The day after Azzam's wedding....
Arsen came to Tria's house, he took his time even though the work in his office was not finished.
Arriving at the family home of his former superior, Arsen waits for Tria on the terrace.
Not until 10 minutes, Tria came out using a black veil.
Arsen seemed to be in disbelief at what he saw, the woman who a few days ago was so frustrated now turned 180 degrees.
"Let's go!" bring him.
"Are you sure we'll be there?"
"Yes, I've prepared gifts for them."
"You have to promise not to be sad anymore" Arsen said.
"Yes, I promise. I have sincerely released Mas Azzam for other women because we are not a match."
Arsen smiled at Tria's now more mature statement.
"Let's go and get stuck!"
"I haven't said goodbye to Aunt Rose."
"Mama's not home, she's at her sister's house" Tria said.
"Yes, let's go!"
The two drove to Azzam's house, although yesterday her ex-husband's wedding did not invite her.
An hour later, the car stopped right in front of Azzam's house. Tria had noticed Annisa's house that no tent or pelaminan.
"Are you ready?" ask Arsen before Tria gets off.
"Yes, I'm ready."
"Am I with you too?"
"No, you just wait here."
"All right," said Arsen.
Tria got out of the car carrying gifts for her ex-husband and his wife. Stepping nervously, Tria entered the courtyard of Azzam's house.
Tria is now in front of Azzam's house. Slowly he raised his hand and pressed the bell.
Shortly thereafter, the man she had expected to appear before her. "Assalamualaikum, my dear."
Azzam did not answer.
Tria said hello again
"Waalaikumussalam, Mba Tria!" Annisa answered her regards.
Azzam put on a ketus face and asked what made his ex-wife come.
Tria said her intention of arrival just wanted to congratulate her.
Azzam received congratulations but with a face of dislike, he even told his ex-wife to go home.
Annisa admonished her husband gently, the woman understood the intention of coming to her house.
Tria also apologized for her mistake.
Azzam still does not believe in Tria's confession of remorse. He accused his ex-wife of ruining his happiness.
Tria.
Azzam again asked Tria's purpose to come to him.
Tria hands over the gift and Annisa accepts it, she then asks about the whereabouts of her children.
Annisa replies that if Zania and Zadya take another nap, she wants to wake him up but Azzam forbids her.
Azzam also firmly said that he would not allow Tria to meet his two children.
Tria understood that her ex-husband was still angry, she finally decided to go home.
Tria entered the car with a sad face, her eyes looking slightly watery.
"Do you want to cry?" Arsen thrust out a piece of tissue.
Tria grabbed the tissue and wiped the corner of her eye.
"Are you glad to meet him now?"
"Yes, but I haven't been able to meet my kids."
"How about asking Alya or Dimas?" for help?" advice Arsen.
"I'll talk to them."
"If you want help, I'm ready to help."
"Thank you, Sen."
"Same-sama but by the way, you are very beautiful using a hijab," praised Arsen.
"Thank you" Tria forced a smile.
"So much more beautiful" Arsen praised again.
"Don't keep teasing me, now let's go home!"
"You don't want to go for a walk?" Arsen started the car engine.
"Where to go?" ask Tria.
"How do we get to the city park?"
"May as well" replied Tria.
-
Arriving at the park, the two sat on a bench that had been available.
"You want a drink?"
Tria.
"Drink what? Coffee, juice or mineral water?"
"Mineral water only."
"Wait a minute here, I'll buy it."
Tria nodded.
Arsen went to buy drinks and food, while Tria waited.
Yes, those regrets were back in his mind. Tria promises if she gets a chance to meet her two children. He will take them for a walk and fulfill all their desires.
And one more thing, if he is given the chance to marry again. She promised not to waste her husband and children.
Arsen came and sat down next to Tria, and then poured out the mineral water that had been opened.
Tria accepted it, "Thank you!"
"Yes." Yeah."
Tria drank that mineral water.
"I bought a lick, you want to?" Arsen thrusting plastic containing pea seasoning lilok.
"No."
"It's delicious, you see" Arsen brought the lid close to the end of a cilok in Tria's mouth. "Try me, you must be addicted" he said.
"I don't want to, Sen."
"Try it!" force Arsen gently.
Tria opened her mouth and Arsen put in a peek.
"How does it feel?"
Tria is still chewing.
"Enak, right?"
Tria nodded.
"I told you, it tastes good. You want some more?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Let me bribe!"
"Can!" Tria opened her mouth again.
Arsen happily fed it.
"Now I'm changing who bribed you!" Tria put a bottle of mineral water next to him and then took a plastic package, he took turns feeding Arsen.
And the man smilingly took a bribe from the woman he liked from long ago.
"I want us to come here once a week" said Tria.
"Every day can."
"No way, every day here. What about our work?"
"Oh, yes."
"Sen, thank you so much for helping me."
"I'm glad I could help you."
"Oh, yeah. Why are you not married yet?"
"I'm still waiting for someone."
"Oh, yeah."
"Who is he?" ask Tria.
"You know him" replied Arsen.
"What exactly?"
Arsen did not answer just a faint smile.
"Sen, who's that woman? Maybe I can help you" said Tria.
"Forget it, if it's a match, I'll marry him."
"What is it, anyway? I'm curious."
"She's pretty, smart enough, but a little stubborn, hardworking too."
Tria was trying to think of guessing the woman that Arsen meant.
"Do you know?" ask Arsen.
Tria shook her head.
"Lately we have met often" Arsen said.
Tria kept thinking.
"Hows it? Do you know the guy?"
"Not yet."
"Forget it, now let's go home!" Arsen pulls Tria's hand.
Tria looked at Arsen's hand touching her.
The conscious Arsen, immediately let go of his grasp. "Sorry!" looks nervous.
Tria smiled thinly.
"I'll take you home."
"I don't want to go home yet, I want us to go to dinner together" Tria said.
"I can't, Tria."
"Why, Sen? Do you want to see that woman?"
"No, I have an appointment with my friends who are men."
"I can come with you."
"No, this is a man's specialty."
"Oh, so."
"Other times we go out to eat together" Arsen said.
"Yes, but if you don't have the time it doesn't matter either."
"You're not angry, are you?"
"No, why am I mad at you."
Arsen smiled hearing that.
