All the townspeople who saw the golden dragon temple looked awestruck with the extremely majestic and domineering golden dragon temple hovering above them.
Long Tian then activated the power of 100 galaxies and floated down onto the huge stage where Kyung was inaugurated as the leader of the city.

The residents of the city remained in a prostrating position waiting for Long Tian to get to the stage only ten of his subordinates were already in a kneeling position.
"Sincerely, I accept that you all sit back" said Long Tian who floated above his circle of light on the inauguration stage using the power of the universe that sounded very domineering and only by the residents of the city alone.
"Our respect to the ruler" said ten of his subordinates respectfully.
"You stand up" Long Tian said kindly to all of his subordinates.
All the townspeople immediately sat down while all of Long Tian's subordinates were directly standing in front of Long Tian but General Jee approached Long Tian while handing over a token mark as the city's leader then stood back up in front of Long Tian was on a level with all his comrades.
"Kyung come forward and kneel down" Long Tian said kindly and used the power of the universe so that the townspeople heard his words.
Kyung immediately approached Long Tian and knelt a meter in front of Long Tian with great respect.
"My name is Long Tian, Lord of the 100 Galaxies with this I appoint Kyung my subordinate as the leader of this city and this city will later become the center of this world's civilization" long Tian said with a warm smile and handed the city leader Token to Kyung.
"Thank you Ruler, I will go to great lengths to enrich this city and make it the center of this world's civilization" kyung said as he received the city leader's Token and used his profound Qi power so that it was heard by all the townspeople.
"Remember if we exist for all good-hearted citizens and their prosperity is in your hands now, your duty is not only to lead but to be the father of all who are in this city, do not let any one of the city's residents starve or struggle in the future" said Long Tian who still uses the power of the universe so that residents hear his voice.

"Good Ruler, I will lead the golden dragon pillar sect and become your army to guard this world as well as other worlds if needed in the future" fibu said respectfully and used his profound Qi so that it was heard by all the residents of the city.
"All of you are good people and all of you keep doing good, I only ask all of you if you are my hope to make this world a safe and peaceful world without adverse competition, you all help City Lord Kyung and remind her if she has any doubts in her decision" long Tian said as he looked towards the residents of the city kindly and kept using the power of the universe for the residents to hear his voice.
"Both the Ruler" said all the inhabitants of the city compactly.
"Well you guys go ahead, I still have something to do so I'm leaving town for a while" long Tian said kindly while smiling warmly to everything and he still continued to use the power of the universe in his words.
Long Tian then flew back to the golden dragon temple.
The townspeople and all of their subordinates instantly kneeled and kowtowed three times in honor of Long Tian as well as all of them praying for Long Tian.
Long Tian who had already returned inside the golden dragon temple then directed the golden dragon temple to the dragon mountain as he had previously tracked down the existence of the dragon mountain.
Long Tian did not make the golden dragon temple dart quickly but rather just floated slowly upwards then left the city slowly while keeping an eye on everything below him, he deliberately did this so that the residents of other cities and also the village in his path saw his golden dragon temple.
Long Tian simply sat down while enjoying his own homemade Herbal Tea and his soul consciousness kept a close eye on everything beneath him, there were already five villages and two cities that he had crossed and all the villagers and the city saw the golden dragon temple but did not see any Long Tian.
