The Destiny of the Mute Girl

The Destiny of the Mute Girl
Episode 8 ~ Special Guest

...☘️☘️☘️...

The clock's needle keeps turning on its axis. Without feeling the time Maghrib has entered and this is the time for the Dhana family to carry out their duties as a Muslim.

Dhana, Damar, Wulan, Pak Aidi, Bu Aini and Mala seem to have gathered as usual in the minimalist mosque in the house. They all seemed solemn in performing the congregational prayer service, and it did not take too long for the ritual of worship praising the Creator to be completed.

After finishing the prayer, Dhana, Mala, Damar and Wulan also alternately shook the back of the hand of Pak Aidi and the older Bu Aini in the house. Then proceed with Mala who shines the back of Dhana's hand as a sign of apology if there is a mistake before performing congregational prayers. Dhana remained unmoved even though his hands were touched by his wife. While Mala who saw that could only sigh violently.

The ritual of greeting continued, now comes the time for Damar and Wulan to greet the hands of his parents. Darling, Dhana welcomes the hands of her two children. Mala welcomed Damar's hand and ignored Wulan again.

Seeing that, Dhana, Pak Aidi and Bu Aini looked at each other. They felt sorry to see Wulan who was not welcomed by Mala. While Damar who realized that, seemed to let out a rough sigh and looked at the pity of his sister.

"Sad... Come kiss Mami's hand!!! Here, Mas accompany ya." said Damar who approached Wulan and immediately pulled his hand.

The pensive Wulan gasped when he found his hand pulled by Damar walking closer to the mami. Seeing that, successfully changed the look of Mala's face that had been sparkling and smiling, becoming wry more than lime.

"Mommy... Love his hand so Adek can greet Mami's hand like Damar did earlier. Go, Mi!!!" said Damar who grabbed the hand of the mother.

Mala remained unmoved, forced to weaken the hand reached by the son to give to the younger brother. Without thinking for a long time, Wulan who had never had the opportunity to greet the mother's hand rushed to reach her.

Full of cravings and haru, the disabled girl greeted and kissed Mala's hand very intensely. Without feeling it, the crystal circle just fell from its beautiful bead. Lama Wulan kissed the back of the mother's hand that was still shaking without seeing it. Feeling faint and uneasy, Mala brushed Wulan's hand away and moved, leaving everyone still standing to notice her.

"Ck, what kind of mother is that woman! Even when his own son wanted to show him some filial piety, he acted like that!" sumput Dhana who stood between Pak Aidi and Bu Aini.

"Stttt... What are you talking about, son? She's your wife. You shouldn't talk like that about your wife. Not good!!!" said Mr. Aidi while rubbing the back of Dhana.

"Sorry Dad." said Dhana who realized his words.

Mr. Aidi just shook his head while looking at Bu Aini who seemed to nod his head slowly, as if justifying the actions of the husband to resuscitate his son.

"You better calm Wulan down. Mom and Dad go out first. Soon we will have dinner together." said Ms. Aini while gently rubbing her back.

Dhana just nodded and then moved forward, walking toward his two children who were pensive there. While Mr. Aidi and Bu Aini moved and sailed away.

"It's okay, Deck. Tomorrow we try again to soften Mami's heart. Adek must be enthusiastic and do not give up. However, our Mami still has a heart, but it is locked and the key is lost in the mouth of a mouse" Damar said while stroking Wulan's head.

The disabled girl's laughter immediately broke due to the ridiculous words of the twin. Damar also managed to make the heart of the sister cheerful and calmer after getting the treatment that is not wearing from the mother for the most time.

"The room is right, honey. You never give up, yes, to melt Mami's heart. However, the bond of blood and heart between mother and child can never be replaced by anything, even hate. Like a hard stone will soften too, if it is dripped with water continuously. You have to be patient, son. One day, your mother's heart will open wide and accept you with affection. Believe in Papi." said Dhana while stroking the head and face of the princess with affection.

Wulan also nodded in spirit and then poured into the arms of the papi. Lovingly, Dhana tries her hardest to pour out every point of more affection and love for her daughter. Not that Dhana wants to distinguish the affection between Damar and Wulan, but because the princess is too special and needs a lot of affection from those around her.

Seeing that scene, made Damar's heart full. As Wulan's twin sister, she was devastated to see the mother's treatment of her sister. Damar was also very understanding of the complicated situation that was being faced by the papi at this time.

After performing mandatory worship together, now members of the Dhana family have sat in their respective places to eat dinner made by Bi Iyah and Bu Aini. With painstaking care, Mala took and prepared food for the son regardless of Dhana's sharp gaze that had noticed his movements since then. Mala only took food for Damar, without caring for her daughter.

"Mii... Why is it only Damar's plate that Mami stuffed? What about Papi and Adek plates?" said Damar who deliberately offended the mother.

Mala also let out a long sigh while looking at the husband who had been staring at her with a look of intimidation. While Dhana who saw the glance it instead rotates his eyes the effect of puffiness and still upset with Mala's attitude.

"Let me get you some rice, Mas." Mala said as she reached out to her husband's plate.

"No need!!! I can take it myself." said Dhana who wanted to stand up and reach out to the rice bowl without seeing the wife.

But Dhana's movements came to a halt as Wulan's hand grabbed him. Dhana who gasped turned his head towards the princess, then quickly the girl gave a signal to the papi to let the mami take food.

Seeing the signal capture given by the princess, Dhana resigned while sighing.

"Alright, please get me the food" Dhana said, turning to his wife who was still standing and reluctant to sit down before taking her food.

Wulan also smiled with relief at Dhana who finally threw away the annoyance and carelessness towards Mala. Meanwhile, Mr. Aidi, Bu Aini and Damar who saw could only smile bitterly towards Wulan.

"The beautiful grandson of Oma... Here's the plate, son!!! Let Oma get you your favorite food. You have to eat a lot, honey. Let's be smarter and smarter." said Ms. Aini who took a thousand steps towards Wulan's seat.

Wulan simply nodded and smiled at the oma. The girl realized that the current attitude of the oma was to distract the papi towards the mother who would not take food for her. Likewise with Bu Aini, he did not have the heart to see the sadness that was clearly visible on Wulan's face when he saw Mala taking food for Damar but not with him.

Because that boy Mas Dhana silenced me like this. You bastard son of a bitch!!! Ever since the child was born, Mas Dhana's world has only been glued to the disabled child. I regretted that I had kept a child who would only be a burden in my life. Mala murmured in the heart.

Either demons and genies of what kind have entered and hypnotized Mala's current mind. Her heart seemed to die, turning into a woman who was very cruel to her own biological child. Mala's heart was tightly closed and did not want to acknowledge Wulan as her daughter, even she regretted having given birth to Wulan. It's really unfortunate. Her beautiful face and very similar to that of the late Dhina became smeared due to her nature that changed 180 degrees after being in a coma a few years ago. Very different from Dhina!!!

Ting... Nong...

When dinner together felt very wise, suddenly the sound of a house bell that sounded from outside.

"Mother open the door first yes." said Ms. Aini who moved while looking at everything.

"Let Mala alone, Ma'am." timpal Mala who came up and walked away.

Ms. Aini sat down again after the daughter-in-law offered to open the door. Mala walked quickly to the door to see who had come to visit her father-in-law's house.

Chequek!

"Assynoltom..."

Mala, who was bowed when she opened the door, immediately raised her head when the familiar baritone voice in her ear could be heard saying hello. Mala's eyes sparkled as she looked at the two figures of people whom she loved as much as her own brother.

"Wa'alaikum... Mas Ammar, Sister Ibel..."

It turned out that the guest who came was the eldest son of the owner of this house, which was none other than Ammar who came with Ibel.

"Mala... You how are you? Healthy?" said Ibel who rushed hugging his sister-in-law.

"Alhamdulillah be healthy, Brother. Brother and Mas Ammar how?" mala answered, letting go of her arms and turned to Ammar.

"We are also good, Mala." replied Ammar who smiled kindly at his sister-in-law.

"Let's go in, Mas, Brother. Dad, Mom and Mas Dhana are inside. We were all having dinner too. Come, join us." said Mala who is very friendly.

When viewed carefully, the woman named Alma Larashatika is a very good and gentle woman. But unfortunately, the kindness and tenderness of his heart was not given to his daughter who needed an outpouring of affection. Mala's attitude towards the Dhana family is still the same as before, but unfortunately again if the good attitude he did not give to Wulan who is his own biological daughter.

"Assynoljana Anty..."

Suddenly a baritone voice greeted Mala who was about to turn around and walk. Mala who gasped when she heard the voice turned quickly until she saw the figure of a tall man as tall as handsome.

"Aiziel..."

Aiziel, who did not know the little boy who was 7 years old before Mala and Dhana met. Now the 7-year-old boy has transformed into a figure of an adult man who just turned 20 years old, tall and no less sturdy than the daddy when he was young. With sparkling eyes, Mala approached her eldest nephew and hugged him.

"Oh my God, son... You look more handsome. Anty to pangling. How are you, darling? When are you coming home?" mala hugged Aiziel tightly.

"Alhamdulillah Ziel is always good, Anty. Ziel had just arrived in Jakarta this afternoon, so Ziel immediately invited Daddy and Mommy to Opa's house. Oh yeah, Adek same Damar where's Anty?" aiziel replied, who broke her embrace and then looked around.

Hearing the name Wulan called by Aiziel, made Mala's face suddenly pias while smiling slanted.

"The room is inside, honey. Then let's go in and have dinner together." replied Mala who only mentioned Damar's name.

Ammar, Ibel and Aiziel looked at each other when they saw Mala's familiar attitude. Because Ammar and Ibel already know that Mala never liked Wulan, do not even consider her a princess in this house. While Aiziel, the handsome man also already knew everything from the daddy, that his anty did not accept Wulan.

It turned out that what Daddy and Mommy said was true. Anty Mala does not want to admit Wulan as her daughter, even to mention her name Anty Mala looks very heavy. Is that how long Anty hates Wulan? Just because Wulan isn't perfect? It's really unfortunate. Aiziel murmured in the heart.
