Episode 11: Official Hunter Exam

Yue Bing enrolled in the association to become an official Hunter. Now he would face the test to obtain his hunter title after waiting for one day.

As usual, Yue Bing got up from the bed, bathed and so on, then set off towards the center of the gathered Hunters, namely the Hunter Association.

Arriving there Yue Bing, she was greeted by the receptionist who yesterday took care of her files to join the association.

"Master Yue, please follow me to take your exam. Instructor Bae has been waiting in the rehearsal room." Speak to the receptionist by leading the way to the Hunter training center.

"All right." Yue Bing replied briefly.

Right now Yue Bing was a little uneasy about this person named instructor Bae. It was very similar to someone Yue Bing had met in her previous life.

It was then that Yue Bing was on her way to the red-level portal to clear it. He accidentally meets someone named Bae Junyi, who claims to be a farmer in a village near the portal.

But seeing the monsters strewn with their bodies being dismembered nearby, made Yue Bing's party not believe that she was an ordinary farmer.

Yue Bing then made a friendly relationship with him, as she was sure that Bae Junyi's nature and personality were very similar to her who was serious when there was a problem, and joked at the right time.

"What's wrong? Do you know me?" Bae Junyi asked as she placed the spear she held in her hand.

Speechless, Yue Bing still looked at Bae Junyi while recalling the past as they chatted with drinking alcohol in the tavern near her house.

Bae Junyi looked at Yue Bing with a complicated feeling, she sensed that she had met Yue Bing and spent quite a long time with her.

Returning to her senses, Yue Bing replied, "Sorry instructor Bae, your face is very similar to my old friend."

"Who is your friend?" Bae Junyi asked again after Yue Bing replied to her question earlier.

"Right now he might forget me, because I've moved here." Reply Yue Bing with a sad tone and longing for something.

Yue Bing was not entirely wrong, Bae Junyi must have forgotten about it because Yue Bing moved into Ren Ashfall's body, so she would not be able to possibly remember it.

"Then, fine."

"Let's start the official Hunter exam." Said the instructor by patting Yue Bing on the shoulder.

The two of them then took some distance and with a body stance that was preparing to attack. The receptionist who had been their judge because of his own request.

Raising his hand, the receptionist shouted, "Start."

The one who attacked first was Yue Bing. He pulled out the rose crystal sword and slashed it towards the instructor. Raising his hand forward, the instructor held Yue Bing's sword with both hands.

"Lion Heart."

The instructor used a skill that could increase the resilience of his body and soul. It was able to push Yue Bing backwards forcefully.

"Your sword skills are good, but... What?!" The instructor was surprised because Yue Bing cast a spell as she floated in the air due to the push from her body.

Five icicles with half-finished spear shapes, shot towards the instructor at high speed. Yue Bing landed on the floor and looked at the instructor's condition.

"It looks like you're a user of two abilities. Do you want to become a magic swordsman?" Ask the instructor with a body without the slightest scratch.

Flowing mana onto his sword, Yue Bing ran again towards the instructor, but this time she used two swords. The last black sword he pulled out, gave off a huge aura of dominance.

The receptionist who saw Yue Bing whip out the black sword that was on her back, trembled in fear and nearly fainted. Fortunately instructor Bae cast a spell to protect the receptionist.

"Eh?" Yue Bing was confused as she suddenly gained points all of a sudden. He was not aware that the receptionist near the entrance of the arena was affected by the effects of his sword.

"Barriers."

After saying that, a translucent barrier coiled around the receptionist and restored breath and consciousness to its original state.

Instructor Bae, was able to resist that dominance because she had just cast a "Lion Heart" spell on him. But that doesn't guarantee the problems ahead of him are resolved.

Yue Bing was still running towards him and slashing her two swords towards the instructor. Feeling unable to hold it in, instructor Bae jumped back and let Yue Bing's sword hit the floor below.

Instantly the floor exposed to the rose crystal sword became ice that froze the floor to a radius of 2 meters and the spreading cold made the skin become very cold.

The last black sword he held in his left hand, corroded the floor and made a hole whose depths could not be measured if one were not dropped into it to measure its height.

"Where did you get that black sword?" Asked the instructor while looking at the sword vigilantly.

"I was just lucky to find it in a forest." Yue Bing replied while pulling her sword that stuck on the floor.

"I doubt if that's the truth." Reply instructor Bae was in disbelief with Yue Bing's vague answer.

As the training ground became severely damaged, instructor Bae stopped his fight for fear that the training ground would be destroyed and hit the walking civilians.

Sighing in relief, Yue Bing sheathed her two swords and walked towards instructor Bae who was talking to the receptionist after their fight.

"Did he get away with instructor Bae?" Asked the receptionist with a trembling body, but still representing his professional demeanor, he forced his body to remain standing.

"If you're not strong, just rest first, I'll take care of the guy." Reply the instructor saw if the receptionist's legs were not strong enough to withstand the weight of his body.

"Alright, instructor Bae, then, I say goodbye first." Said the receptionist with a staggering path towards the exit of the training arena.

Innocently, Yue Bing asked, "How did the fight proceed? Did I graduate?"

Instructor Bae's face turned red, it wasn't because she was embarrassed, but it was because she was angry at Yue Bing. The cause was that he could not tell which opponents or comrades were around him.
