For international students the existence of the association is very necessary for the coordination and communication of each student there so that students who are doing studies always have the Indonesian Student Association or abbreviated as PPI, this organization is an organization of Indonesian students who are studying in various educational strata ranging from (S1, S2 and S3) in various countries. Special students studying in Thailand have their own set name, the Indonesian Student Association in Thailand (PERMITHA).

I feel a lot of benefits from this association, because studying abroad is much different from studying domestically, visa passport management is sometimes confusing if we do not understand the process Permitha friends are usually very familiar with this process, in Thailand the visa for students is divided into two there is a single entry fee of 1000 baht and multiple entry 5000 baht which means when we choose a single visa we can only enter Thailand once and if we use multiple entry we can go in and out of Thailand many times.

Not to mention that there are grant items coordinated by Permitha friends from graduated seniors that are quite helpful for those of us who have just come from Indonesia, ranging from kitchen tools, books, beds, and so on, even a motorcycle closet.

That was happiness when we were active Permitha organization, but there is also a difficulty we must be ready to become ambassadors of Indonesian culture in Thailand by being representative in events organized by consulates such as halal food, indonesia festival, and so on, not to mention if there are invitations from other organizations in Thailand such as Malay day and invitations from the International Student Association (ISA-PSU) then we must be ready to perform regional dance even though our basic is not a dancer and this we often do, although a bit difficult at the beginning but long-time enjoy also because after the appearance we usually get a lot of halal food free.

Because of that closeness I was nominated by him to be the successor to the position of chairman of the permitha which will soon be conducted elections, although only student organizations but permits have a good organizational structure with a core team including chairman, deputy, secretary and treasurer plus several revisions such as country representative, public relations, interest and telent, among others, sport.
