The Love of the Ex
CHAPTER 9: Waiting

Meanwhile, in a room dominated by light purple and a combination of white, a woman standing on the balcony of the room while staring at the night sky, Mita repeatedly heard a long sigh.

Mita only realized that the paint color and room decoration in accordance with the room of her dreams so far, especially the balcony room that leads to the back garden of the house that looks very beautiful with a lot of flowers and other plants, this place is far from pollution and noise. He can enjoy all the beauty of it from his room, but still Mita feels lonely.

"What should I do? .." muttered Mita as she raised her head.

He should now be taking off longing with his family and also his best friend, but he is instead trapped in marriage with his ex and confined to this place. Even after their wedding, Arka immediately left him and still has not returned.

Mita closed her eyes and returned a long sigh. Had Mita not left Arka at that time, she would not have experienced this very complicated destiny? Would he and Arka have lived happily if he and Arka had the same social status? Or, if at that time he was telling the truth to Arka would everything be okay?

It is still recorded clearly in his memory when a woman with a glamorous appearance arrived to meet him and asked him to leave Arka, the woman says she is inappropriate for a man like Arka and that is where she learns the true identity of the lover. Without realizing it, a clear liquid had soaked his cheeks.

"Of Mita don't be a crybaby, you're a strong girl" Mita said, wiping away her tears. "There's no point regretting what happened, it's better to do something to get rid of this boredom" Mita murmured and walked out of the room.

Mita who did not know what to do finally stepped into the kitchen and there were two servants preparing food for dinner.

"Miss," said the publisher, who was surprised to see Mita's arrival in the kitchen.

"Does Miss need anything?" ask one of the servants.

"No, I just want to help you prepare dinner" replied Mita.

"No need Non this is our duty you should just sit down," refused the waiter was subtle.

"Sir papa bik .. You guys just calm down I won't interfere with your work, I just want to cook my husband's favorite food" said Mita.

"It's not that, it's just that we're afraid that you'll get angry if you let Miss do the job the waiter was supposed to do" the maid said, they were worried not because Mita would interfere with her cooking activities but they were afraid of the anger of Arka, especially if the master's wife was injured while cooking.

Inevitably the servant let Mita do what she wanted. Mita also began to prepare ingredients to make three types of Arka's favorite menu, namely asem vegetables, corn jelly and soy sauce sambal tempeh, yes Mita will only cook a simple menu for Arka, Arka, in addition because the food was once the favorite food of the husband, the husband, also because it's the only food that Mita can cook and that too she had to study for months to make the food and she had not had time to make it for Arka because their relationship had to end in the middle of the road.

After a few minutes, Mita's cooking is ready to be served.

"Finally finished too," said Mita staring satisfied results of his cooking that looks evocative.

The waiter who saw the menu that Mita made was made gawking, they were not sure Arka would like that very simple home-cooked meal.

"Sorry Miss are you sure you'll like the food?" asked one of the maids with an anxious expression, as they knew the master was very picky in terms of food, he will not hesitate to throw the food they make if it does not suit his taste.

"Of course he'll like it, why?" Mita asked back.

"Master is very picky about food, I'm afraid you will be angry if the food made by Miss Mita is not in accordance with your taste" explained the waiter.

Mita was silent at the servant's explanation. Guilt is back."You've really changed Ar, sorry."

Mita asked the waiter to move the food to the table.

"You eat first, I'll wait for my husband" Mita told the two servants who were still standing behind her.

While Mita remained faithful waiting for the return of the husband, but had been waiting for hours but there was no sign that Arka would come home, even the dinner hour had passed and Arka did not come. Mita was exhausted because since last night she was sleep-deprived finally fell asleep with a sitting position by lying face down at the table.

"It turns out you were really waiting for me" muttered a man who had just arrived home.
