One year ago Angel became the Jones family and his last name was officially changed to Jones, Carmen Jones. How happy Angel is every time she gets to know someone, she will say her name out loud accompanied by a distinctive smile that adds to her beauty.

Sarah Jones has officially signed up Angel to be her daughter. Not only Angel was happy, Sarah was also happy because her desire to get a daughter was realized.

Because Angel has no birth certificate or identity, Sarah invites Sid to negotiate Angel's birthday.

"Just like the day of love. February 14th," Sid proposed excitedly.

Sarah knitted her two eyebrows. "Why is that? Why don't we do it at Christmas or some other celebration?"

Sid thought for a while, then his face brightened again. "Ah, because he liked a lot of people! That's, right, his name he's loved and cherished,"

"Good idea! How old is he?" ask Sarah again.

"Let's say 21 years" Sid replied casually.

After the data about Angel is completed, they forward the information to the authorities and in the end, the Angel adoption process was approved by law. From that day on, Angel became part of the Jones family.

To celebrate Angel's arrival in the family, Sarah throws a party for her. He cooks a lot of food.

"Mom, this much food, who's going to spend?" sid asked to look at the snaking pile of food on the dining table.

"not for you! I invited the handsome guy who came by that often. He said he lives alone here and he's a doctor at the new hospital, Sid. Aah, how noble is his heart. It must be hard to find food especially if you live alone, so I will bring half of these foods for him. What's-her-name? Fredy's? Ferdy? Francie's? Ah, never mind, whoever it is, hahaha!" sarah laughed loudly.

Sid sneers. He was obviously jealous of Frank. Indeed, Frank often visit their restaurant. She was happy with Sarah's cooking. Sometimes, she comes really just to eat and she always asks Sarah to wrap up more food for her to have dinner later. Sometimes, too, she comes not only to eat, but to meet Sid or Angel. More often with Angel, that's why Sid is so upset with Frank.

Sid's relationship with Angel is also getting closer. There were no more secrets between them and both of them were like real siblings.

On the other hand, Sid tries desperately to calm his heart that keeps pounding while he is with Angel. The young man also tried to calm down the monster that was in his heart when he saw Angel's togetherness with Frank.

One night, just like the previous nights, Angel and Sid are sitting by the beach enjoying snacks and drinks.

"Hey, why are you getting so close to Frank? You said you wouldn't go near him anymore. That's hypocritical!" hit Sid hard.

"You don't like it?" ask Angel. "If you don't like it, I won't go near it anymore,"

The red hue on Sid's face crept quickly like a blazing fire. "K-why are you?"

"Because you don't like it" Angel answered quickly.

Sid let out a long sigh and growled in annoyance. "You can't be like that, Carmen! What if I like you and think of you as not a sister?"

Angel's sitting position docked and almost attached to Sid's body. "It doesn't matter, does it? You're good,"

Outraged and anxious, Sid pinches both of Angel's cheeks until the girl's cheeks are flushed. "No, Carmen's a fool!"

Suddenly, Sid loses his balance and Angel falls over the body of the man staring at him. Their eyes are now intertwined.

Sid's heart seemed to stop even he hoped, the world and time also stopped spinning. Right now, Sid can feel the soft breath of Angel on his face.

"S-, Sid-, ..." said Angel, hoping her foster sister would come to her senses and let her go.

However, Sid further tightens his embrace and reverses their position so that Angel is below him.

Angel was getting scared. Recording of memories of Dante, Frank, Jarrel, as well as the male guests he had served spinning quickly in his mind. "S-, Sid, let go!"

Sid further distanced the distance between them. Instead of landing his lips, Sid whispered in the ear of the girl who had closed both eyes while holding both hands in front of the chest. "Your breath smells of chicken skin! I know you haven't brushed your teeth, have you?"

Angel opened both of her eyes. His breath is still hunting. However, a wave of relief hit him. "Say! You're so mean, Sid! I hate you!"

Sid laughed heartily at the sight of his adoptive sister crying loudly. "Haha! Why are you crying, Carmen?"

As soon as she heard Angel's voice crying, Sarah immediately came out and approached her two children. "What are you doing with your sister, Sid?"

Sid was still laughing out loud. Angel poured into Sarah's arms, like a child complaining about a friend who was cheating on her. "Mother, Sid is evil to me! I hate him!"

"Get in, let's leave him here! Let him be eaten by a starving killer whale! Come on, honey, I'll accompany you to bed" comfort Sarah as she embraces Angel in her arms.

Elsewhere, Dante urges Frank to pick up a video call from him. He wants to know where Frank lives now.

During the inauguration of his best friend's hospital, Dante sent a car unit and several ambulance units to his hospital. But after that, Frank moved out of his apartment.

("I'll see you at the hospital,") Dante said.

"Just meet. I'm not going there. I told you, my college isn't in town, Dante. I live near the campus" Frank replied lying.

He doesn't live near the college. He did choose to live in a place far from the city and the crowd. The beach is a bonus. Frank's original goal of moving into his current place was to forget Angel. But apparently, good luck sided with him because he was actually met with Angel there.

"Nobody knows about my place, Dante. Stop forcing me and stop also to get in touch with Evelyn! You two lustful humans who cannot be put together! Did you ever think what if she got pregnant and was being reported everywhere?" ask Frank again. He thought about Angel if the girl read the news about Dante who managed to have Dante Junior, the future successor of his company. "Anyways, you have to control yourself, Dante!"

("That's exactly what I want to live with you, Franky Frank! Come on,") urged Dante.

Frank laughed a little. "I have to go to college! Bye, Dante!"

("T-, tung-, ...!")

After his call with Dante ended, Frank sighed and closed his eyes. "I'm not gonna let you come see me, Morgan! I won't let you meet Angel either! He is happy now and lives a little more, my efforts to get it worked out and I can't let you come and ruin all the plans I've put together!"
