Chapter 22 - Chaos.
"The mastermind of Stampede this time, is the Race of legends, Mazoku."
The words of the Marquess made everyone present shocked. Very reasonable response when they heard Mazoku said.
"Whatdidyou say? My mazoku? The cruel race that used to fight against the 4 Race?" asked the King with a skeptical tone.
In the legend, Mazoku and the Devil were defeated by the Hero and his Party members who contained 6 people with special Skills.
After the Demon King was defeated, the Mazoku and Demon Races were transferred to the Black Continent where it was a very hard place where Dragon-class Monsters could easily be found in that place.
The Marquess also knew that, she originally also thought the same as the King. The Marquess then looked towards Ethan.
"Ethan, try to get the evidence out."
Ethan nodded and took out the same Magi Stone and Monster-controlled Whistle he had shown to Lord and Claire.
The king saw that narrowing his eyes did not understand.
"What's? Why are you showing me the Magic Stone?" his question did not understand at all.
"For that matter, let my son explain about these two items, Your Majesty."
The Marquess handed over her explanation to Ethan. He also still did not understand how it worked or what exactly the two items were.
Ethan, who got the gazes of the two people there, explained.
"Your Majesty, both are items obtained from Mazoku. This stone is not the usual Magic Stone. If normally the Magic Stone contained Mana, then this one was filled with an incredible amount of Miasma."
The king who heard that, looked back at the Magi Stone with probing eyes.
"So, indeed, I feel the unpleasantness of this stone," he murmured and nodded.
A sticky and disgusting feeling, it can be felt when looking at the stone, and there is a strange pull when looking at it.
Ethan was happy, that the King was much smarter than God, so it was easy for him to explain.
"Next Your Majesty, is this whistle. This whistle, is a magic tool made to control Monsters." said Ethan, the slower the sound.
The king had a gloomy facial expression, when he heard about the effect of the magic tool.
"So...who knows this information?" tanyakanya.
"Just me, Dad, and my Mom."
The king was satisfied. Then he gave his orders.
"Never tell me where this item is at all. This is an order."
Ethan knows that too. That's why he didn't tell anyone, including Mia. So Ethan bowed.
"Sure, I understand Your Majesty."
The king then looked towards the Maids and Butlers.
"You are the same. Secret everything you hear here, even if it's risking your own lives" he ordered seriously.
But, the Maids and Butlers did not respond at all to the words of the King.
Maid and Butler were confused, but they nodded anyway.
""We understand Your Majesty.""
The king was astonished by the strange pause earlier, but he ignored it and looked at the Marquess and Ethan again.
"Is it nothing else, Marquess?"
"Yes, just this is the report I gave."
The king then smiled and nodded.
"Well, if I have to excuse myself then, there's still a lot of work to do" he said and got up from his seat.
Marquess and Ethan also stood up and saluted.
"Thank you for your time, Your Majesty."
The king waved his hand hearing the Marquess' words.
"Don't think. We're gonna be better off after our two kids get married."
Lord and Ethan smiled bitterly in their hearts hearing the King's words.
And after the King came out, the same Butler who had ushered them in, approached.
"Marquess, Young Master, please come here."
And just as before, led by Butler's, Ethan and Lord go outside of the room.
Just then, Ethan suddenly sensed an extremely powerful Mana from the direction of the Palace. Ethan reflexively turned around and looked towards the Palace.
"?"
He stared for a few seconds with a confused expression.
The Lord who noticed Ethan suddenly stopped walking, stopped too.
"What's up Ethan?" tanyakanya.
"Ah, no-"
Bang out!
And just then, suddenly an explosion occurred in the direction of the Palace.
Lord, Ethan and Butler who were leading the way earlier were shocked by that.
"What's? What's going on?"
Ethan and Lord ran away to the source of the sound without delay.
"Ethan, did you know that this was going to happen?" ask Lord.
Ethan shook his head with an unfortunate expression.
"No, I had a chance to sense the Mana fluctuation earlier, but I didn't expect an explosion to occur."
The Mana fluctuation Ethan felt earlier, had a wavelength that was almost similar to what he felt on the three Mazoku he had defeated.
Seeing Ethan's expressionless face, Lord decided not to ask any further, and he just nodded.
Upon reaching the scene, a room was destroyed by the explosion and there were several Knights injured.
"I'm the Marquess of Mallorca. What the hell is going on here?" asked the Lord shouting.
Hearing the Lord's name, the Knights who were there, were instantly a little relieved.
"Marquess Mallorca! The Princess and the Hero Lord have been kidnapped!"
Ethan frowned, while God was confused by what the Knight said.
"What's? Why could!? Shouldn't their safety be the main one!" shouted Lord furiously.
The knight cowered in fear due to the Lord's anger.
"Dad calm down, now more importantly we're chasing the kidnapper" Ethan said in a low tone.
God nodded, and when he saw Ethan's face, fear and horror suddenly filled his heart.
Ethan's current face, was the coldest expression God had ever seen.
"Come, Dad. The kidnapper's not far away."
The Lord is surprised by Ethan's voice, and is late in replying.
"Ah, if so, guide."
Ethan nodded and immediately led the way. His eyes were red, staring coldly ahead.
"I will really kill your Race without a remnant if anything happens to the Hero.." he murmured softly.

Meanwhile, in the Royal Capital, there was chaos. All of a sudden, a Monster appeared in the nearby Forest and in the middle of the City left the Knights confused.
"Run fast! Everything's orderly!"
With the priority of saving as many citizens as possible, the Knights tried desperately to protect the Residents to the place of refuge.
Just then, suddenly a huge bear appeared from behind the building.
"Yahoo!"
"Ah, ah, Monster!"
"Save me!"
The bear stared at the citizens with hungry eyes.
"Roa!"
With a loud roar, the Bear began to kill the Citizens one by one.
"Ughh! N-n-"
Kraukis.
The sound of the bones being chewed was heard as the Bear ate the Knights and citizens.
As the nightmare continued, suddenly a voice mentioned a spell.
"."
And dozens of ice spears descended from the sky like rain towards the Monsters present in the Royal Capital.
The Knights and Citizens were confused by that and looked towards the source of the voice earlier.
A woman with snow-white hair stood on top of the building.
"Oh! down here!"
"really!? That's nice!"
The citizens and Knights had relieved faces.
The woman, who was none other than Claire, frowned looking at the attitude of the Knights and Citizens.
"What are you doing! Quickly reveal the injured Citizens and Knights! I'll keep them here!" angry shouting.
The knights and citizens who heard that immediately nodded and again started to evacuate.
Seeing that, Claire then turned her gaze towards the Knights who were coming from Mallorca.
"You guys, help the Knights of the Royal Capital to finish off the Monsters. I'm gonna go check somewhere else."
The Knights immediately saluted and replied in a loud voice.
"""We understand!"""
Claire nodded and immediately went to a place that bothered her greatly.
"I hope I still have time…."
