An hour passed quickly and Long Tian had already marked the people of the black flow sect that was inside Long Sing city.

There was no panic whatsoever in the field behind Long Sing's residence but not with the townspeople watching as the people who were near them were hit by a small ball of gold-plated blackish-red light then take out the same ball in large quantities and then become ash.
"All of you here please open your soul defenses and Long Sing give your soul contract to them" said Long Tian with a universe-sounding power that was extremely domineering and suppressed the souls of all those in that field.
"Okay Ruler" Long Sing said as he stepped forward for Long Tian and gave a soul contract to the nearly two million people who were still kneeling on the field.
"Mo Fei get your affairs in order and gather in the dragon world when it's done" Long Tian telepathically told General Mo Fei.
"Okay Ruler, we will all wait for you in the Dragon world" Mo Fei respectfully said through telepathy to Long Tian.
"Grandfather Yu, please, if everything is gathered then no one will leave the Dragon world because maybe I will soon need the help of all of you especially the female army to be properly prepared if later I ask them to attack the Moon World" long Tian said through telepathy back to Long Yu.
"Good Ruler" Long Yu replied briefly through telepathy.
Meanwhile Long Sing still continued to give soul contracts to everyone who worked for him.
It took him almost two hours for Long Sing to give the soul contract to the nearly two million people and now he was back standing facing Long Tian.
"The ruler is done, everyone has obtained a soul contract from the servant" Long Sing said respectfully with a warm smile to Long Tian.
"Order them to inspect this city and clean up all the dwellings and shopstores whose people have been reduced to ashes, making all the assets of this city alone" long Tian said kindly with a warm smile to Long Sing.
