"General Jee, as I said before, you choose one of them to be the leader of this city, because I want to make you the sole Leader of this world, for the City Lord building just give to the new City lord as a residence as long as they are the city lord or can be transferred as a city asset to increase the income of the city, as for the residence of that clan I will make it an area for you to train your troops as well as the residents of this city " said Long Tian kindly who already had plans to turn the city into the strongest city in the entire world.
"Young master if so, but are you sure to choose me as the leader of this world" General Jee said with great respect and courtesy.
"General Jee I have made a decision and there is no doubt, so do not doubt it" Long Tian said with a warm smile to General Jee
"Young master as long as I can give peace to everyone in this world I will always be excited, we all have confidence if we can be the pillar of defense for the ruler of 100 galaxies" general Jee said excitedly and respectfully.
The other nine old men then approached Long Tian and General Jee and stood to the left and right of General Jee.
"Alright we'll go to this City Lord's residence first, can you show me the way" long Tian said kindly with a warm smile to everyone and stood in front of them then inserted all the weapons floating behind him into the courtyard of the golden dragon palace in his soul world
"Let's let our young master show us the way" said one elderly man dressed as a noble.
They then left the city square and headed to the residence of the City Lord that had been reduced to ashes earlier.
It only took ten minutes and they had now reached a large, empty and closed residence and there was not even a single one standing guard there.
"This young master was the previous city lord's residence and all the soldiers I did pull because there was no one here anymore" general Jee said as he opened the gate of the great residence and entered it followed by all.
They were all sitting on the terrace which did have many chairs there circling a large table.
"All of you please wait here for a moment there is something I have to take in the basement of this residence that could endanger all the inhabitants of this city" long Tian said as he stood up and smiled warmly, and then disappeared from everyone's sight before anyone answered him.
"General Jee, is this just my guess or is this young master a God who came to help us" said a senior man there.
"I thought he was the Golden Dragon God" said another old man while taking out an ancient scroll explaining about the golden dragon god Long Tian and opening the ancient scroll on the table that everyone saw.
There was a picture there that was very similar to Long Tian and also explained if Long Tian could not become Old.
"The picture of this face is very similar even all the characteristics are the same" said General Jee eagerly while standing up and making sure carefully.
"This young master asked me to be the leader of this world and asked one of you to be the City Lord here, then regarding this building he said it should be used as a city asset only while for the building of the traitor clan he will be a training center for all residents and also my soldiers, what do you think all" general Jee said kindly while sitting back down.
"I agree if you become emperor, with wealth and with the power of the young master nothing is impossible for that" said one man in noble clothes.
"So who among us will be the Lord of our city" said another old man and everything immediately pointed to his face making the old man stand up and see all of them.
"Have accepted that you are the richest of us all and I am sure you can take care of our city" said another elderly man, laughing lightly.
"True, you've been, we believe in you" said another elderly man.
They continued to discuss matters related to their city, while Long Tian was in the basement of the residence.
"This blood altar was the same as the blood altar in the village of the previous wolf blood demon race" said Long Tian speaking to himself who was currently done sealing the blood altar with the seal of the Sky Disc then he inserted the blood altar into the golden dragon palace courtyard in his soul world.

Long Tian instantly sealed all those blood altars with the blood Curse seal and the soul-removing seal and he also sent the seal into the tower of the demon tower.
Millions of small balls of gold-colored light layered in a blackish red light shot out from the tower of the demon tower and directly out of the underground room which was then seen by all the older men who sitting on the terrace of the large residence.
This greatly shocked all of them because they knew that this meant that there were millions that Long Tian had made ash in the basement of the residence.
All of the demon tower towers were instantly Long Tian stored into his dimension ring and he also then inserted all the treasures and artifacts that were inside that vast underground chamber into it the golden dragon palace courtyard in his soul world.
"Alright everything is empty, I'd better get out of here" Long Tian said to himself as he teleported back to the terrace of the residence to meet the others.
"I'm sorry if it makes you all wait for me for too long" Long Tian said very kindly and politely as he sat back down on the chair he was sitting in earlier.
"No young master, we just finished choosing Patriarch Kyung as the leader of our city" General Jee said with great courtesy and respect while pointing to Patriarch Kyung who was in front of him.
