Chapter 50 - Telling Maya the Truth (End)

Arsen and Maya return home disappointed, Tria rejects them. The reason is not willing to get married in the near future, although in fact he wants to return home and live an aging life with his loved ones.

Arsen drove Maya home, after which she would return to the hospital to accompany Tria.

"Sen, I'm sorry Mama!" Maya says to her son before he gets out of the car.

"It's okay, Ma!" Arsen tried to smile even though thin.

"It's all because of Mama, if Mama had originally agreed to your relationship with Tria she would not have turned you down like this!" maya said she was sorry.

"Everything has happened, maybe Tria and I are not a match," said Arsen.

"Are you hurt by this refusal?"

"No, Ma. Tria has the right to refuse and accept" replied Arsen.

"Mama will talk to Tria another time" Maya said.

"It's not necessary, Ma. Don't embarrass yourself by begging her" she said.

"Mama wants you to be happy, Sen."

"I'm happy, but Tria isn't. What's for?"

"Mama doesn't want you to be sad" Maya replied.

"I've been used to being sad like this, Ma."

"No, Son. You should always be smiling and happy, Mama's only treasure is you!" Maya said with teary eyes.

Arsen hugged his mother, "Thank you, Ma!"

"Mama hope you find a woman who loves you sincerely, son."

Arsen smiled with.

Arsen returned to the hospital, Tria will return home this afternoon because she has obtained permission from the Doctor who handled it.

Alya has cleared up some of Tria's belongings to take home.

Dimas pushed his sister's wheelchair up to the car park. While Arsen carrying a bag that contains Tria's goods.

Once in the parking lot, Arsen opened the door and Dimas pulled Tria into the car.

Arsen returns home with Tria and Dimas with his wife.

On the way home, Arsen smiled as he occasionally noticed Tria's face staring straight ahead.

"No need to smile like that?" chirps Tria.

"Do you want me to look sad?"

"You're evil, Sen!" He turned his eyes to the man driving.

"I'm evil?" tanya Arsen laughed.

"Why don't you tell Aunt Maya the truth?"

"I want to see him admit to being wrong" replied Arsen.

"But, I actually don't have the heart to see him grieve" Tria said.

"Trust me, what we did just now won't be a problem" Arsen said.

"What if Aunt Maya becomes resentful again?"

"May not, right now Mama just wants my happiness."

Tria smiled thinly.

"Two men who were about to rob Mama have been detained" Arsen told reporters.

"Alhamdulillah then."

"Yes, I feel like I want to beat them up for hurting you and Mama."

"But you didn't do it, did you?"

"No, because they are also behind bars" Arsen said.

Arriving at home, Tria was swept by Dimas to his room.

Arsen waited outside the room.

Dimas laid his sister's body on the bed and approached Arsen outside. "You can go home, let Tria rest."

"Good, Brother. If there's any news of me!" arsen.

Arsen stepped into his car, Alya chasing after the man's step.

"Arsen!" call him.

Arsen also looked.

A few days later at breakfast at Arsen's parents' house. Maya watches her son's face so happy, unlike before the robbery.

"Have you found a replacement for Tria, no more look of sadness on your face?" ask Maya.

"I haven't found a replacement for Tria and no one can replace it in my heart, Ma."

"You still want Tria?"

"Yes, Ma. I hope she changes her mind, because I love her so much" Arsen replied with a smile.

"Mama has to talk to him to give you a chance" Maya said.

"Mama's not ashamed if Tria refuses again?" ask Arsen.

"Anything Mama will do as long as you are happy," said Maya.

"Mama didn't care before Tria got married, the opportunity was still there" Maya said confidently.

"What will Mama do?"

"Mama will come to the office and beg him" Maya replied.

"If he doesn't want to and still refuses how?"

"Mama will convince her that you are the best."

"I go with Mama" said Arsen.

Maya takes Arsen to Tria's office. Surely he had told the woman about their arrival.

As soon as she reached the building with 5 floors Maya walked to her office Tria.

Not to forget they asked permission first to his secretary Tria.

And the woman opens the door for Maya while Arsen chooses to wait outside the room.

Tria got up from her chair, "Tante, please sit down!" looks nervous.

Maya sits on the guest sofa, looking around the room.

Tria sat on the sofa as well with a distance of only a few centimeters.

"Tante wants to talk to you," Maya opens the conversation.

"Tante wants to talk about Arsen," Tria pretended to guess.

"Yes, Auntie wants to see Arsen happy and that happiness is in you, Tria."

"How many times have I told you I can't take it."

"Think again, Tria. Aunty has ruined Arsen's happiness" Maya says.

"Did Arsen come here, Auntie?"

"Yes, he's outside."

"Can you please call him, let everything be clear. And he stopped chasing me!" tria.

Maya immediately picks up her phone in the bag and contacts her son.

Before long Arsen entered Tria's room with a sumringah face.

Maya scrunched her forehead staring at her son.

"Why call me? Does he accept me?" tanya Arsen pretended.

"Sit down, son."

Arsen sat down next to his mother.

"Tante, I'm sorry. I can't be with Arsen at the moment because we're both working" Tria said.

Maya is increasingly confused by the words of the woman in front of her.

"Me and Arsen are in a relationship, please pray to bless us" Tria said.

"So...."

"Ma, Tria received me when she regained consciousness from the coma. I convinced him that if I was serious to him, he initially refused because he was afraid that Mama would not approve. I keep trying, if one day for sure Mama will accept our relationship" Arsen said.

Maya then hits her son's arm, "Why lie to Mama, huh?"

Arsen replied with a laugh, "I'm sorry, Ma."

"I'm also sorry for lying to Auntie." Tria smiled a little.

"You're!" Maya rattles her son's hair.

Arsen laughed happily because he managed to give a surprise to his mother.

"So, when did you get married?" ask Maya.

"Next week I will propose to him, Aunt Rose and Kak Dimas already know it," said Arsen staring at his lover.

"Why not tell me?" ask Tria.

"I was on purpose" replied Arsen laughing.

"Issh.Why do not like to tell me first" protested Tria.

"If you ask me it will be a very long answer" explained Arsen.

Tonight, Arsen and his mother come to visit Mawar for a visit before the official application event is held next week.

"Arsen had told us about his plans before, I as Mama Tria agreed to their relationship which was really serious" said Rose.

"I also want Arsen not to linger to marry Tria immediately" Dimas said.

"If there are no obstacles, Arsen will marry Tria after two weeks of application. That's if Miss Roses and Mas Dimas agree" Maya said.

"We agree" said Rose.

Roses are said to be the son and daughter-in-law.

Two hours after finishing dinner and Arsen and his mother came home, Alya approached her sister-in-law who was enjoying the night air on the balcony.

Alya aligned his standing position with Tria. "May your marriage this time not fail again" he hoped.

"Hopefully, Brother. I will try to be a good wife and mother to my children. I don't want to waste another chance."

"I'm glad you've changed" Alya smiled.

Tria looked at her sister-in-law and returned the woman's smile. He hugged her, "Thank you, brother!"

"May you always be happy!" alya.
