The story of 'The Civilian' is a fictional story that depicts the situation of civil war that takes place in a country (The Unnamed). At its core, Wikar and his army have not yet fully succeeded in seizing President Jacob's power. However, Wikar has managed to restore peace in the country, by having President Jacob expelled from his own country.
The story of 'The Civilian' is not over. There will be Vol.2 which explains and becomes the end of the glory of 'The Ruler' (President Jacob).
