One night Romy falls asleep and dreams about his best friend Novi. In his dream, Romy sees Novi smiling at him and gives a signal that he is not okay.

Romy is shocked and saddened as he dreams of his best friend, Novi, who is lying weakly in the hospital. He was worried about his friend's condition.

When Romy awakens from his dream, he feels like there is a message that Novi wants to convey. He immediately contacted the Novi family and asked for the latest news about the health of his best friend

Romy felt a little guilty because he had forgotten his best friend and rarely visited him to the hospital.

"Asaalamualaikum aunt, how is Novi now?" Fill in Romy's text message to Novi's mother.

"Good son." His mother replied Novi briefly.

"Now Novi is at home or in the aunt's hospital?" Ask Romy back.

"At the hospital, son, but it's good there's no need to look at it." His mother replied as if something was hidden.

Seeing his mother Novi's answer made Romy even more suspicious and continued to wonder about the state of Novi. He felt something was wrong. Eventually, Romy decides to meet Novi's parents to find out what really happened.

While It's at the Hospital.

"Son, Romy chatted to mama asking how you are doing." Said the mother.

Novi smiled at the mother's words. He feels moved and happy that Romy still remembers him and cares about his condition.

"Yes ma, but please tell me don't look at me. I want a break." Novi.

After typing her short message, Novi felt tired and wanted to rest. He asked his mother to tell anyone that he did not want to be visited at this time.

Novi's mother nodded in understanding and gave support to her daughter to rest as much as needed. He promised to keep Novi's desire not to be disturbed during his recovery.

Novi closed his eyes and felt a calmness coming from within him. Although he still had to undergo several more medical procedures, he felt confident and believed that he would recover and return to his usual activities.

The mother stroked Novi's hair and gave a kiss on her forehead. "May I get well soon, son. Mama is always with you" said Novi's mother affectionately.

Novi smiled and replied to her mother, "Thank you, Ma. I was always with my mom too.

Novi finds it difficult to share his secret with Romy, even more so because he does not want to cause worry and sadness to his friend.

Next day.

Romy was worried and anxious about Novi's condition, so he felt very eager to visit his best friend. Despite being banned by Novi's mother, Romy decided to visit Novi in hospital.

Arriving at the hospital Romy met his mother Novi in the lobby. "Well son, why look?"

Romy felt shocked and a little nervous when he met Novi's mother in the hospital lobby. He knows that he did not listen to Novi's mother's request not to visit Novi, but Romy feels too worried and wants to see the condition of his best friend directly.

"I'm sorry, Auntie, I just want to see Novi and make sure that he's okay" Romy replied in a stammering voice.

Novi's mother looked at the worried expression on Romy's face and felt moved. He understands Romy's feelings and decides to allow Romy to visit Novi, though he doesn't want too many people visiting Novi for Novi to rest in peace.

Romy felt grateful and relieved to hear the permission of Novi's mother

When Romy arrives at the hospital room, he sees Novi lying weakly in his bed. The look on Novi's face looks very surprised to see the arrival of Romy. It's really very concerning.

Romy feels great regret for not visiting Novi before and he apologizes to Novi for his negligence and mistakes.

"Novi how are you?" Romi said while holding Novi's hand.

Novi just smiled back at Romy.

"What pain do you have Nov?" How come this way? Why don't you tell me again?"

Romy asked Novi his best friend.

"I'm okay Romy" said Novi hid it and held back his tears so as not to fall.

Romy was unsure of Novi's answer, "But you look weak and lackluster, Nov. You have to tell me what pain you are?” Force Romy.

Novi paused for a moment, then looked at Romy with teary eyes, "I'm sorry, Romy. I don't want to worry you. I've been trying to hide it from everyone, including you and my own friends I've had Romy's leukemia." Novi can't hold back his tears. The crying broke too.

"Oh my god, why don't you tell me?" Romy said in shock and immediately glazed over hearing Novi's words as if in disbelief.

Novi looked at Romy with a sad face, "Sorry, Romy. I don't want to worry you. I just got this diagnosis a few days ago and still trying to deal with it myself."

Romy feels sad and sorry that Novi has to face this difficult situation alone. "You don't have to feel alone, Nov. I'm always here for you and ready to help you through all of this" Romy said softly.

"I promise I won't leave you again You don't cry!" Romi.

Romy embraced Novi gently and calmed down, "Quiet Nov, I'm here for you. I will always be with you and support you. We're gonna go through all this together."

Novi smiled sincerely and felt very grateful to have a friend who always cared like Romy. They talked for a long time about the situation of Novi and the treatment plan that will be carried out. Romy promised to always support and provide moral support for Novi "Thank you, Romy. I'm so lucky to have a friend like you."

Romy smiled, "No need to thank, Nov. We've always supported and helped each other, haven't we?"

Novi nodded, "That's right, Romy. We're going through all this together and I'm sure, we're going to come out victorious."

Romy smiled and re-embraced Novi gently. They promise to support and persevere with each other in the face of difficult situations they face.

Romy clasped Novi's hand tightly, "You don't have to hide it from me, Nov. I have always been there for you and will always support you throughout your journey against this disease."

Romy spends time with Novi in the hospital. He brought books and funny stories to entertain Novi. Romy also ensures that Novi gets good care in the hospital and helps take care of his needs while there.

After spending time with Novi in the hospital, Romy realizes the importance of friendship and the presence of friends in his life. He was determined to no longer forget his friends and always put social relations first around him. Inwardly, Romy promises to always take the time to be with her friends and provide the support they need.
