The Rival Beside Me

The Rival Beside Me
Grandmothers

"  Do you think Andra's interested in me ?" Sani asked while we were in the cafeteria.

"Of course." Fani.

" He's a playboy." Lala's chirps unconsciously.

" Yes, especially her sister just likes to spread the charm so. Must be similar." Added Fani.

" It's a pity that he's my criterion." Complain Sani.

" Then go ahead." Lala's Advice.

" He seems not interested in me. He hasn't called me yet." Sani.

" Then find another guy." Sani's Suggestion.

We stepped back to class as soon as we finished eating the bags.

As usual at exactly 15:45 Lala was already at his workplace.

Finish changing uniforms. He sat waiting for the shif change while playing hp. The sound of hp ringing made him shocked.

' Mother Ratih?'

" Hello Ma'am?"

" Can I have my friend tonight? "

" Ok Mother."

At exactly 16:00 Lala started work and finished at exactly 22:00

Lala changed her uniform and walked out of her workplace. He was surprised, Visible Awakened waiting beside the black car that Andra used to wear. Obviously he was told by his grandmother to pick Lala up.Lala ran over to him.

" night. Sorry to keep you waiting."

Rise up feeling strange, he glanced at his watch.

" It seems right you made me wait. Comeing! Grandma's waiting for you." Rise up and get in his car.

Lala got into her car and put on her seatbelt. Rise up and start the car and drive it.

Rise up to play her favorite music. He prefers pop music. It is seen from the songs he plays.

" So you turned out to be one of Grandma's grandchildren?"

Lala opened the conversation first.

" Yes." Yeah." Risen speech feels strange.

" So you went to college and worked?" Tanya Bangkit was still curious.

" Yes." Yeah." This is the only answer Lala can say.

" Why don't you just use your bike?" Ask Lala.

" My motorbike's confiscated." Obviously Rise up suddenly badmood.

" Why are you racing the wild Kit?"

Rise surprised. How Lala could know. But obviously the only friends Eko and John knew. There's no way they're buckets like girls. Because all this time stay safe and awake.

" Who told you?"

Lala fell silent. Rise up driving while tapping his index finger. He seemed to think

" Oya must be my brother's asshole." Rise up and guess it.

Lala was shocked and silent seeing Rise look emotional. He felt that the relationship between the brothers was not harmonious.

Rise up for a moment to ease his emotions. She did not want to look emotional in front of Lala because of her brother. He looked over and looked towards Lala.

" I do for my pleasure." Clearly Rise.

" Are there no other pleasures that are not so harmful?" Ask Lala slowly.

Rise up laughing.

" There's. You're."

" What do you mean?" Lala doesn't understand.

" Just kidding."

Rise up and turn his car.

" Is your father's salary insufficient for your family life and your education?" Tanya Rise suddenly curious.

Lala was silent for a moment.

" My dad was just a regular employee. And Mom left me two years ago. My father's remarried."

Rise nodding your head in understanding.

" So this is what made you change a year ago? You worked so hard to fulfill your education."

" yes. I don't want to be my father's burden."

Rise up smiling and momentarily silent.

" Why don't you just accept me as your lover? Obviously I'll give you everything you want. Even the cost of your family and education can I bear." Rise's words really surprised Lala. His attitude of belagu and songong reappeared.

I don't know why Rise became emotional since Lala talked about her hobby. He looked towards Lala. But Lala ignored him.

" Just calm down. I'm just kidding." Wake up with ease.

" Kidding or testing me?" Lala's getting emotional.

Rise nodding.

" Andra's usually like that to girls. Who knows you're one of them." Clearly Rise.

" Dumb." Said Lala feeling very humiliated.

" You two brothers are the same. The old Granny has grandkids like you."

Rise up laughing.

" You're too stupid to judge people. Obviously I'm different from my brother."

" But you really made me infell."

Rise up again smiling.

" Aiii. It could be that a good-natured Grandma has grandchildren like you."

Lala turned her gaze to Rise back.

" By the way about Grandma. Don't you think Grandma likes you?" He turned to look towards Lala.

Lala was shocked by the Awakening's assessment of her grandmother.

" Don't you have a goal of living until the wild race? Free of your accomplishments." Lala shifted the subject.

" There is." Rise up looking steady. And that made Lala curious.

" What?" Lala looked towards him.

" You." He turned to look towards Lala.

" You're not really funny."Lala smiled cynically.

" I'm serious. You can get everything without hard work if you want." Rise this time made Lala emotion return.

" I can't." Lala slightly emphasized her voice to make it sound clearer.

" why? You still like Dimas? Or is it now my brother?"

" I don't like you." Lala clear.

" okay. Fixes. It's over." Rise up and park his car.

Lala took off her seatbelt and got out of the car.

Grandma seemed to have been waiting for their arrival.

" Neck's Night." Sapa Lala's.

" Let's go see my favorite movie in the cinema. I've booked 3 tickets." He said and took Lala's hand back to the car.

' Night-night?' Think Lala.

Rise a wry smile

" Understandably elderly. Lucky he likes you." Whisper Rise.

While Bangkit only seen to obey the request of his grandmother.

Lala put her seat belt on again. She and Grandma were sitting in the back. Seen Rise occasionally see his spy.

" Thank you. You accepted my invitation, Lala. " Say Him.

" I'm the one who should be thanking you."

" no. It's me who asked you personally. Oya, aren't you the least bit interested in my grandchildren? " A question that really surprised Lala. Looks like Awakens smart to judge her own grandmother's behavior.

Rise looking enthusiastically waiting and listening to Lala's answer back. It was visible from the spy in front of him.

"I'm sorry, I don't like it but I really can't. I'm still focused on college and don't want to think about a guy's interest." Lala makes convoluted and classic excuses.

" That means you have a liking for one of them?" Ask Him.

Lala's reasoning was clear but very implied. Until he misunderstood. Though Lala was afraid that to the point said she didn't like it. It would hurt his grandmother.

" Maybe." Lala hesitated to answer.

" Stupid."Rise up and take his eyes forward.

The silent atmosphere swept over for a moment.

" Said Andra, You're one campus with Rise."

" Yes Nek. Even one class."

" Wow, what a coincidence. Can't you just tell him not to race wild." His Grandmother's words raised a little emotion. He seems easy to get emotional when talking about his hobbies.

" Sorry Grandma. We were just friends in class. Ordinary friend. I can't interfere with his association." Obviously Lala was at length and afraid of offending Grandma or Rise.

Rise up smiling cynically.
