CHAPTER 27. Blind Jealous

Laura who felt uncomfortable gathering with the Nobles Ladies and maintaining her friendly smile mask asked for permission to seek fresh air.

Evans who went to the banquet took a glass of Champagne from the Servant and finished it in one gulp.

George, who was a little worried Evans would get drunk and make a tantrum, invited Evans away but was pushed by Evans very strongly to the back.

“Alright! Pardon me! I'll apologize for not taking you to the Capital but don't you think that you're acting like a child!” evans said with an irritated facial expression that then flicked his hair back with one hand.

“Little child? Me?” laura asked with a slightly irritated facial expression with a raised tone of voice with furrowed brows.

“Of course you are. If not you then who else. You've been mad at me for days, won't eat dinner with me or talk to me! If your attitude is not like a child who is sulking for not getting what he wants then what?” asked Evans in a high voice.

Laura who heard Evans' words could not speak anymore because she thought all Evans' words were very unreasonable.

“Did he think he was such a great person that he could treat the person who loved him so low?” sindir Laura inwardly with a small laugh with a facial expression that seemed to laugh at her stupidity in the past.
