Brina stares flatly at her computer screen displaying news headlines about her with Evan. Not expecting his closeness with Evan immediately penetrated the media and became the subject of gossip news. Moreover, he was very upset when reading the last article concerning the death of his mother. He had expected her that her mother's death case would reappear.

The death of her mother 20 years ago was a wound and trauma for Brina. The incident that made him lose the most important figure in his life. The robbery that shocked all corners of the country at that time which was also known as ‘Tragedi Beringin’. Her mother Devi Saina is the only daughter of Denis Darmaji.

Denis Darmaji, his grandfather is a professor and surgeon general famous in Indonesia as well as the founder of Saina Group, a company engaged in medicine and insurance. Now the company was relegated to his father, Sandi Davinian. Brina's father was also a neurologist, so his grandfather entrusted his family's company to be passed on by his father. His chest immediately felt tight. Brina sighed heavily as her eyes began to water. At the time of the incident, Brina always regretted everything because she was unable to save her mother. Her mother willingly sacrifices herself and protects Brina from the robbers.

Unknowingly, her tears had already fallen down her cheeks. Brina then reviewed a thin smile while staring at a photo. “I miss you, mom.” muttered Brina staring at her mother's photo.

Brina rubbed a picture of her mother that was deliberately kept on her room table. Although the figure of his mother is no longer there but every time he saw the figure of his mother, Brina always get strength. At that time he had just stepped on 7 years when the robbery occurred. There were not many memories with her mother and it made it difficult for Brina to remember her mother's face. That's why she always sees her mother's photos every time she misses her mother.

The sound of knocking on the door made Brina rush to wipe her cheeks wet with tears. He cleared his throat briefly to neutralize his voice before finally telling someone who had already knocked on the door of his room to enter. He saw Farah coming in while carrying a file.

"Excuse me, Ma'am. This is the file you asked for." Farah presented the file to Brina and it was read by Brina. "The matter with the lawyer is not over yet, Ma'am?" ask Farah.

Brina nodded weakly. "Hm. He's suddenly suing back for defamation. I don't know what else made him sue me. Though I think yesterday's problems are already family-friendly." explained Brina.

Remembering that lawyer again, got Brina on the blackboard. How could that damn lawyer accuse him of defamation when that lawyer was wrong? He didn't even do anything.

Brina thought the matter was over, but suddenly the lawyer came up with her lawsuit. And he's gonna have to come to court the day after tomorrow. Really shit.

"Patient, yes, Ma'am. Speaking of gossip in the office again rame, what is the relationship with the new Director?" asked Farah and Brina immediately turned to look at Farah sharply.

"I have nothing to do with the new Director" Brina replied. This was Brina's answer to the number of times since this morning people have been asking the same question.

He had guessed that he would definitely become a conversation of people. One office seems to have heard about the new Director who invited Brina to dance. From the first moment Brina got out of the car until she arrived in her room, all the employees stared at Brina while whispering. "Shut up or I'm reducing your leave!" threaten Brina immediately and make Farah close her lips. "If you still want to gossip, it's best to get out."

"Yes already. I'm sorry, Ma'am." Farah smiled widely before turning around. "Oh yeah, I forgot, Ma'am." Farah turned to face Brina again. "Sir Andrew called if he wanted to see Mbak this afternoon."

Bach made the man really enjoy his peace. Although the hot outside attacked with a rush of traffic that was never quiet, the files were left scattered just at the table, the man seemed so relaxed to enjoy his own time.

He looked so peaceful with his eyes closed, yet in his current mind, he imagined a female figure that made him unable to escape. The shadows of Sabrina's beautiful and irritated face filled her mind.

Immediately he opened his eyes as the door of the room opened and the figure of his assistant appeared. Brina's shadow her mind disappeared with her daydream. 

"Mrs. Wilde's. Promise your lunch with Mr. Fisherman tomorrow, he's asking to turn it into today. How's it?" toni said, his secretary reported.

"It's okay." Evan checked his watch. "It's lunch time soon. Call Mr. Fisherman that I'll meet him and tell him the address of the restaurant." 

"Good, sir." Toni immediately pulled out her phone and did her job.

Evan got up from the sofa and put his suit back on. He then went out followed Toni to the restaurant already booked for lunch today.

"Did Sabrina come to work today?" evan asked his secretary while they were in the elevator.

"Md. Davinian went into work as usual after two weeks of getting suspended, he's already started accepting new projects." Obviously Toni.

"Suspension? Because what?" ask Evan.

"Md. Davinian got into an argument with a client's lawyer. But it looks like the lawyer did not accept and filed a defamation lawsuit against Ms. Davinian." Toni's reply made Evan look at his secretary in surprise. "The Company together with the Law Firm has acted by mediating between Ms. Davinian with Lawyer Sinaga. They both accepted each other's decisions well, but to Lawyer Sinaga it didn't seem like."

"When's the trial?" ask Evan further. She does not know Brina was involved in the matter that got Brina suspended as her punishment.

"Sinaga's Attorney's Task Force is still in the checking stage. The court requested the presence of the two of them to mediate before actually going up to the court table." Toni explained.

The elevator door opened when it arrived at the lobby floor. Evan comes out with thoughts of Brina's problems, followed by her secretary who always faithfully follows Evan behind.

Evan turned to look at Toni. "I asked for all the files related to Sabrina's case, starting from the client's data and the details of the chronology of the problem." pinta Evan.

Toni nodded obediently. "Good, sir."

"I'll check it right after lunch." Toni just nodded again.

Evan exhaled and resumed his steps. But just a few steps, his eyes accidentally caught the figure of Brina who was chatting with Andrew. His expression immediately hardened.

Evan was instantly speechless and only observed Brina and Andrew from afar. Next he saw Brina and Andrew step out of the building. Evan silently continued to watch them intently until following them outside.

"Mrs. Wilde." call Toni.

"Yes?" evan responded with the view still fixed on Brina and Andrew who walked hand in hand in the car park area.

"Mrs. Fisherman has arrived at the restaurant, sir." Toni said. His secretary took note of his boss's views. He felt the jealousy of Evan.

Evan was still unmoved even when his car was parked neatly in front of him. He still notices Brina and Andrew getting into the car until their car leaves and disappears from his sight.

Her gaze turned cold since seeing Brina and Andrew together. She had no idea how close Brina was to Andrew to the point that the two of them had lunch plans together.

"Sir?" toni exclaimed to Evan who seemed to be still in his mind.

Evan blinked his eyes once then glanced at Toni at a glance. "Come on." he said and got in the car.
