The Dragon's Bride

The Dragon's Bride
10. The Strange Dream

Reya blinked her eyes many times, trying to get used to the extremely unfamiliar surroundings before her.

Really weird. Reya felt this was not good in Tian Country or the millennial era.

What is this place?!

The air around him felt tight. Strangulate. As if there was no oxygen. Makes Reya have trouble breathing.

Everything is black and dark.

The ground he was treading felt dry and jet, there was absolutely no life. The trees and trees were all scorched. Leave the stems and roots blackened like charcoal.

The sky was dark and dense with a thick cloudy that darkened low. Surprisingly, the rain did not fall. There were only thousands of silver-colored lightning as well as thunder that roared unpretently. Relaxing the skin and deafening.

The smell of blood and flesh that had been charred made Reya frown in disgust. Really makes nausea.

Actually, where is this?!

And where's Aran?!

Reya tried to move both of her legs to walk but a clanking sound stopped her.

Reya's head looked down at the pair of rusty iron chains shackling each of her skinny ankles.

Reya knew himself, yet he did not recognize this body. He was unfamiliar with this tattered shirt. And he did not remember at all about this incident.

This body is not his. However, he recognized the soul that was inside. Herself.

What the hell is going on?!

Reya tried to walk again. It feels so painful. Reya felt all over her body ache, pain and soreness. It felt like his entire bones had been crushed, like he had received various punches and kicks.

However, with strength left, Reya tried to pull together the shackles on her legs to move and move. Looking around, looking for life.

But, Nihil. There are only pieces of life left.

A really dead place.

The hot and stuffy air was increasingly felt by Reya when he began to climb the hill. Both of his frail hands shook violently, trying to reach anything as a grip to be able to climb to the top. The smell of carrion everywhere, increasingly makes Reya's stomach churn. However, desperately in his custody.

Is he dreaming?! reya once again asked.

If this is a dream, why does it feel so real?!

Reya never felt this weak. Never was! Even in a dream.

That shrill shrill shriek sounded extremely bitter in Reya's ears. Making the girl desperately try to pull her body to immediately to the top of the dead hill.

There is still life! reya thought full of hope. He's not alone!

Reya squinted her eyes across where a bit of a terrible crowd occurred.

One hand covered his nose and mouth. Avoiding the smoke from the fire. The dust collided with each other in a wind that felt dry and a little hot.

Some strange, ugly-faced and ferocious creatures were surrounding an execution stage.

Everyone cheered each other in joy as the two of them led a frail woman whose entire body had been battered onto the execution stage.

Reya's eyes glared as she recognized the poor woman.

Aran?!

Reya saw! Reya saw Aran! He's right there! On the execution stage!

Aran! with all her might Reya screamed. However, there was absolutely no sound coming out of his throat.

Aran! Aran! Aran!

However, only the squeaking sound from the neck that seemed to be suffocating was able to be released Reya.

"Beater! The pot! The pot!" shouted those hideous creatures with a disgusting raucous voice.

Nah! Nah! Nah!

Reya shook her head violently as the two strange creatures each held Aran's shoulders and dropped Aran's head on a small table that was covered in blood with various human heads cut off below it.

Reya dragged her feet with all her might, trying to run towards Aran. However, the iron chain felt increasingly heavy at the ankle.

Reya cried in a place without a sound because her throat was choked. As if someone had hidden his voice.

And as she looked back at the woman she believed to be Aran, Reya saw the woman smiling and looking at her.

Her pale lips opened slightly, then it was as if she was saying something.

Reya squinted her eyes and readable words...

Gone on!... Run away!... Don't look back!

Nah!

Reya screamed silently as a long sword soared high and slashed down. Take one last breath out of that smiling face.

Shocked, Reya pulled her increasingly heavy legs. His face was already soaked by tears.Reya's soul was eager to get close to the execution table and embrace Aran's stiff body.

However, a split second later...

Jem!

Reya's eyes glared as she stared at a long sword piercing through her chest right in the middle. The pointy tip of his sword was bathed in fresh blood. His blood.

His entire body cells seemed to be torn apart and torn to pieces until they ran out into his marrow.

Before long, Reya's mouth spewed out blackish-red blood.

Both of his knees fell instantly. Followed by his weak body that collapsed obliquely.

In the remnants of his consciousness, Reya felt a great shock on the ground. A devastating earthquake shatters the black aridity beneath it. Following a terrible crack that rips the earth. The mighty shock made the bowels of the earth spew out fiery lava.

Horrifying arches followed by bursts of heat sticking out of the earth's crust.

The majestic figure stared at the last ray of life in both of Reya's eyes.

Degs... Deg...... Deg......... Deg............... Deg...........

Until Reya's last life pulse is over.

A deafening roar rang out to the end of the sky. It was then, in an instant, that the mother of the earth was left unnoticed.

*****

"Aakhs!"

Suddenly Reya woke up screaming. His breathing was even looking dull. As if in a marathon.

Both of his hands clenched at the chest. Then me..raba used a sword prick that still feels painful. Although the scar was completely absent.

Surprisingly, the pain was still left behind.

Cold sweat clearly soaked all over her clothes. His skin was clearly still bristling tensely.

What the hell just happened?! thought Reya was still with a chaotic consciousness.

And where is this?! Reya observed the entire cave. And it ended up in an elaborate patterned gray robe that enveloped part of his body.

However, the slightly charred scent took all the attention. Reya stared in wonder with a bonfire burning brightly in the middle of the cave.

Then Netra Reya caught one strange object.

Is that rabbit almost charred?! think Reya.

Side Story's

Reya squinted her eyes. Trying to recognize something that had been stuck in his palm.

Long, thin, and shiny. Smooth yet powerful.

Reya finally recognized the thing. The result of his nosy hands.

The memory of his brain played back that hanging scene. Making a satisfied smile rose again on Reya's lips.

The grudge paid off.

But one thing that made Reya's forehead wrinkled.

Although only a few strands, but the silver mane felt smooth and soft in the palm of the hand. Making Reya addicted to stroking and caressing him.

But, wait a minute!

Reya stopped her stroking activity. The two of his eyes blinked a few times.

Looking at her well-groomed pale skin, as well as this silky smooth hair.

Don't-don't...

That albino guy, doing beauty treatments?!

There's possibility...

She is transgender!

Suddenly, Reya felt her body goosebumps indistinctly at the thought of that possibility.
