Take Me To The Sky

Take Me To The Sky
17. The Destiny That Must Be Live

Anin came home with Defan with a happy face. Defan was not as bad as he thought. "Eat dinner first!" bring Defan.

"Whatever."

"All right now I'm clear on your friend's problem, Tessa." Anin looked at Defan who was focused on driving.

"No need to."

"Let's clear and you're not jealous anymore!"

"I'm not jealous. I also said I'm not jealous." Anin became increasingly upset. Because Defan keeps accusing her of jealousy.

"It's not jealousy, it's just the same."

"Whatever." Anin's getting upset.

Defan takes Anin to a restaurant in the hills. There, they can eat while enjoying the beauty of the night from a height of 1500 meters above sea level.

The concept of the restaurant is so that visitors can enjoy the beautiful night. You can also look at the sky more closely.

The restaurant called Sky View presents a view of the city from the top of the hill. And also a beautiful view of the sky from that height.

"Waow is a beautiful sight.." Anin was stunned by the beauty that was in front of her.

"We can see the stars more closely?" he said with pleasure.

"Hm. Fortunately, the weather was good too. What do you want to eat?"

"What a thing." Anin still admired the place. He walked here and there to see the beauty he had seen for the first time.

Defan smiled at how ridiculous Anin was. He even pranced around making the waiter smile amusedly. Even Anin did not care about the people around who had laughed at him.

Before long, a sumptuous meal was served on the table. Anin immediately ate the food. "Eat as a child" said Defan while wiping Anin's cheeks.

"This food is also very good" said Anin.

"Otherwise the dessert, I love it.. You have to bring me here often." Anin said.

While Defan just smiled a little to hear the review of food that Anin did. The atmosphere is more romantic when the music player starts to chant a beautiful melody.

"Do you see the sky?" ask Defan when they finish eating.

"You." Anin quickly replied.

Defan then took Anin up to the rooftop cafe. There, the view downstairs is getting more beautiful. The sky is getting clearer.

"Whoaow.." Anin is getting excited.

"Do you know a place this good?" ask Anin again.

"You must be here a lot?"

"Hmmm.."

"Just like Rafa." Anin rounded her eyes.

"So you're with Rafa?"

Defan flicked Anin's forehead. Tuk. "God..." Anin stroked his forehead.

"I'm a normal guy." said Defan.

Defan invited Anin to sit down. I don't know where there are chairs and tables in the rooftop. It seems to have been prepared before.

"I'm the same Tessa doesn't have anything to do." Defan began to explain why.

"Yes, I asked him to meet. But I'm just teaching her to not bother you anymore." added Defan who made Anin's face red. He blushed and did not expect that Defan would say that.

"I don't care if you're dating anyone."

"But I care." Defan said quickly.

"I don't want my papa's image to be in constant contact with my life. When in fact papa and my mother accidentally made that mistake." continued Defan who looks sad when telling both parents.

"The village girl's mother. He was framed until he finally met my father. They did it by accident and I was born." Anin carefully listened to Defan's story. He also felt sad. Feel what Defan has been feeling all along.

"But, which I salute from my papa. He didn't just leave. Unless he wants to account for his actions." continued Defan began to blush his eyes.

"After my mother died of illness. My dad took me to his house. She was honest with my stepmom who I was. From then on, fights kept going on in that house." Defan rubbed his dripping tears.

"I don't feel at home in that house. As you know, my stepmom hates me a lot. When he sees me, he'll remember my papa's betrayal. He will always beat and curse me. Until finally I was left in the house of papa's relatives." Defan still strongly continued his story.

Unknowingly, Anin's tears piled up on the edge of her eyes. He actually felt Defan's emotions when he told him about his childhood.

"I'm lucky I have such a good sister. He loves me like his own sister. Our age is only one year away. He gave me sincere affection, treated me fairly, even always defended me."

"Unfortunately, this useless me can't protect myself so that makes my brother have to protect me, in the end he becomes paralyzed from saving me." Defan's emotions were uncontrollable. He was crying.

The tears she was holding back finally spilled. In front of Anin, Defan was crying so pitifully.

Anin immediately hugged Defan. Letting Defan cry in his arms. Anin thought her life had been so miserable all along. After hearing the story of Defan. He thinks he's still luckier. Even though they have no parents. But Anin lives with the affection of her adoptive grandmother.

"Def, whatever has happened has become the destiny of our lives that cannot be changed. Like our meeting. It's also destiny." Anin stroked Defan's back making Defan feel more comfortable.

"You haven't even met your parents. What makes you so strong and strong?" Defan wondered why Anin could be so cheerful when his life was not too good.

Anin smiled a little. "Because I consider it all a destiny that I have to live. Remember, God will not take away the good without replacing the better. Maybe my parents didn't want me. But grandma's affection is more than enough." Anin replied. All this time he had never thought of the things that provoked him. Maybe that's why he always seems cheerful.

"There are two things we must do in accepting our destiny."

"First, we want to get up and walk in a better direction. Or slumped with endless disappointment."

"Wake up to make dreams come true. Or go back to sleep to continue dreaming."

Defan looked at Anin deeply. He did not expect if the girl who was considered a child but instead his thinking was more mature. Age cannot determine a person's adult attitude.
