The Escape of the Two Bandits

Gao and some of the villagers who were with him drove the bandits into a panic, how not if the bandits with their axes were so bloodthirsty as to stab them.

All who live in ordinary villages live in peace, fights are certainly not normal for them to make them confused about how to deal with it.

“Head of Gao Village, what should we be?"

“True Village Chief Gao, say something or at least give us direction."

“Head of Gao Village, there is not much time to think. Hurry up and say something about what we should do."

Some remarks from villagers who began to feel panic, when the bandits were now getting closer to where they were.

Gao who is ahead among the villagers certainly feels panic similar to what the citizens feel, although Gao does not show because after all he is responsible for the safety of every citizen.

“We have no other choice, if we want our family to be okay. Then we have to fight them" Gao said despite doubts.

“Against them? How's it?"

“The head of Gao Village, these bandits are not ordinary people. Keep in mind also that most bandits are warriors who have the ability to fight far more powerful than ordinary people like us."

“Head of Gao Village, is there no other way but to fight?"

The villagers did not think fighting was the right decision considering they would definitely lose, even so they still can not stand still and start to lift high most of the tools they usually use to work in the field.

“How else besides fighting? Nothing, these bandits are not a group that can solve problems by talking," said Gao, so understand the real concerns of its citizens but have nothing else to do about it.

The villagers who noticed the ugly expression on Gao's face finally came to their senses, if indeed fighting was the only way for them.

“If it's like this then just fight to the death our choice."

“True, everything has gone like this then there is no way back for us."

The villagers who began to be triggered by their anger and courage, no longer care even though their lives are lost as long as they can stop the bandits there.

They do not want anything bad to happen to their wives, which is more than enough for them to make an excuse for their death.

“Rong, forgive grandfather if grandfather can not return home after this," said Gao, starting to lift the small wood he found to be used as a weapon.

Gao and every villager had already started to be ready with the makeshift weapons they were carrying, wanting to welcome the bandits who wanted to stab them.

“We are more than these bandits, just focus on survival and do not be rash" Gao said shortly before the bandits arrived before them.

What Gao said was true if the villagers who came with him had a much larger number, about twenty people than the bandits who only had about eight people.

Even so it was not something that had much effect in the battle, considering that the existence of a single bandit with swordsman ability alone was more than enough to finish off half the number of villagers in a short period of time.

Unfortunately for Gao and the villagers, they did not know that. Making them just like getting false hopes with the superiority of the amount they have, where the hope will soon be destroyed if something unexpected does not appear as it was happening.

“Son Zhao, it's him."

“Nak Zhao, thank you for interfering with what is happening in our village."

“Son Zhao, thank goodness you came."

Every utterance contained the relief spoken from every villager, very very lucky they Hao Zhao came at the right time after thinking their lives would be finished there.

“From now on, leave everything to me Uncle," Hao Zhao told every villager there.

“Nak Zhao, be careful. We know you're a swordsman but the bandits are also mostly warriors according to what we hear." Gao looked up at him for being worried about Hao Zhao.

“Uncle Gao take it easy, although indeed they are warriors but the swordsman level is not something they can ignore just like that." Hao Zhao with his expressionless face, began to stare at each of the eight bandits with cold eyes.

“Hey, who is he?"

“Don't know, but seeing every villager trust him so much. It could be that he was the swordsman that this village paid to protect them."

“So only paid swordsmen? If that's all, what are you waiting for? Let's just finish him off to give him some sense that his pay is not worth his life."

The bandits after having had a discussion not too long immediately took a step, wanting to immediately take care of Hao Zhao whom they feared would be troublesome if left to live for too long.

Hao Zhao himself realized that now the bandits began to move towards him by immediately pulling the sword from its sheath, after that he stepped quickly before suddenly appearing behind one of them stabbing his sword right at the heart of the bandit.

One fallen bandit made the remaining bandits immediately feel threatened just because of Hai Zhao's existence.

“Return first!" exclaimed one of the bandits, somehow felt something strange with the young man they were facing.

“Good." The other bandits, say this in unison.

The bandits themselves immediately after started to try to take some distance from Hao Zhao, wanting to gather in one place first after being scattered due to Hao Zhao's sudden attack.

“Where do you want to go?" Hao Zhao obviously did not let those bandits do as they wished.

Hao Zhao immediately moved back with his speed approaching one by one the bandits, where with just one swing of his sword almost certainly one bandit's life was lost.

All happened so quickly, until now only about two bandits left from the original eight people.

“Dissipating, we report all this to the leader," said one of the bandits to his friend, not having the desire to fight the two especially after seeing for themselves how terrible Hao Zhao thinks they are.

The two bandits left alone immediately re-entered the grove of trees not far from the fields owned by the villagers, making both of them disappear from the sight of Hao Zhao who just slashed his sword on one of the bandit stau that became his target.

“At last choose run?" Hao Zhao raised his eyebrows, not thinking at all about releasing any of them including the two bandits who tried to escape.
