CHAPTER 59. Fire Everything

Laura who had changed into her evening dress gave permission to Rika to return and Laura who felt very tired with all the events that happened simultaneously was lying in bed.

“Hah, I'm so tired but it seems like I won't be able to fall asleep tonight given that unexpected incident!” murmured Laura in a low voice.

Evans, who saw Laura fall into a deep sleep on one side of the bed, took the other side and laid her body down.

Right after Laura gave the order, the servant who came to bring her water and the towel quickly went outside.

“Rika! Did they bully you without my knowledge?” laura asked inwardly with a worried and anxious facial expression.

“I won't be the weak woman I was once again. I'll protect my people and I won't let anyone who doesn't bother my way!” laura said with a firm tone of voice.

It didn't take long, the Chief Servant who served in Count Vansfold's Residence in the Capital immediately came and bowed her head before Laura.

“Where's Rica? Why did you give Rika's assignment to someone else?” laura asked in a cold tone of voice with a sharp look in her eyes.

“Pardon for my impoliteness, Madam but Rika was moved in the laundry section and the duty to serve the Madam will temporarily be given to another Servant!” said the Chief Servant in a flat tone of voice.

“Did Mr Count give you this command?” laura asked in a curious tone of voice because Laura knew that a Servant Chief would not do anything without orders from his superiors.

“No, Mistress!” the Chief Servant replied immediately with a flat facial expression that made Laura open her eyes very wide.

“If Mr Count doesn't give you an order then who gave you permission to replace the Servant who served me?” laura asked in a slightly high tone of voice with her arms crossed over her chest with a cold look on her eyes.

Laura who heard the Servant Chief's words became enraged and quickly threw the nearby vase of flowers against the wall.

The Chief Servant and several Servants who saw Laura's actions became very surprised because Laura had never been rude or harsh towards the Servant.

“I know you are the Chief Servant who has been working at Count Vansfold's residence for a long time since Count Vansfold was appointed but have you forgotten who your Master is?” satirize Laura with harsh words and a cold tone of voice.

The Chief Servant who heard Laura's words instantly felt that her legs had become extremely limp and quickly knelt before Laura.

“But since you guys have crossed the line by touching my guy then I won't be able to just shut up, will I? Isn't that Mr Count?” laura asked with a sharp eye with a cold facial expression with her arms crossed over her chest when she saw Evans had been standing in front of the room door.

The Chief Servant and the few Servants in the room were shocked by Evans' arrival.

Evans who did not even know about the bad deeds the Servant had done to Laura was taken aback.

Evans, who did not want to look stupid because he did not know anything in his residence, turned his eyes to George who was with him to the Capital.

“George, did you find out about all this? Do all the Servants and Servant Chiefs we recruit have a very disrespectful attitude even to their Employers?” evans asked in a loud voice with an angry facial expression.

Laura, who was neither touched nor happy with Evans' actions, maintained her cold facial expression.

“Please, forgive my mistakes and exuberance, Sir. I will give a heavy punishment to everyone!” george replied with a flat facial expression with a polite demeanor while lowering his head.

Laura who understood the meaning of George's words smiled wryly and stepped forward and cut off the conversation.

“I don't want a heavy penalty. I want everyone fired without a letter of recommendation! I want to make this a valuable lesson for everyone not to forget their true status!" laura said in a firm tone of voice with a sharp eye toward Evans and George.

"I also want Rika to return to be my Personal Servant!" laura said with a serious facial expression.
