Six hours already they were in that world and seen the Royal Ship begin to descend towards the only palace in that world.
A large, luxurious and majestic Royal ship floated 100 meters above the palace, while Long Tian and Long Yu were flying towards the palace courtyard where General Long Pang was already standing with some of the people of the world.

" Honor the Ruler of the 100 Galaxies, the reason we all are is because we can not stand the attitude and behavior of the people of this palace who always oppress us his people and always take girls in the village village on the grounds of offerings to the king this world" Ji Jo said honestly and kindly but it was obvious there was a fear of offending Long Tian.
"Ji Jo, are you capable of leading this world?" Long Tian asked firmly.
"Hamba cannot be a ruler, servants are just loose cultivators in this world and servants are afraid that they are not in accordance with the expectations of the rulers and people of this world" Ji Jo replied with great courtesy and honesty.
" This world needs leaders so as not to be destroyed who you suggest" Long Tian asked back.

All the residents looked at each other to their left and right and discussed with each other.
Ten minutes later, a middle-aged man stood in the middle of the population still kneeling.
"Honor the Ruler of the 100 Galaxies, I nominate Ji Jo as the Leader of this world because all this time he was the one who helped us all from the palace's oppression" the middle-aged man said as he kneeled again.
One by one began to stand up and convey the name of Ji Jo as their choice. Ji Jo looked silent while kneeling but Long Tian could see tears dripping from Ji Jo.

I see this in you as well as the inhabitants of this world, open the defense of your soul" Long Tian said firmly and authoritatively and did not want any rejection.
Ji Jo opened his soul defense but said nothing, and Long Tian then gave the soul contract to Ji Jo.
" I'm Long Tian as the Ruler of 100 Galaxies hereby informing all the inhabitants of this world of appointing Ji Jo as the Leader of this world, help Ji Jo and Remind Ji Jo when he doubts" long Tian said firmly with dignity and using the power of the galaxy so that it was heard by all the inhabitants of the world.
" Ji Jo stand up and welcome the people who voted for you" Long Tian said.
Ji Jo then stood up and floated 10 meters above the ground.
" Thank you the Lord has trusted me, Thank you to all the residents here please help me who open what this is, and please always remind me if I have any doubts" ji Jo said using his Profound Qi.
All of the kneeling residents then gave their prostrations three times to Ji Jo and all of them shouted Ji Jo's name.
"All of you continue your work, please work together to clean up all the effects of this chaos" Ji Jo said kindly and authoritatively.
All the residents kneeled down and prostrated themselves three times to Ji Jo and immediately left the palace courtyard.
Long Tian came back down to the ground even though he did not step on the ground in being followed by Ji Jo kneeling before Long Tian.

All the residents also kowtowed and prayed for Long Tian along with all his subordinates.
