Lying Weak

Novi was still lying weakly on his bed. He looked very pale and weak, while his mother sat nearby with a face full of restlessness.

"Dear mom, I promise I won't cry anymore." Entertain the mother to her child.

His mother wiped her tears. He did not want to look weak in front of his son. He can only pray to God to be given a way out of the problems he is facing.

Today is Sunday, the day Romy had scheduled to see her best friend Novi again in the hospital. Romy had prepared himself well and brought some fruit to Novi as a small gift to boost his spirits.

After arriving at the hospital, Romy immediately headed to Novi's room. He sees Novi's mother still looking sad and exhausted, but Novi looks a little better than the previous visit. Romy sat next to Novi and started their chat.

Novi smiled and thanked Romy, feeling deeply moved by her kindness.

They continued to chat until Romy's visit ended. Romy promised to return to visit Novi next time and hoped Novi could recover soon and go home.

"I'm saying yes Nov, Auntie. I'll be here again" Romy said goodbye.

"Yes, thank you so much, I have nemenin Novi" said the mother.

"Thank you so much Rom!" Novi also.

"Yes, yes!" Romy said with a genuine smile. Romy is a very good boy.

As Romy rushed home from the hospital, he met a volunteer who was working there. The volunteer told him about a fundraising program to help children with cancer, including children who were admitted to the hospital.

"Maybe this way I can help Novi and his family." Romy said in his heart.

Romy feels moved to help Novi and other children who are struggling with this deadly disease. He plans to invite his friends to the school to join the fundraising program, and they are all happy to contribute to helping children in need.
