Sonata No Kioku

Sonata No Kioku
23-The reckless genius

The clock on my hand started showing at half 6. Means it's been about an hour I've been practicing, this strange aura that's stuck up, it's been a long time since I felt I don't know what the name is. My feelings are hard to explain in words...

"Fuah..." I take this finger off the string and stop the metronome. Suddenly, as I stretched, I realized something was missing.

"Oh yes... Where's the loss of Kanzaki-san's guitar?" I glanced back and forth and confirmed the time the clock showed on the classroom wall. According to senpai's research, Kanzaki-san will continue playing until the school gate is closed. But it took another 30 minutes before it closed, the sound had already stopped. Could he go to the toilet?

"It's ah, better exercise again," I increased the metronome's tempo a little while continuing to pluck the strings. I also forgot to sing.

The moment I played with the lyrics sung was not appropriate. As a result I had enough trouble to make it equal. My fingers stopped playing because something was up.

The classroom door opened slightly with a crisp sound. I leaned my bus against the wall by the window, then walked towards the door that was now slightly open. When I opened it wide, I saw Kanzaki-san standing trembling behind the door. He retreated slowly with his eyes closed, but his feet slipped from the rain and almost fell down the stairs not far from the classroom.

When his hands danced indistinctly in the air, I immediately grabbed his hand and pulled it to the drop of my body.

"... What are you doing here? You're sloppy!"

With great difficulty, Kanzaki-san stood away from me who was still lying on the floor. He immediately tidied up his uniform, then turned his face away.

"I came here because I was disturbed. Looks like this room is quite noisy huh" he replied.

Scroll the bass guitar in the class with a little surprise. "My game time is heard by her? There's no way I'm playing out loud." I thought.

"Why are you training in a place like this?" Kanzaki stared at my eyes sharply. His face looked unhappy.

"It's all because I'm worried about my private room" I growled.

"You mean my private room, right? Remember, the room was not yours before the game started" Kanzaki-san said.

"Yes I understand. Wasn't that day I taught you to fix the room to be soundproof? Why haven't you done it yet?" I asked.

"If I do that now, I'll find it hard to escape if I know 'it' comes again" he said.

" that? What does that mean 'that' ?"

Kanzaki's face was pale. His hands began to tremble, as well as his lips. "I-it's.... L-something that... It's laughable..... Squirming.... Heyhhh!!" He immediately covered his face with his palm.

"Oh! You mean it's an insect? Is that a cockroach?" Guess me.

"I didn't hear!!! Not listening!!! No matter!!" He covered both his ears while stepping on my feet.

"Ouch! What are you doing? So right, huh?"

"Whispering stupid! I'm not here to hear you say anything!!"

"Why are you here?"

Kanzaki fell silent and stopped his footstep at me. He pointed to my bus, then looked at me roundly.

"Bring that thing, and come with me to the roof"

🎶

*No... Tak... Un*

The sound of footsteps could be heard simultaneously hitting the floor of the silent, desolate corridor. No words were heard, but only the rumbling sound of the night wind.

It will take a few more steps, Kanzaki and I will arrive at the roof. Step by step, we passed by and slowly Kanzaki's hand pushed the iron door in front of us, a creaking sound was heard.

"Well beautiful" exclaimed Kanzaki-san who ran to the center with her head looking up at the sky.

I also saw a bright sky because many stars scattered there.

"You're right, it's beautiful" I said.

Kanzaki-san glanced at me and suddenly just cleared his throat. I looked quickly and asked.

"What else is it?"

"The tone you produced is discordant" he replied firmly.

He folded his hands on his chest while pouting. "I suggest you don't play that bus again".

"Did? Why are you so? It's none of your business, right, I play guitar like what" I replied with an annoyed cry.

"As long as you know, yes, your third and fourth strings are too flat. So when plucked in another tone, so uncomfortable in the ear" he explains.

I was shocked to death, then checked the tuner on the bus in my arms. And it's true he said, it's discordant.

"Look, am I right? Didn't you realize it? Stupid shit" he said.

"Cih very arrogant. Is that weird, huh? It's not that Kanzaki-san is at the very bottom of the building. I was on two floors above it. Why would he realize that his tone was discordant??" Thought me.

While fiddling with the bus, Kanzaki-san suddenly snatches it without permission. He immediately turned the string player on the bus a few times while checking his tone, then threw it at me. When I tried to pluck it, a beautiful voice sounded.

"Thank you I was so helped!" My speech.

"It's no big deal to me, I'm helping you not to hurt your ears anyway"

"Once again he's arrogant!!" My inner.

"Because your bus is right, play a song"

I nodded and began to play an original song that was often played. Shortly after, Kanzaki-san sat beside me with her head turned to the sea of stars above us.

"What are you... Happy playing guitar?"

Kanzaki-san muttered that question, I stopped playing and glanced at him.

"What do you mean?" My toot.

"Emmm... The beginning was difficult and a little upset because it was always wrong. However, after studying again and again, this was quite fun. Because the song I couldn't play at first, it could finally be played little by little"

"Good.." Kanzaki-san seems not interested at all. All he did at this moment, just kept looking at the stars.

I took a breath, and then I exhaled. I asked him the same thing. "Are you happy playing guitar?"

"No. Not at all" he replied flatly.

"If you're not happy, why not just stop?" I fixed my sitting position while staring at him.

He turned his face and looked back at me. He smiled a faint smile as he exclaimed, "You too, why don't you just die?"

🎶

I gripped the guitar firmly while bluffing my teeth, trying not to get angry. "Calm Arata... You have to be mature and stay cool" my inner self.

"You, too, I suggest you stop playing the guitar if you're not happy. Why cover yourself in that room to play an instrument you don't want? You better go home and play your violin there" I said.

Kanzaki-san clenched her hands. "It's none of your business!" His impact.

"Curtain, of course it's my business! Your mistake is about the private room I know! Then, don't lock the door" I gripped her shoulders tightly.

"Why do you insist so much on that old room?"

"Don't switch the conversation. Can you let me play in that room only on Mondays?"

"Why do we have to be Monday?"

"Because, every heart is you never come home late, right? You will definitely leave the school environment that day. Then let me occupy it for a day"

Kanzaki-san's expression changed. He stood up and walked away from me with trembling hands. "Do you know where I go straight home on Monday?! It's true, huh, you're stalking me? You're weird!"

"Basic stupid! Such an incident must be realized by everyone in school because they can see directly with their own eyes"

"Grrr..." Kanzaki-san bites her nails while pacing back and forth indistinctly.

Our conversation ended up hanging. I continued to train quietly, for a moment I saw him as if he wanted to leave the roof.

"—Sora-chan? Why?"

Kanzaki-san was surprised and turned her body around. "You're starting to go along with calling by that name huh.."

"If not by that name, what should I call dong? Ahh, Kanzaki-san?" My word.

He stared with a sharp look. "Stop"

"Wah-wah, then Shiori-chan?" I teased her.

Kanzaki-san is downcast while biting under her lips. True said Keiko-senpai, only I can speak like this to Kanzaki-san. And I'm the only one who can make her look like any other girl..

"Have you finished writing the story? Just tell me everything you want to say to me. I told you that was it for you..." My speech.

"I told you what I wanted to say! Don't be so damn ignorant!" His impact.

"What do you want to tell me?" I asked again while leaning the bus on the fence.

"I just wanted to say your bass voice is discordant!" Answer Kanzaki who is moving towards the roof door.

"What do you want to tell me?" I repeated the same question as I walked closer.

"Ihh! Alright I give up! Actually-actually... A-there is a moving and ber..bengung...behind the closet..." I'm her with a trembling body.

"Huh? Oho! So that's why you're here. You want me to check what it is and throw it out... Didn't you?"

"Yes"

"But, you have insect repellent spray"

"I sprayed all over the room, before I ran here"

I patted the eel inexhaustibly. Although Kanzaki-san is a musical genius, he is very careless and stupid in front of insects.

"It's free to lose that you sprayed it all over the room instead of the insects straight away!" I said a little snapping.

"You want me to do this vile thing to insects! How cruel you are!!" Mafuyu said it while grumbling with tears in the corner of his eyes. Her body

looks shaky.

I smiled with satisfaction. "Rather than continue to be afraid, you better leave that room to me respectfully. How's it?"

"Basic weird kid!" He scolded me by holding back his tears the money would fall. "If you continue to insist on not helping, let yourself take care!!"

Kanzaki then slammed the door, and from his footsteps sounded like coming down the stairs. "Happy fighting!" My kikik.

I also continued to play guitar. Although Kanzaki said he wanted to do it himself, he stood petrified at the door. Because I could not bear it, I got up and went down to the room where he was.

It turned out that the buzzing sound was not caused by insects. After passing through the stairs leading to the classroom hallway, I entered his private room.

I tried to shake the closet and something stuck behind it suddenly fell down with the sound of plaque. It turned out that it was my favorite anime poster that had a direct signature of the creator. The buzzing sound was probably the rustling sound of the poster caused by the resonance of Kanzaki's guitar.

"Don't be afraid, this is just my anime poster. Looky"

Kanzaki approached while continuing to hold tightly to the spray bottle. "YES GHOST!!!" He screamed and he accidentally sprayed the insect repellent liquid into my face, unceasingly crying and screaming.

"Ohokay... Ohoks... I misrepresented this poster on her. Not the anime, even the legendary guitarist's face..." Batinku.
