The Magic Power System

The Magic Power System
Chapters. 70. The Trial for Suspects.

The Alchemist took out a bottle of potion, then opened it over the face of his former junior.

“This is a liquid capable of melting your face, so, which part should I destroy?" The enraged Alchemist said that while shaking the bottle, making the person below him thrash in fear half to death.

“Ahhhh! I beg! Please don't do that, Senior. Forgive me, forgive me! Please say whatever you want from me, I will fulfill it! But don't hurt my face,” the cries are frightened.

“Hm, really?”

That person nodded brokenly as he continued to stare in horror at the small bottle that was on top of his face.

“Then, quickly tell me who you gave the potion to.”

“Ya-which one?”

Philip could not stand it anymore and further tightened his grip and tilted the fully open bottle until the person below him cried loudly again.

“Fuck you made to rival my Psyche! Quickly say now or I flush you with—”

“I DON'T KNOW—AKHHH! Really, I don't know. He uses a face mask and a robe. What I remember, her hair was long brown, her body looked sexy despite being covered by that oversized robe. Its height ... is about 6 feet. To be sure, he is not an ordinary human being!”

Philip clucked dissatisfied with the answer, but this was more than enough, it would be impossible if the person blatantly showed a face or introduced himself.

“So? Alright.”

Hearing his senior's reply, the brash junior felt a little calm. Just little.

“S-already, right? So, let me go?”

Philip smiled again, very sweet.

“Basic shameless bastard.”

CURRRR

The hot liquid was doused into the former junior's two eyeballs, making the evil Alchemist yell and hold his eyes in pain.

“PHILIP YOU DEVIL. IT HURTS A LOT, DAMN IT. AAAAKHHHH!!!”

“If I'm a demon, then what are you? Take it easy, the liquid will not damage your face at all. You'll only experience permanent blindness, and don't attempt a transplant. Within half an hour, the poison will go straight into your brain. There will be no point in you transplanting using eagle eyes though.”

Philip then opened the magic pattern to teleport directly towards the academy headquarters, leaving his former junior still roaring to destroy the items in his own home. Arriving there, he immediately searches for the whereabouts of Orion who happens to be chatting with Ace.

“You're back?” Orion first realized his existence. “How about. your inquiry?” ask again.

Philip nodded. The two men before him immediately understood the gesture.

“How about the ones here?” ask Philip.

Ace snorted softly, “We have two suspected people. How about you?”

“The man said that she is a woman with 6 feet tall and long brown hair.”

Both compact pronounce, “That's Beatrice!"

Orion clenched both hands tightly. “I didn't expect that woman to do this. What exactly does he want? And how could he know my plan or Psyche's?”

Ace shook his head, trying to calm him down. “No need emotion and wonder for now. We won't find the answer. Let's do a trial, only members who plunge directly into the battle.”

Philip agreed with that. “Let me come, I'll hide my appearance.”

“Alright,”.

“Now, we should discuss the right punishment for him.”

“Where is Beatrice and Chairman?" wonder Flyod is not why they are gathered in the hall again.

Suddenly, Orion appeared from the back door.

“I'm here,” said. “Everything, sit quietly in your place.”

Not long after, the red-haired woman appeared from the front door.

His last arrival was something Orion and Ace had planned. The woman was confused when she realized that there was no seat left for her to sit on.

“You, stand there,” said Orion quietly.

“What?” ask the woman not to believe. Especially when Orion did not mention his name.

“The person who will go through this trial is you.”

Flyod instantly stood up hearing that, “I mean?"

Orion immediately pulled out a ball of light from his magic to trap Beatrice. Just like he did with his wife a while ago. All those present in the trial were shocked, holding their breaths.

The Flyod who felt unacceptable with what he saw was almost lunging forward if only the Alchemist expert did not take off the magic holding both his hands and feet.

“Whose bastard is! Why did you cast a magic spell on me?!” shout Flyod.

“Be quiet. You listen carefully to this trial," this time Ace opened his voice.

The burly body man who also had red hair, was forced to shut his mouth because he had great respect for the Former Chairman. He sat back in his chair with both hands and feet bound by magic.

“Orion? What the hell are you doing? Why are you keeping me here?” Beatrice shouted, thrashing to get off the ball.

“Do you recognize this herb?”

Orion took out a small bottle with a reddish-brown liquid. Beatrice who saw that was shocked to death.

“It .... the...”.

It was Psyche he stole from Orion. And Beatrice was shocked because the thing was currently in the hands of their chairman, the man who had become her obsession.

“Are you confused where can I get it?” ask Orion. “Oh Beatrice, you are an amateur. The camera you installed in my room is still attached. I can watch you steal this liquid from my drawer. Then how can I find him from your place? Of course I have a way. If you can steal it from me, I can also take it back from you.”

“Actually, what is that liquid? What did Beatrice steal so we have to do this trial?” it was Aidyn's turn to ask.

Orion took a few steps forward, approaching their seat, standing right in front of the power ball that was holding the suspect.

“All of you who are here are people who have witnessed firsthand our fight against Drake." Orion took a deep breath before continuing. “In reality, Drake was dead a while ago. His death coincided with the day that Anastasya, my wife, went on a rampage and injured some of you. At that time, Drake accidentally broke a fragment of his soul into my wife's body and made her conceive a dragon child, which was herself.”

Everyone was shocked to not believe it.

“When I locked Ana up with a ball of light like I did with Beatrice right now, Ana half-consciously told me that she was carrying a dragon child. His killing intent was very strong, he wanted to destroy this world unless you all became his slaves. But it was Drake's wish that possessed him. I intend to kill a fetus that had not grown in his stomach with a death potion called Psyche, you have learned it a while ago, right?”

The Alchemist came forward and approached Orion and stood next to him.

“The master who is now beside me is Mr. Alchemist the Great who was able to create Psyche. We have made a spiritual covenant for each other's benefit, and I got Psyche from it. But, this woman," Thunder turned his head towards Beatrice, “exchanging her with a potion aimed at fighting Psyche. What followed was that Drake, who was in my wife's belly, grew up one night and was born the next. Light that makes havoc happen everywhere so that many innocent humans become victims is the result of the hatching of the dragon egg.”

Aidyn closed his mouth in disbelief, while

Ana just listened to all of that quietly, hugging her own body.
