Several men in black clothes and glasses were waiting at the door to escort Alfonso and Leticia back to the Mansion.
Cathlyn's doctor comes over to Leticia and Alfonso.

Alfonso pushed Leticia's wheelchair into the lobby where the car was waiting. The car door was also opened by Alfonso's men immediately lifted Leticia into the car. Then followed by himself sitting next to Leticia. The car immediately drove towards the Mansion at flat speed.
