Chapter 2: System Update

Yuqing City, June 5, 20XX

In an alley next to the housing and building, rather it was around a garbage can. A teenage boy who was around 17 years old was lying lifeless there.

Yue Bing, the hero of the first generation, had now become a villain or Villain as she got a second chance at life. It all happened because of the betrayal of his comrades.

Since hundreds of years had passed, his comrades had already died first, as well as everyone he knew. But it did not rule out the possibility of Yue Bing to take revenge for that despicable act.

Along with the completion of the system explanation, Yue Bing saw a pair of shoes in the corner of the apartment hallway. The pair of shoes looked still pretty good and he tried to pick them up.

After Yue Bing picked up the pair of shoes and brought them inside her apartment, a system notification suddenly appeared and gave a notification.

Yue Bing was already not surprised by the actions she took. That's because stealing also includes a serious crime depending on what he stole. Maybe the shoes he brought were too easy to get.
