"Is it true that my father and mother were here ?" he said while staring at the towering skyscraper and very mega in front of him.

"Who are they then ?" mumbling again.

"Who is the woman Marco's father loved until the end of his life? love so great that it would separate us? Who is that special lady ?"

Sofia kept wondering but there was not a single answer she could find.

"Is my real father a great man? no, it's impossible that if he's great then he won't let me be lost for a dozen years. Then who is he? marco's dad said he was here? is he a security guard? cafeteria owner? a waiter? or a lecturer ?"

Not wanting to speculate further Sofia immediately stepped into the gate of the university, but only a few steps a security immediately confronted her.

"Miss, please show your student card !!" the man's orders.

Sofia looked closely at the security guard. "Is he my father ?" he murmured as he looked at the forty-year-old man.

"Miss, where's your student card ?" repeat the security guard as Sofia looks glued to her eyes.

"Student cards? a minute." Sofia reached into his bag and immediately took it, lucky he had not returned the card otherwise he would not have been able to enter.

"Uncle, does uncle have a daughter ?" ask Sofia after handing over the card.

"Of course." said the officer who immediately made Sofia appear to review her smile.

"Is she with you ?" ask again.

"He's with his mother." said the man.

"His mother ?" Sofia looked cringing.

"Of course, because he's still a baby."

"Oh." Sofia nodded small.

"Does uncle have another daughter ?" ask again.

"No."

"Here's your card, take it." added the man again while giving the card to Sofia.

"All right, thank you."

Then Sofia stepped back in a row, then who was her father because of all the security guards only the man was old and the others were young.

"What is the owner of the cafeteria ?" muttered, then Sofia immediately passed towards the cafe next to the campus building.

It was still noon and the cafe was filled by students who were having lunch.

"Hey, haven't you been taken off campus ?" rebeca shouted as she saw the new Sofia coming in which immediately came to the attention of everyone there.

George who that night was also in the wild racecourse immediately moved from his seat. "Because you are Ariel moved, you bastard pesky girl." he said, encouraging Sofia and everyone who listened to the young man's words immediately seemed furious.

"So it's all because of you ?" tuding Rebeca.

"It looks like we really have to teach you a lesson" he added did not give Sofia to explain the actual incident, then the girl immediately invited all her friends to gather to approach her.

But before they managed to attack Sofia suddenly Dani came. "What are you guys doing ?" he said with rage.

But the girl's presence at the racetrack that night has messed things up, the years they played there but it's always been safe from police officers' eyes.

The girl was a real unlucky bearer to her friends and George hated that.

"Have we not talked about before, George. I hope you're not senile and that you all Sofia is no longer in college, so please don't do anything to her. Understand !!" firmly Dani to make everyone who was there look silent.

"Are you okay ?" dani said, staring at Sofia.

"Hm, thank you. I'll get out of here." said Sofia, then before leaving the girl was seen staring at a pair of husband and wife Cafe owners who were seen looking at her cynically.

No, it doesn't seem like they're her biological parents and Sofia is sure of that.

"Well, I'm not going to look for him anymore. My dad's just Marco's dad's not the other one." he muttered reassuringly to himself.

Then Sofia immediately stepped away from there, this place did not suit him and he would forget if ever been in this place.

He will forget everything and start his new life, alone without a great father figure at his side.

"In fact, only one day have I missed you so much father" said Sofia when returning to visit the grave of the father.

Then his eyes unintentionally stared at the withered bouquet of flowers. "Whose is it ?" he muttered, Who has visited the father? because his father did not have many acquaintances after moving from the Netherlands with him.

Sofia and Marco have not lived in the United States, before spending time in the Netherlands. But when Marco feels his body is no longer healthy, the man decides to return to America with the aim of returning his daughter to his family.

But not as easy as he thought because Anne would have hated him so much if he suddenly came and told the truth.

And he was also afraid that if Sofia who he had been caring for so far would also hate him, really for years Marco lived in anxiety and guilt.

Sofia seemed to circulate her gaze, then when she saw the tomb guard the girl immediately stepped closer to her.

"Uncle, can I ask you something ?" said later.

"Can I help you, son ?" the middle-aged man.

"Did you see someone visiting my father's grave earlier ?" ask Sofia to know.

"Of course, he's a young man" the man explained.

"Young man? is that Dani ?" mummified Sofia curious.

"Okay uncle, thank you" he said later, after which Sofia immediately left the tomb.

Arriving at her home, Sofia goes back into her father's room, staring at the photo of the man with her from time to time embedded in the wall.

Truly Sofia is not willing to lose her father who loves her so much, there is nothing bad about that man. All this time he felt loved with all his heart even though in reality he was not his biological daughter.

Then Sofia turned to look at the father's bed that was in a mess, then she immediately approached. But when he was about to tidy it up he suddenly found a photo of a young woman under his pillow.

"Whose picture is this ?" he murmured while scanning the photo, an old photo that seemed to be taken dozens of years ago.

"Why is this the woman Marco's father loved? does that mean she's my mom ?" he said later, not feeling his tears immediately flowing.

She really misses the figure of a mother. "You're so pretty, mom. It's worth Marco's father loving you so much." he murmured later.
