Chapter 19 - Candra crash

Late in the evening, Hana suddenly worries about Candra. The man has not yet returned home either. Usually at 16:30 Candra has arrived at the house, and now it is 17:45.

"Did he go somewhere first?" thought Hana.

"If so, why didn't he tell me? I know I'm nobody in his eyes. At least he gave me some news so I wouldn't be confused when asked by his family. I don't know why I feel bad."

Hana is monologuing with herself. Concern, anxiety, anxiety haunts him. What is it?

Suddenly a ringing sound from his phone indicates someone is calling him. Apparently that person is Raka.

"Hello Miss, you have to go to hospital xxx now. Boss has an accident. For more info I will tell you in the hospital," said Raka clearly.

"Alright, please accompany Candra first. I'll be there soon" replied Hana.

"Ready Miss. The address with his room will be sent by message," he said.

"Yes" answered Naya.

The call also ended. Naya immediately got ready to go to the hospital. It turned out that his feeling was not good because something bad happened to Candra.

Finished getting ready, Hana immediately ordered an ojek online and waited for him in front of the gate of his house.

When the ojek order was in front of his eyes, Hana immediately went up and asked the taxi driver to increase his speed.

Shortly after, Hana arrived at the hospital as written in the message sent by Raka. He walked to the IGD's room where Candra was examined.

"Finally the lady came too" said Raka with the leg.

"Can you tell me what's going on?" ask Hana to Raka.

Raka nodded. He told Hana to sit down first and she would tell him everything.

"So when he came home from work, the boss felt his head dizzy. I took the initiative to drive him home, but as you know, the boss doesn't like it if any of his belongings are touched by someone else. He also rejected my offer. He came home with a headache. Because I was worried, I followed the boss' car from behind. The reason, the boss car began to run and hit the road barrier concrete. I immediately ran the boss to the hospital. And until now, the doctor has not come out also from the inside," explained Raka.

Hana gave her rough breath. It's a pity that Candra still doesn't want to be helped when she's in pain.

"Does his family know?" ask Hana again to Raka. Raka shakes.

"It was only you that I told Miss."

"Alright, I'll call his family after the doctor finishes examining Candra. I hope he's not hurt bad."

That's all Hana asked for. Candra's wounds aren't too severe.

"Ceklek ..." the sound of the door from the room where Candra was examined.

Hana and Raka immediately stood up and asked Candra's condition.

"Don't how is he?" ask Hana who was curious.

"The condition is stabilizing. Fortunately, the accident that occurred did not make the internal organs also injured. Just a few cuts on the scalp, hands and feet. In a few weeks the wound will dry up. The point is there is nothing serious to worry about. Then I'm sorry. The patient is welcome" explained the doctor.

Hana and Raka were breathing a sigh of relief. At least no serious and dangerous injuries were obtained by Candra.

"Will Miss come in first?" ask Raka to Hana.

"No, you're just. I'll call my mother-in-law first" replied Hana.

Raka also entered the IGD room. While Hana she called her mother-in-law.

"Candra had an accident ma. Now he's in hospital xxx. Fortunately, the wound was not too severe said the doctor, but I have not seen it directly, either" replied Hana.

"God! Wait, mom, you're going to the hospital soon" said her worried mother-in-law.

"Good ma. Then I hang up the phone."

After hanging up the phone call, Hana went straight to the IGD room. There is a sense of anxiety and worry when you will see the state of Candra. However, he must eliminate that anxiety so that Candra does not think that he has crossed the line that they have agreed.

Candra, who is usually arrogant in the office, lies weakly on the hospital bed. His head, his left leg, and his right hand on the bandage.

"No need to look at me like that. I don't need your mercy" said Candra with a sarcasm, making Hana's heart stab.

Raka, who was among them, looked at Hana with pity. This one boss is indeed cruel behavior and nature. But can he not speak softly when he is sick?

"I don't pity you. Just regretting why you couldn't be nice to the person who came to see you!" answer Hana.

Only reply with Candra's face turned in the other direction.

"Mama is coming soon" said Hana.

"You shouldn't have told this to Mama. He will be excited to see the wounds on my body" replied Candra.

"Would a mother not know if her child was in trouble?" hana asks because Candra blames herself for telling her mom that she was in an accident.

"No, because my mom will definitely be worried and I don't want to make her worry and cry when I see my situation" Candra replied.

Apparently Candra did that, because she loved her mother too much. He did not want to see her cry because of him. However, as a woman, Hana did not like Candra's thoughts. Whether he likes it or not he sees his mother coming. Hannah will keep telling him.

The two are silent to each other now. So too with Raka. He felt like he was just a mannequin there for that he decided to go home to Hana and Candra.

After Raka's return, Dona's mother arrives. He immediately hugged his son with tears coming out of his eyes.

"Hiks .. hiks .. hiks .... Why is your body full of Candra bandages? Can't you be careful driving your car? If you can't, I'll hire a private driver for you. Hiks .. hiks .. hix ..."

"Ma, I'm fine. Just a wound like this. It's not bad and I can still drive by myself for what mom bothers to hire a driver for me" Candra argued because she didn't want her mom to do the thing she said.

"Luka, you say!? You're almost like a Candra mummy!" annoyed by mom.

"Yes yes, don't cry. I really didn't get hurt bad enough" said Candra softly, so her mother stopped crying.

Mama Dona stopped crying and looked again at the condition of her son. It felt like his whole body was crumbling to see his son covered in wounds on his head, hands and feet. Just this time he saw his son injured in addition to the inner wounds of being left behind by his former fiancee.
