here anymore, are you going to find a new friend?" Ask Cherry with a serious face.

"Of course." Answer Nici lightly.

"To that!" Cherry frowned with a gloomy face, "not that you said I was the only one." Complain Cherry.

"Hem's right too." Cherry murmured softly, "alright then, find as many friends as you want. But, don't forget me ya." Cherry smiled sweetly.

"Now, let you or I not forget each other." Nici handed him a star-studded necklace with a small star-shaped hole in the middle.

"Ko the star is hollow?" ask Cherry while looking at the necklace Nici gave her.

"That's right here!" Nici pulled out a necklace with a smaller star pendulum, fitting the size of the star hole in the Cherry necklace.

Cherry smiled broadly and immediately put on the necklace.

"Thank you!" He said with lips unceasingly smiling, "Nici, this can be sold, right? Who knows if I don't have the pocket money the necklace can sell." Cherry chuckles.

Nici throws a threatening look, "hehe's kidding!" Larat Cherry with a crybaby.

Nici got up, "ayo Daddy must have finished buying his ice cream." As Nici walks, Cherry follows him on the strip, the two little boys walking in tandem toward the school gate.

"Sir, when is this going to buy her Ice Cream? The others are standing in the back." Complaints waitress Ice cream.

"Wait a moment sir, I'm waiting for the instruction first." Richard looked at the screen of his cell phone he was waiting for a message from his son.

"So sir, you better step back and let the others go first." Said the shopkeeper.
