The Perfect Life

The Perfect Life
Episode 22

At eight o'clock in the morning the Nazi family reached the beach.

Vita got out of the car and immediately ran towards the beach excitedly like a child who found heaven in the real world. His carefree steps stomped over the soft white sand, while breathing the fresh air that was blowing slowly. His face was filled with a cheerful smile, exuding an unstoppable joy.

Naya who was also with him jumped up and down in excitement. Onti, onti, later we take a sea bath yes.” Naya talks typical of children, invites Vita. Her face looks funny.

Vita nodded enthusiastically. It's been a long time since he's been on vacation with his family. During this time he used to vacation, but with his friends. The busyness of each member of his family is an excuse. Although he was sad, he was also grateful that his brother divorced from the jerk. In addition to her brother being able to escape from the traitor, they could have time to be together. In the past, since her brother got married, it was very difficult to get together because her brother's time was only spent on his family and his work.

Naziya, Hari and Harti just smiled at the behavior of Vita. They then entered the inn in the form of a stilt house they rented. The house was directly facing the beach. Sarwo lifting items aided by Hari.

“Mama, mama, let's go,” take Naya impatiently while pointing towards the ocean.

“For a while, baby. Naya play first same onti, yes.” Naziya was sitting on the stairs of the inn when Naya came. He wanted to sit there a little longer.

Naya complied and immediately ran towards Vita who was playing in the sand. Behind Bi Rita-her caregivers also ran after her foster children. Afraid that he would fall.

“You didn't go there?” Harti asked, preparing to join his son and grandson.

“Before ma,” reply Naziya.

“Yes, mom and dad were there first, yeah.”

Naziya.

“Come, Pa.” Hari and Harti leave Naziya alone.

The Nazis breathed out slowly. Looking up to the bright blue sky illuminated by the warm morning sun. He closed his eyes feeling that warmth touch his skin, as if a hug from the universe was calming. He took off his shoes and stuck his feet in the sand. Instantly he felt a sensation of pleasure as the sand swept over his open soles. He then moved on to join his family.

They're playing with sand. Their laughter rumbled amid the hustle and bustle of people who were also enjoying the beach. For a moment the Nazis forgot about the problem.

“I want to take a shower,” said Vita while cleaning the sand piled on her body.

“Naya want to join Onti,” chirped Naya.

“Mama same Papa also want to shower,” Harti chimed.

Only the Nazis did not speak. They all rushed to the ocean.

The Nazis looked at them with smiles. He was grateful, at a time like this, he had a family that was always by his side. The Nazi looked to his left because he heard the voice of a child. A woman who might be her age was with a man whom Naziya guessed was her husband. They were with a child who was about three years old. The boy was running after his father and was greeted by his mother. They were laughing, looking very happy. Suddenly the hearts of Naziya melos. He recalled the times he was with Zain. Naziya.

The Nazis stared out at the vast ocean. In the distance, there are wide horizons, separating the deep blue sea and the clear sky. However, the Nazi view was vague and unfocused. The sound of a gentle blowing wind gnawed at her unraveling hair, but was unable to blow the cheerfulness into her dark heart.

“Come, Ma. come.”

Naziya was surprised by Naya who was in front of him and was tugging at his hand.

“Come, sis.” Vita yelled at him as his hands waved.

His father and mother were also soaking up while looking at him.

The Nazis were lazy, but he did not want to disappoint them. They've come all the way here.

“Iya, yes.” The Nazis eventually surrendered. He followed Naya who kept pulling her.

They just took a break after an hour more soaking in the ocean. Maybe if Harti didn't tell me he was hungry, they might still be there. After bathing and cleaning, they enjoy the food they prepare from home. The atmosphere looks so happy.

*******

The Nazis walked alone on a beautiful beach, battered by waves that rolled gently to the edge of the sand. He was ready to take a walk alone. His face seemed full of thought, as if it was caught in the siege of turmoil raging in his heart. Although the atmosphere of the beach was full of low cheer and boisterousness, Naziya was still seen immersed in the sea of thoughts that squeezed him.

As Naziya set foot along the white sandy beach, he felt a soft touch of the waves pounding his skin. However, there was no smile on his lips. Only emptiness and confusion emanated from his eyes were faint.

As the sun slowly set on the horizon, emitting a beautiful orange color, the Nazis looked at him expressionlessly. The twilight radiating light was seen adorning his gloomy face. His heart was still wrapped in an unsolvable darkness. His family's existence only treated his injuries for a moment. And then it all came back again.

Naziya sat on the shore, grasping the sand in his hand and letting it slowly fall back to the ground. He pondered in question mark tranquility, trying to find answers to the questions that haunted his mind.

Despite being on such a beautiful beach, Naziya could not afford to forget its turmoil. He struggled for answers and the peace that had been lost. Only time will take Naziya away from this sea of darkness, giving him the opportunity to sail to the island of happiness he has long longed for.

In the midst of his raging thoughts, a voice shocked him. The voice that he had unconsciously memorized because he had heard it several times. He looked at the source of the sound. His eyes immediately flashed with Alby's eyes. He wanted to tell me why this man was always present when he was alone. However, urung. He just smiled. The smile he tried to force.

“I am not following doctor.” Kelakar Alby's. He saw the woman's face was grim. He sat next to the Nazis. “I'm on vacation with campus staff. Alby explained why he was on the beach without being asked. "Doctor here himself?” He asks.

“Ngak. I'm with my family.”

“Oh. Nginap where?"

The Nazis looked and pointed at a stilt house about two hundred meters from where they were sitting. The faint look of his mother and father was chatting on the terrace of the inn.

“Not far dong.” Alby then pointed to their inn which was only one house from the Nazi inn. There were some people talking while laughing.

The Nazis only responded by forming the letter O in his mouth.

Silent. Only the sound of the waves hitting softly.

Feeling no more reply, Alby directed his panfangan at the vast ocean. "The view of the sea tonight is really beautiful, yes. The atmosphere here is so soothing." Alby opened the conversation after a while.

There was no response.

"Let's see the waves that hit the beach and the sky filled with stars." Alby spoke again, though he received no response. "Everything feels so magical. I love how the color of the sky blends with the light from the beach lights."

Unknowingly, the Nazis looked up. Staring at the sky that was filled with flickering stars as Alby spoke.

Alby smiled faintly. Looked at the Nazi's face from the side. Looks still beautiful even with less lighting. Unknowingly, he was momentarily fascinated. He kept looking at the face until he realized what he had done. He turned his eyes to the ocean again.

The Nazis still had no voice. His gaze had already descended and returned to the ocean in front of them.

Alby sighed, not continuing his efforts to tell stories. Maybe the Nazis didn't want to tell a story. In addition, he was afraid of making the woman uncomfortable. He then looked straight into the ocean. However, the tail of his eyes occasionally stole a glance at the woman he often met accidentally. He saw the Nazis putting together and rubbing his hands. Signs of doctors who are pregnant feel cold. He was about to open his jacket to cover the Nazi's body. However, a voice stopped him.

"Sister."

They both looked directly at the origin of the sound. Vita who was about ten meters away walked towards them.

"Well, Mr Alby?" Vita frowned. Wondering why the lecturer was on the beach and was talking to her brother. For a moment he became nervous. He never met Alby in this relaxed state. Moreover, Alby's face looks calmer, unlike when on campus.

Alby was no less surprised. "You brothers?" He only found out that VIta and Naziya were brothers. Because, some time ago when Alby said he taught in the faculty of management and business, Naziya did not mention his sister at all.

Vita nodded. "He's my brother. "You know each other?" Vita glanced, asking her brother. He dared not look at Alby.

"His wife was once a sister patient."

"Oh."

Alby was about to ask why the Nazis never told him that Vita was his sister, but stopped. He believes the Nazis have a reason. It was also unimportant and had the Nazis tell him that. They just happen to know. Alby regained his senses.

"What's wrong?" The naziya asked later.

"Evening is ready" replied Vita. "Sir, have dinner with us."  Vita. He ventured to look at his favorite teacher.

"thank you. I'll have dinner with the entourage." Alby refused subtly.

"Oh." Honestly, Vita's mouth was eager to ask more. The troupe? Mr Alby with whom did he come? But he has to hold it. He did not want to be disrespectful to the man.

"Please. I also have to go back to the inn." Alby. He didn't want to interrupt the Nazi family's dinner.

"We go first, sir." Vita was accompanied by a sweet smile. A smile that he was eager to sing to the man, but never dared. And this time might be his only chance.

Alby's smiling thinly. Forced.

The Nazis just nodded. Then passed with his sister.
