"Thank you, put it there!" Nici said to a man who helped her pick up the man from the alley.
"Son, why did your uncle get hurt like this?" Ask the curious man.
"I don't know either." Nici shook her head softly as she wiped the fake tears from her cheeks.
"Hem, yes, he should be taken to the doctor the wound on his hand seems quite deep." The man also left.
Ceklin...!!
"Nici, who are you talking to?" Shelia came out of the room. His eyes were bulging, when he saw a foreign man lying on his sopa, his hands covered with blood, bruises adorning his handsome face.
"Nici, who is he?" The panicked Shelia replex keeps Nici away from the stranger.
"I don't know Mami either, she's hurt in an alley near the mini market, because I feel sorry for helping her." Nici said honestly.
"Jeez Nici, what if he's a bad guy? Mami wants him to leave right now, why don't you tell me first to play with that guy." Shelia scolded Nici, she was upset why her son had just taken people off the streets without asking first.
"But she hurt Mami. Isn't it Mami who said, we can't let people have trouble in front of us?!" Jamb...! The words he always said to his son, now turned to him himself.
"But Nici, we don't know him, what if he's a fugitive, or a kidnapper? Mami's afraid of anything happening to you, son."
"Mommy take it easy, I'm not a baby anymore. I'm grown, I can take care of myself." Shelia let out a heavy sigh, she still could not win arguing with this little boy, she always had an answer for every word of hers.
At Nici's request, Shelia is forced to call a doctor to treat the man. The man got a deep cut on his right arm, the doctor sewed and treated his wound. This man collapsed from too much blood loss.
"Mrs Shelia, who is this guy? I've never seen it?" Ask the doctor a little curious.
"In-he's my distant relative!" Answer Shelia. He was forced to lie, because Nici said before the man fainted he had said don't tell anyone about his whereabouts.
'It looks like the identity of this man is unusual. I need to be more careful.' Shelia murmured in her heart.
After the doctor left, Shelia cooked the porridge for the man to eat, if he woke up later. It was seen Nici just kept sitting while looking at the man's face, I don't know what he saw on the man's face.
"Nici, don't keep looking at him, it's rude!" Scrutinize Shelia slowly, while arranging food at the table.
"Mommy, don't you think there's anything weird?" Ask Nici open her voice.
"Any? What's weird?" Shelia scrunched her forehead.
"Don't Mami feel like we're a little bit alike?" Nici asked, leaving Shelia stunned, and she approached and gently rubbed Nici's head.
"Son, there are many similar people in this world! Don't take it too seriously." Shelia knew the meaning of Nici's words, and it seemed that this was the biggest reason Nici helped this man, she thought that maybe this man was her father.
Shelia returned to the dining table, she was trying to be ordinary, Shelia glanced at Nici from the corner of her eyes. The boy was still faithfully waiting for the man to come to his senses.
Shelia let out a deep sigh, not that she didn't have no pity on Nici, but what could she do? Should she marry Daren? But what about Anna?
"Mommy, she's conscious! He's conscious!" Nici's high voice tone makes Shelia aware of her daydream.
Uh...!! The man nodded slowly, he seemed to be holding his head, grimacing. He opened his eyes and looked around.
"You." Murmuring raucously, he showed it to Nici.
"My son has helped you, sir! Your wounds are deep enough not to move too much." Shelia reminded, without moving from her position.
"Thank you, son. What's your name?" Ask in a hoarse voice.
'What's wrong with this kid? He doesn't usually want to be called by that name by someone else. But to this man.' Shelia shook her head slowly.
Shelia carried a bowl of porridge on the tray, and thrust it at the man.
"It's eat."
The man tried to reach for the tray, but Nici's words made him stop his intention, "Mommy, how can this Om eat himself? Look at his hand can't move."
Haish... Shelia let out a heavy sigh, she then groped the chair and sat down beside the sopa where the man was lying.
"Miss, let me eat alone." Reject awkward.
"Don't my son's father be right, you're still sick let me feed you." Shelia scooped the porridge and thrust it into the man's mouth.
"Thank you very much, Miss and Miss Son are willing to save and accommodate me in this house. Oh-yes, I'm Richard, if Miss?" Ask.
"I'm Shelia and this is my son Nicholas!" Nici smiled sweetly.
"Hay sweet boy, thank you for helping Om. If you didn't exist, Om would have...." Richard breathed a heavy sigh.
"Ultake the food later can tell me slowly." Shelia said as she scooped back the porridge from the bowl and thrust it at Richard.
Richard looked at Shelia's face, he felt like he had seen Shelia but nowhere.
"Miss, have we met before?"
"No!" Answer Shelia flat.
"Oh, maybe I'm wrong." Said it while looking down.
After finishing feeding Richard the porridge, Shelia gave him medicine, which the doctor had given him earlier.
"Mr Richard, there are only two rooms here. You don't mind, do you, sleeping in a soup?" Shelia asked in an awkward tone.
"Mommy, let Om Richard sleep with me. Anyway my bed is pretty wide, for two." Nici volunteered.
"But-" Shelia gestured with an eye on Nici, but the boy ignored her.
"Nici, let Om sleep here!" Richard felt bad.
"No, Om is sick! If Om sleeps in the living room later Om catch a cold again." Answer Nici. Shelia fell silent, what Nici said was true as well.
"Yes already! But, if there's anything you immediately scream." Shelia reminded, half giving a warning to Richard.
"Calm down, miss, I'm not a bad person. I will not harm or hurt anyone who has helped me." He tried to convince.
"Good!" Shelia went to her own room.
Nici and Richard were both in the room.
"Why are you looking at me so much, son?" he asked curiously to see the strange look that Nici gave.
"Have you ever met my mother? Do you know him?" Nici flocked Richard with the question he wanted to ask from the beginning.
